从您购买杭州山立净化设备有限公司产品之日起,您将会得到本公司一流的售后服务。冷干机工艺流程冷干机配置流程冷干机主要零部件图解设备安装注意事项冷干机安装标准要求:无须安装地脚螺栓,但要求基础水平坚固,并要顾及排水系统的高度和设置排水地沟。
二、冷干机避免安置于屋外直接日晒和雨淋或温度高、通风不良以及尘埃多的场所,需安装在环境温度高于0℃低于38℃的地方,风冷式冷干机必须安置在室内,并具有良好的通气设备以维持冷干机的正常工作。安装在空压房内的风冷式冷干机,要采取冷干机与空压机的隔热措施。警告警告通风不良将导致冷凝后的热空气流反复通过风冷冷凝器而使室温不断升高。这将导致制冷压缩机排气压力过高使冷媒高压开关保护或使电机内部过载保护,最终使设备停止运转。将风冷冷干机置于可使冷却空气便于通过冷凝器的地方,设备与周围环境或机器之间的距离应保持在1米以上的空间便于保养和维修。三、安装时应尽量避免管道太长,弯曲角度太多,管径太小,以免产生压力降,设备空气进出口口上方请加装旁路阀以利检修。四、安装冷干机电源时电器接线可能在运输过程中由于震动而松动,请用工具拧紧,并注意以下几点:
1、额定电压在±5%范围以内。
2、电源进线的线径须视电流大小及线路长短而定。
3、SLAD-0.5NF∽8.5NF电源须专用。警告警告连接冷干机的电线必须符合国际(IEC)和地方上的法规和标准,并检查设备铭牌上标明的电压,电线的连接必须由专业电工人员操作。注意注意—电源相序若冷干机所配的是涡旋式压缩机则对电源相序有要求,相位不正确会使压缩机反转导致压缩机损坏。检查压缩机转向是否正确的方法:开机后立即观察冷媒低压(压力露点)及冷媒高压表,如果冷媒低压(压力露点)表逐渐下降、冷媒高压表逐渐上升,则压缩机转向正确。反之冷媒高、低压表均不动(有点原地颤抖),同时伴有压缩机噪音过大,此时应在三秒内停机,调换电源相序使之正确后方能开机。五、水冷型的冷干机,循环冷却水的水压须在0.2-0.4Mpa之间,水温≤32℃且经过软化处理,为防止水冷冷凝器生锈或脏堵,建议在水冷冷凝器的冷却水进口安装水过滤器。六、冷干机入口处最好加装主管路过滤器,可避免冷干机的换热管表面被≥3um的固态杂质和油雾污染,直接影响冷干机的热交换性能。七、冷干机最好装在后部冷却器与储气罐之后,以降低压缩空气在冷干机的进口温度,关系机体的性能及寿命,请妥善处理,如有疑难,欢迎致电询问。电子排水器的安装和使用一、过滤球阀集隔离用球阀和过滤网于一体,外形小巧,清洗方便;额定压力16Bar,冷凝水入口1/2",出口1/2"或1/4"。加装在电子排水器之前,确保阀芯不易堵塞(如下图示)。二、电磁阀安装时须注意冷凝水的流动方向应该与阀体上箭头的方向一致;阀体水平位置安装,线圈朝上;阀的出口处连接管子(如硬PVC管)并通入下水道。三、定时器接线时先拧下接线头顶部的螺丝,从定时器上拔下接线头,取下接线头的外壳(接线头盖),把连接电缆线从外壳穿线孔穿过,如下图所示进行接线。接线完毕后,将接线头盖装回原处,将接线头重新插到定时器上,收紧电缆线,适度拧紧接线头盖的防水螺母,防止潮气沿电缆线进入定时器,最后再拧紧固定螺丝(十字头M3)。此螺丝除了有连接作用外,更有压紧密封垫的功能,防止水进入密封垫的结合部,因此务必拧紧,否则,密封垫起不到防水作用,会造成线圈及定时器的故障。注意注意连接电缆线,须使用¢7~¢8三芯圆形护套电缆线,并确实可靠接地,使用与要求相符的电源。四、设定定时器时,用左边旋钮设定间隔时间,用右边旋钮设定排放时间,用户应根据气候及工况做调整。SLAD系列冷冻式干燥机操作方法一、开机前的检查1.检查制冷系统:观察设备仪表板上的冷媒高、低压表读数,两表在一定压力下达到平衡,而这平衡压力是根据周围温度的高低而上下波动,一般在(0.5MPa左右~1.2MPa左右)。注意注意如果冷媒低压表读数为零,则制冷剂已经泄露,请与厂家联系以便维修。2.检查电源电压是否正常,(SLAD-0.5NF~SLAD-8.5NF为AC220V/50HZ±5%;SLAD-10NF以上为3相AC380/220V/50HZ±5%)。3.检查空气管路是否正常,空气进口压力不得超过选型时的工作压力,进气温度尽量不超过选型时的确定值。4.处理量30立方及以上的冷干机装有压缩机油加热器,在设备首次使用开机前必须加热(接通电源,加热器自动加热)8小时以上,以保证压缩机油腔内的油温至少高于环境温度10℃警告警告如果压缩机油加热器不加热就开机将会导致设备压缩机的损坏,启动前不遵从操作指导出现问题,不予保修。5.若选用的是水冷式,还应检查冷却水是否已经接至冷凝器,冷却水是否正常,水压为0.2Mpa~0.4Mpa,水温≤32℃常规控制仪表板说明
冷媒低压表(压力露点表):指示蒸发器内冷媒的饱和压力值。
冷媒高压表:指示冷媒的冷凝压力值。
空气出口压力表:指示压缩空气在冷干机出口处的压力值。转换开关(黑色旋钮):就地/远程控制转换。待启动指示灯(绿):按下启动按钮后此灯亮,5分钟后压缩机启动后暗掉。
启动按钮(绿):按下按钮,则冷干机被接通电源开始运转工作。停机按钮(红):按下此按钮则冷干机停止工作。
电源指示灯(红):电源接通合上空气开关后此灯亮。
运行指示灯(绿):此灯亮则表明冷干机正在运转工作。
冷媒高低压故障指示灯(黄):此灯亮则表明冷干机内的高低压保护开关跳脱,需停机检查。
电机过载故障指示灯(黄):此灯亮则表明压缩机工作电流过载,过载继电器已跳脱,需停机检查。冷干机的启动过程:
1、接通电源,合上空气开关,此时设备仪表上的电源指示灯(红)亮。
2、若水冷式,应打开冷却水进出阀门;
3、按下绿色启动按钮,接触器吸合,待启动指示灯(绿)亮,5分钟后待启动指示灯(绿)灭,压缩机开始运转,运行指示灯(绿)亮;
4、检查压缩机运转是否正常,有无异常响声,冷媒低压表指针是否下降至表上0.3~0.5MPa正常范围内(R22制冷剂)。5、如一切正常,再开启空气压缩机和空气进出口截止阀向冷干机送气,并且关闭空气旁路阀,此时空气压力表会指示出空气出口压力;6、观察5~10min后,经冷干机处理后的空气可达设计压力露点2~10℃表指示正常范围如下:冷媒低压:R22及R407C0.3~0.5MPaR134A0.1~0.3Mpa冷媒高压:R22及R407C1.2~1.6MPaR134A0.7~1.1Mpa7、慢慢打开自动排水器上的铜球阀,让空气中的冷凝水流入排水器中,经它排出设备外。注意注意冬天环境温度低时,则应先开机器再打开冷却水进出阀门。冷干机的停机过程:1、打开旁通阀让压缩空气继续流入下游管道,然后关闭冷干机的出口阀门;2、关闭冷干机的进口截止阀,并将冷干机卸压;注意设备停机时,应打开冷凝器上的排水口及时将水排净,以免滞留在冷凝器内的冷却水因环境温度过低结冰而损坏冷凝器。注意设备停机时,应打开冷凝器上的排水口及时将水排净,以免滞留在冷凝器内的冷却水因环境温度过低结冰而损坏冷凝器。冷于机操作时应注意的事项:
1、应尽量避免冷干机长时间在无负荷状态下运转;
2、禁止冷干机短时间连续开停,每次开机至少间隔10分钟,以免损坏制冷压缩机。冷干机的保养要求
对冷干机的保养是非常必要的,正确的使用和保养不仅可使冷干机达到使用要求,而且可延长其寿命。冷干机在出厂前都已测试,所有的控制功能也已校验,如果冷干机安装在洁净的环境里并在规定的环境温度范围内工作,冷干机将会长期地正常运转。常规的维护保养有以下几点:一、设备运行时检查冷媒低压表读数是否在正常范围内。空气系统中,冷媒低压过低将会导致结霜或结冰,使压力损失增大并可能导致压缩机损坏。压力过高将使系统的制冷量减少。二、自动排水器的保养:
应每天检查自动排水器排水情况,定期清洗排水器内滤网,以免堵塞而失去排水作用;警告警告首次使用,请用工况压缩空气冲洗管路二十分钟后再装排水器,否则将会堵塞排水器。三、电动排水器的保养:建议您每次检查压缩空气系统时,顺便按几下定时器上的手动测试按钮(TEST)检查电子排水器是否能正常得电排水。在使用电子排水器的过程中,应特别注意以下几点:1、定时器上TEST薄膜开关是手动测试按钮,每按动一次,排水器按照设定时间排放一次。此按钮在日常工作中用于随时检查排水情况。2、电子排水器在使用中,可能会出现电磁阀关闭不严的情况,表现为一直漏气,通常该故障并非排水器本身质量所致,其原因是冷凝水太脏,其中的微小固体颗粒物进入阀芯与芯壳之间的间隙,将阀芯卡住。出现此故障时可用如下方法排除:反复多次按测试按钮直至故障排除(此方法对大多数的阀芯卡住极为有效)。如以上方法不能奏效,则需拆开电磁阀,清洗阀芯。四、冷于机若另装有排污阀,须定时每日排污两次以上。
五、风冷式的冷凝器,其翅片间距只有2~3mm极易被空气中的尘埃堵塞,造成散热不良,脏的冷凝器将会使制冷系统冷凝压力升高,压缩机将会因过载而停止运行,所以应定期对它进行清洗,一般用压缩空气喷洗或用铜刷刷洗。亦可用加了清洗剂的低压水柱进行喷冲清洗,同理每年和根据需要清洗水冷凝器中的脏物及锈蚀等杂物。六、水过滤器保养:
水过滤器主要为了防止冷却水中的固态杂质进入冷凝器而影响换热,所以应定期对滤网进行清洗,以免使水循环量不足,造成冷凝温度过高。七、机组内部的保养:
在停机的时候,应定期对内部机件做吸尘清洗处理,并注意保护制冷系统,以免损坏。
八、随时注意设备前后左右是否保持通风良好,并要避免阳光直晒和一切热源。
九、在满负荷情况下,检查通过冷干机气流的压力损失,如果比设计的值高(0.035Mpa),请反向清洗空气管路:将冷干机从系统中脱离出来,堵上所有排水管路,向空气系统中注入添加了清洗剂的水,保持4~6小时后用水泵使清洗剂从空气出口注入,空气进口排出,循环冲洗。最后用温水冲洗干净。如果压损仍然寸在,请与生产厂家联系。风冷式冷干机的冷凝器翅片清洗方法:机械式自动排水器清洗要点:将自动排水器分解,浸泡于肥皂水或洗洁精中再以毛刷刷洗。注意清洗排水器时,使用肥皂泡沫清洗即可,严禁使用汽油、甲苯、松香水等侵蚀剂。注意清洗排水器时,使用肥皂泡沫清洗即可,严禁使用汽油、甲苯、松香水等侵蚀剂。电子排水器的清洗关闭过滤器,按测试(TEST)按钮,确保电子自动排水器与空压系统隔离(在零压力下);切断电子自动排水器电源;松开并取下连接线圈、控制器、接线头的长螺钉;松开线圈上防水螺帽取下线圈;用扳手松开铁芯外壳,取下动铁芯及弹簧;清洗电磁阀体、铁芯外壳、铁芯、弹簧;清洗好后按相反步骤重新装回即可。冷干机的典型故障分析和处理

2、Ifwatercoolingtypeisused,theinletandoutletvalvesforcoolingwatershouldbeopen.3、Pressthegreenstartbuttondown,waituntilthestartindicationlightbright(Green),5minuteslater,thestartindicationlightoff(Green),thenthecompressorbeginstooperate,therunindicationlightbright(Green).4、Checkwhethertheoperationofthecompressorisingear,i.e.whethersomeunnormalsoundcanbeheardorwhethertheindicationforlowpressuregaugeisdropto0.3-0.5MPanormalrange(R22refrigerant).5、Assumingeverythingisnormal,openthecompressorandtheinletandoutletvalve,airwillflowintoFTDandmeanwhileclosetheby-passvalve.Atthismomentairpressureindicationgaugewillshowairoutletpressure.6、Watchfor5~10minutes,thetemperatureoftheairbeingtreatedbyFTDcanreach2-10℃ofdesignpressuredewpoint,atthismoment,highpressuregaugeandlowpressuregaugepointoutthenormalrangeisasfollowsLowpressuregauge:R22andR407C0.3~0.5MPaR134A0.1~0.3MpaHighpressuregauge:R22andR407C1.2~1.6MPaR134A0.7~1.1Mpa7、OpencopperglobevalveontheautomaticaldrainerSlowly,whereafterthecondensedwaterintheairwillflowintothedrainerandwillbedischarged.AttentionAttentionWhentheambienttemperatureislowinwinter,shouldoperatemachinefirstandthenopenthecoolingwaterin-outvalve.ShutdownProcedureforthisFTP:1、Opentheby-passvalveandletthecompressedaircontinueflowingintothedownstreamtube,thenclosetheexportvalveoftheFTD;2、AirsourceshouldbeclosedfirstandFTDshouldberelieved.3、afterwardspresstheredSTOPbuttontoswitchoffFTDandcutoffthepower.Openthedrainingvalveandthendraincompletelywastecondensedwater.AttentionAttentionWhentheapparatusshutsdown,theambienttemperatureisexcessivelylow,inordertoprotectthecondenserfrombeingdamagedbythedetainedcoolingwaterfrozeninthecondenser,shouldopenthecondenser'soutlettodrainoffwaternetlyintime.PayattentiontosomeproceedingwhileFTDisonoperatin:
1、PreventFTDfromrunninglongtimewithnoloadaspossible.
2、ProhibitfromstartingandstoppingFTDduringashorttimeandStartthemachineatintervalsof10minutesatleasteachtimeforfearrefrigerantcompressorisdamaged.ThemaintenancerequirementforFreezingTypeDrier
ItishighlynecessarytomaintenancetheFTD.ProperuseandmaintenancemayguaranteetheFTDtoaccomplishitsusagebutalsolastendurancetime.TheFTDhasalreadytested,allcontrolfunctionshavebeenalreadycheck-upbeforedispatchedfromthemanufacturer.
IftheFTDisinstalledinthecleanenvironmentandworkswithintherangeofregulativeambienttemperature,theFTDwillrunwellforalongtime.Regularmaintenancemaintainsthefollowingseveralpoints:一、ChecktheapparatuswhetherLowpressuregauge’sreadingisinthenormalrangewhileoperating.Amongtheairsystem,Therefrigerantlowpressureistoolowwillbeabletocausetherimeortoiceup,causesthepressurelosstoincreaseandpossiblytocausethecompressordamage.Lowpressureistoohighwillreducesystematicrefrigeration.二、Themaintenanceforautomaticaldrainer:
Usershouldexaminthewater-drainingconditionandremovethegarbageadheredtothefiltermeshworktopreventthedrainerfrombeingblockedandfailingtodrain.;WarningWarningUseforthefirsttime,pleasewashthetubes20minuteswiththecompressedairofoperatingmode,thenInstallthedrainer,otherwiseWillstopupthedrainer三、Themaintenanceforelectronicdrainer:Adviseyoutocheckcompressedairsystem,presstestbuttonseveraltimes(TEST)onthetimermanuallytocheckwhethertheelectronicdrainerworksnormallyeachtime.Duringtheprocessofusingtheelectronicdrainer,shouldpayspecialattentiontothefollowingseveralpoints:1、Testmembraneswitchonthetimerisamanualtestbutton,pressonce,drainerdischargedonceaccordingtothesettingtime.Thisbuttonisusedincheckingthesituationofdrainingoffwateratanytimeinroutineduties.2、Intheuseofelectronicdrainermayappearelectromagneticvalveshutofflooselysituation,shownasleakinggasallthetime,usuallythistroubleisnotduetodrainer'sownquality,thereasonisthatcondensewateristoodirty,therearesmallsolidparticulateamongthewater,theyentertheintervalofcoreandcoreshell,blockthecoreofthevalve.Wecanbegotridofthistroublebythefollowingmethod:Pressthetestbuttonrepeatedlyuntilthetroubleclearing(thismethodisveryeffectivelyformostblocks).Iftheabovemethodcan'tbeeffective,needtoopentheelectromagneticvalve,washthecoreofthevalve.四、Supposingextradrainvalveisequipped,usershoulddrainatleasttwiceeverydayatsettime.五、InsideWind-coolingcondenser,thespacingbetweentwobladesisonly2~3mmandeasilytobeblockedbydustinair,whichwillbaffleheatradiation.Thedirtycondenserwillmakethecondensationpressureoftherefrigerationsystemrise,andthecompressorwillstoprunningbecauseofoverload,soshouldwashitregularly,generallywashwiththecompressedairorcopperybrush.Canalsowashitwiththelow-pressurewateraddeddetergent.Thesameprinciple,washincidentalssuchasdirtandcorrosioninwatercondenseraccordingtoneeds.六、Maintenanceforwater-coolingtypefilter:
Waterfilterwillpreventsolidimperityfromenteringcondenserandguaranteeniceheatexchange.Usershouldcleanfiltermeshworktermlyinordernottomakewaterbadlycycleandhighcondensingtemperature.七、Maintenanceforinternalparts:
Duringnon-workingperiod,usershouldcleanorcollectdusttermly,andprotecttherefrIgerationsystemfrombeingdemolished.八、GoodventilationisnecessaryaroundthisequipmentatanymomentandtheFTDshouldbepreventedfromexposinginunshineorheatsource.九、Inthefullloadsituation,checkthepressureloseoftheaircurrentthroughtheFTD,ifitishigher(0.035Mpa)thanthevaluethatisdesigned,pleasewashtheairtubebackward:BreaktheFTDawayfromthesystem,plugupalltubesthatwaterflowsthrough.pourwaterwhichaddeddetergentintotheairsystem,keepthesituationfor4~6hours,thenpumpthedetergentintoairexport,anddischargeitfromairImport,circulationwashes.Finallyrinsewellwiththewarmwater.Ifthepressurelosestillexistshere,pleasegetintouchwiththemanufacturer.CleaningmethodforcondenserWingpieceofwind-coolingFTDcondenser:cleaningpointsformechanicalautomaticdrainer:Disassemblethedraineranddipitinsudsorcleaningagent,brushitbycopperbrush.AttentionWhilecleaningtheAttentionWhilecleaningthedrainer,gasoline,toluene,spiritsofturpentineorothererodentareprohibittedtobeused.CleaningforelectronicautomaticdrainerShutoffthefilter,presstest(TEST)button,guaranteetheelectronicdrainerisolatesfromairsystem(Nopressure);Cutoffthepoweroftheelectronicautomaticdrainer.Takesdowntheconnectioncoil,thecontroller,thelongscrewoftheendofathread;Removethewaterproofnutonthecoilandtakesdownthecoil;Opentheoutercoveringoftheferritecorewiththespannerpine,takedowntheferritecoreandthespring;Washthebodyoftheelectromagneticvalve,coreoutercover,core,spring;Installagainaccordingtothesteponthecontraryafterwashingwell.TypicaltroubleanalysisandsettlementforFTD
