ByJean2006交展会-北京LED信号灯的基本构成LED交通信号灯2004年左右逐渐占领市场,原因:LED亮度提高,价格下降LED的诸多优点存在的问题:(众多厂家如雨后春笋)重生产,不达标光通量浪费严重(成本过高)在LED信号灯很少有公司做光学设计!LED信号灯标准--光学标准中华人民共和国LED交通信号灯国标GB14887-2003美国标准欧洲标准光学相关主要要求:光强分布色度LED信号灯二次光学设计复旦大学上海澳星无锡安邦我们的方案-光学设计2006二次光学设计内容提要整体设计色片设计色片小样品结果分析与LED颗数确定透镜设计整体设计色片设计主体思想:以根据国标建立起来的光形为依据设计色片,实现光在空间里方向和数量的合理分配。特点:分配明确-有多少光分配到哪个角度实现方法:强度分配:控制各分发散面在色片面上的投影比例,从而达到对平行光在空间的光强分配。角度分配:控制投射面与色片的角度,实现光方向的控制。具体说是沿色片的上下和左右轴的偏转角度LED信号灯二次光学设计
