我的家乡是白洋淀，那也是小兵张嘎的老家。今年回家乡，我对家乡有了新的熟悉。

前几年，由于缺水，白洋淀成了枯竭的大坑。1987年在党和政府的领导下，家乡的人民为白洋淀引来了水，白洋淀又活力勃勃地活了起来。

回到家乡的其次天清早，我便约了儿时的伙伴骑车前往我日夜思念的白洋淀。一路上，林木茂密，鸟语花香，空气新颖，柏油路广阔笔直。来到白洋淀大闸，哦，这里万头攒动，人声鼎沸。这里有农人，也有城里人，有卖食品的，有租游船的。我诧异地问：“这里怎么变得这么喧嚷了？”伙伴们报告我：“咱这里已开发为新的旅游点了！”我站在大闸上往淀里望去，只见水面上泊岸着排排龙舟，特别宏伟。伙伴搞来一条小划艇，我们向淀中心划去。白洋淀水清见底，成群的鱼虾在水中穿梭，五颜六色的水草浮在水中。远处大片大片的芦苇向水天相接处伸展着。伙伴报告我，如今，芦苇塘承包以后，长势分外好。芦苇成了白洋淀地区人民发家致富的宝物。

荷花也是白洋淀的“特产”。我们的小船划到了荷花潭，只见四周有芦苇的自然屏障，中间迷漫着娇艳的荷花。粉的、白的，亭亭玉立，花瓣上露珠滚动，真是动人极了。

姑妈家中的摆设也由往日的一张桌子、两个凳子和一个火炕，变得现代化了，彩电、冰箱、新式家具，已远远超过了城市人的水平。姑妈说：“自从白洋淀有了水，这里就一天比一天富足了……”白洋淀得天独厚的自然条件，加上这里人民的繁重奋斗，换来了白洋淀五业兴旺的今天。

白洋淀变了，我的家乡变了，变得更美了，更富了！我深信随着改革开放，随着党的富民政策，白洋淀会越变越美。
