Engineering一、培养目标I、EducationalObjectives培养具有适应社会主义现代化建设需要德智体全面发展、理论基础扎实、适应面广、工程能力强、基本素质好，能从事通信与信息系统研究、设计、开发和应用，掌握移动通信、光纤通信、卫星通信、计算机通信、多媒体通信、数字程控交换等学科深厚的基础理论，能够在电子、通信和计算机等高新技术应用领域从事设计、研究和管理的高级工程技术人才。Thisprogramisdesignedtocultivatestudentswithgoodknowledgeandabilitiesinapplicationoftheoreticalandanalytictoolswhomayengageinthecommunicationsandinformationresearching,designing,developingandapplying.Theywilltobehigh-levelpersonswithabilityinnewtechnologyapplicationfields,suchas,electron,communication,andcomputerandsoon.ThestudentsmightmasterMobileCommunication,FiberCommunication,SatelliteCommunications,ComputerCommunication,MultimediaCommunication,TelecommunicationSwitchingPrincipleandsoon.二、培养要求n>EducationalRequirements业务素质培养要求：1．掌握本专业所需要的较系统的基础科学理论， 较宽且扎实的技术基础理论以及必要的专业知识。具有一定的社会主义市场经济知识、管理知识及相关的工程技术知识，懂得一定的社会、人文科学知识、法律知识和国防知识，了解有关科技发展的新动向。2．具有本专业所必需的制图、运算、实验、测试、表达以及基本工艺操作及设计技能。3．具有较强的自学能力；具有一定的分析和解决工程实际问题的能力及工程设计能力；具有工程的质量和效益观念，有初步的科技研究、开发能力和组织管理能力；具有较强的计算机应用能力；基本掌握一门外语，能比较顺利地阅读本专业的外文书刊，具有听、说、写的基础。1．Masterthesystemicbasicsciencetheory,widenandwell-knittedtechnicaltheoryofthisspecialty.Possesssomesocialdemocracymarketeconomy,management,andcorrelativeengineeringtechnologyknowledge.Knowsomesocialscience,humanity,law,andnationaldefenseknowledge;understandthedevelopmenttrendsofscienceandtechnology.2．Possesstheskillofdrawing,numeration,experiment,test,expressandoperation,andtheabilityofdesign.3．Possesstheabilityofself-study,analyzingandsolvingproblemandengineeringdesigning;havetheconceptionofprojectqualityandbenefit,andtheabilityofresearch,developmentandmanagement;have
