也谈重建我国职业经理人的诚信问题(OnthereconstructionofhonestyofprofessionalmanagersinChina)OnthereconstructionofhonestyofprofessionalmanagersinChina"Ouroccupationmanagerswhylackofhonesty?>afterthepublicationofthereadersonhowtosetupoccupationmanagersinChinatheintegrityofthisproblem,editoralsocalledhopethatIcanwriteanarticleonthisissue.JusttakeleaveintheUKtime,writedownsomethoughts,aswellas"gouweixudiao"."Letter",thatis,honesty,isoneoftheimportantcontentsofChinesetraditionalculture.Afterthefoundingoftherevolutionarymovementmakethisoutstandingculturalheritageisinterruptedinalargeextent,since80sthesevereeconomicandsocialchangesmakepeople'sideasandvaluesappearedintheperiodofsocialtransitiondisorderanddisorder,andevena"VillageTownship,township,county,cheatcheatcheathasbeentotheStateCouncil".Inthecontinuouspromotionofthemarketeconomysystem,nowtheproblemofintegrityhasbecometheconsensusofthewholesociety,thenhowtorebuildtheintegrityofprofessionalmanagersinChina?Theauthortriestodiscussfromthefollowingfouraspects.First,theconstructionofgoodfaithcultureofprofessionalmanagersAsreadershavepointedout,thelowintegrityofprofessionalmanagersinChinaisduetothelowintegrityofthewholesociety,andthelowPrudentialcredibilityoftheprofessionalmanagersmarketisapartofthewholelowcredibilitymarket.Then,inordertoimprovetheintegrityofprofessionalmanagers,wemustadvocatetheintegrityofthewholesocietyculture.Alotofpeople'spersonalexperienceis,lifewillhavemanyhighcredibilitybasedontheconvenienceofthewholesocietyinthedevelopedmarketeconomycountries,suchastheuseofcreditcardwithoutapassword,dependingonthetaxconsciousness,rentahousedonotpaythedeposit,toborrowfromthebankwithoutguarantee,theconstructionofgoodfaithcultureforeveryonebringimmediatebenefits.OnthecontrarythereisanextremeexampleofaprovinceinChina,thelackofintegrityofthemorepeoplethatweencounterinthisprovinceaslongaspeoplewillbewary,evenreluctanttodealwiththemandbringalotofinconveniencetothepeopleoftheprovince.Basedontheintegrityoftheoccupationexecutiveculture,sociologyandculturegiveshisowninterpretation,thattheoccupationmanagersintegritycultureoriginatedfromthePuritancultureforqualitativetochooseoccupation,occupationmanagersfromthePuritancultureitselfisdominatedbytheriseofNorthamerica.InPuritanculture,peoplebelievethatoccupationisGodgiven,thereisnochoice,peoplecanonlydotheirbesttodoit.Becausethereisnochoice,inordertoavoidthelossofemploymentopportunities,peoplecanonlybecareful,"dedicatedlove",theresultwillforceahighintegrityoftheprofessionalmanagersmarket.Butinourtraditionalculture,societyisdividedintolevels,occupationisgreat,"Shi,agricultural,industrialandcommercial,peoplealwayswanttofromthe"untouchables"intoa"noble",alwayswanttoconverttooccupationoccupation,soisnotloyal.Thereisaveryextremesaying:Chinesenannieswanttobeupgradedtotheirhostessfromthefirstdaytheyenterthehouse.Ourtraditionalculturehasmanysimilar"Fan4jin4Zhongju"andbutcherHuhumorousstory,eventhoughIhavenohope,willbea"wangzichenglong".Sincethereislackofloyaltytotheprofession,thereisnosuchthingashonesty.Incontrast,inthetraditionalcultureofourcountry,honestyinbloodaffinityandXiangmarginwithinthecircleisalsoingoodfaith,inthetraditionalbusinessculture,soChinesesocialandeconomicexchangesalongthegeneralbloodaffinityandXiangYuanandothercirclesgraduallyexpandintheChinesecircleofcomparisonsuccessfulenterprisesarefamilyenterprises,Chinesearemoresuccessfulinbusiness.Atpresent,thesocialistmarketeconomicsystemhasbeenformedinChina,anditisgenerallyrecognizedthattheimportanceofbuildinggoodfaithfordeepeningthemarketeconomysystem.Sinceitisaproductofmarketeconomicsystemconstructionofthecontinuousdeepeningoftheemergenceofoccupationmanagers,howwilltheexcellentcompositionofthecultureofintegritycultureandnecessaryoccupationmanagersinChina'straditionalculturetogether,theintegrityoftheculturalconstructionofourcountryoccupationmanagersisanewproblemforreconstructionofChina'sprofessionalmanagerswithintegrity.Professionalmanagersaregenerallythebackboneofasociety,inaregion'seconomicdevelopmentandsocialvaluesofthemaintenanceofpublicitysignificance.Therefore,theconstructionofgoodfaithcultureofprofessionalmanagershasimportantpracticalsignificancefortheconstructionoftheintegritycultureofthewholesocietyinchina.Two,thepositioningofprofessionalmanagersintheenterpriseUntilnow,China'sstate-ownedenterprisesarestillthemainbodyofenterpriseactivities.Oneofthedistinctivefeaturesofthestate-ownedenterprisesistheabsenceofowners,managersleadroleconfusion,toagreatextenthavetheowner'spower,therebycausingvaguemanagerialrolepositioning,leadingtoinversionofresponsibilityandpower,havelong-termnegativeimpactonChina'senterprisemanagementidea,ourcountryisdeeplyinfluencedbytheoccupationmanagersthemanagementofstate-ownedenterprisesinthebackgroundoftheenterpriseappearedintheirownpositionisnotclearproblem.Undertheconditionofmarketeconomy,entrepreneursandprofessionalmanagersinenterpriseshavedifferentorientationanddivisionoflabor.Intheviewofeconomists,thefunctionoftheentrepreneurisprofitandinnovation,isalsolookingfornewprofitsourceandinnovativebusinessmodel,sotheentrepreneuristhemostunruly,are"notinaccordancewiththerulesofthepeople".Forentrepreneurs,professionalmanagersareonlyafactorintheresourcecombinationofentrepreneurs,andhavethesamestatusastheland,labor,capitalandotherfactors.Theoccupationmanagersfunctionsintheentrepreneurstobuildabusinessmodelintheprofitpotentialentrepreneursfoundintorealprofits,sotheoccupationmanagersarethemostunrulybehavior,theymusthavetheirownboundariesmustbeinaccordancewiththerulesof"cards".Thelocationofoccupationmanagerscomparedtothe"official"todescribetheoccupationmanagersismoreappropriate,thentheoccupationmanagersofethicsandresponsibilitiesarealsoveryclear:first,to"master"loyalty;second,mustberesponsible;third,cannotexceedthemainrelationshipfrom.Inthisway,theprofessionalintegrityofprofessionalmanagersisnaturallybornfromtheirownoccupation.Becauseoftheunclearpositioning,theroleconflictbetweenprofessionalmanagersandentrepreneursisoftenbroughtaboutinthepracticeofenterprisemanagement.ForChina'sprivateenterprises,becausethemarkethasashorthistory,manyfamilybusinesses,businessownersandoperatorstendtobemadeone,privateentrepreneursforoccupationmanagersoftenonlylimitedtothedemandfora"helper",ratherthanlookingforacanputright"manager",andthe"house"workwithexcessiveintervention,thepursuitofsuccesstheoccupationmanagersoftenconflict.Therefore,inrecentyears,"familyenterprisesandprofessionalmanagers"or"privateeconomyandprofessionalmanagers"hasbecomeahottopicintheforumofprivateeconomy.Intheroleofconflict,ofcourse,thereareprivateentrepreneursneedimprovement,suchasthecontradictionbetweentargetprivateentrepreneursofoccupationmanagers--objectivesofoccupationmanagersareentrepreneurs,andtheroleoftheonly"helper".Butmoreneedtoimprovetheprofessionalmanagersthemselves,professionalmanagerscanonlysolvetheproblemwithintheirownresponsibilities,adheretotheirownindustryintegrity,therebyestablishingtheirownpracticeintegrity.Three,establishandimprovetheprofessionalmanagermarketProfessionalmanagerswhohaveworkedwithheadhuntingcompaniesknowthattheirreputationintheindustryisveryimportant.Aheadhuntergenerallyfocusonsomespecificindustries,servicestoalimitednumberofcustomers,thenumbercanenterthevisionoftheprofessionaltalentheadhuntingcompanyisalsolimited,andbetweentheindustryheadhuntersoftenhavecertaininformationcommunication,headhuntingcompanybeforetherecommendedtalenttocustomersgenerallymustfirstconductabackgroundcheckandsearchthecompanyforitsownreputationwillnotrecommendoccupationethicsandintegrityofthepoorpeopletothecustomer.Inthisway,thereputationofaprofessionalmanageroftendeterminestheprospectofcareerdevelopmentintheindustry,Peoplewhohavelowprofessionalintegrityandintegritywilllosetheopportunitytochooseintheindustry.Aprofessionalmanageroftendoesnotjokeabouthisfuture,thusanexternalconstraintontheprofessionalintegrityofprofessionalmanagershasbeenestablished.Theabovedescriptionofheadhuntingcompany,professionalmanagerandcustomerrelationshipcanbedescribedtoacertainextenttotheprofessionalmanagermarketfunctiondescription.Theprofessionalmanagermarketiscomposedofacertainnumberofheadhuntingcompanies,managementorientedprofessionalpeopleandacertainnumberofcompanies(employers)whoareinneedofprofessionalmanagers.Theprofessionalmanagermarkethasthefunctionsoffindingdemand,discoveringtalents,discoveringprice,promotingtransactionandaptitudescreening.Istheintegrityofthebuildingoccupationmanagers,occupationmanagermarketqualificationscreeningforoccupationmanagersisapowerfulexternalconstraint,theintegrityofthepoorwillbethemarketoccupationmanagersrefused,thuslosingtherightofentry.Ontheotherhand,toentertheprofessionalmanagermarket,toacertainextent,itscredibilityisbasicallynottoobad.Occupationmanagermarkethelpstofindthemarketpricetooccupationmanagers,occupationmanagersevenbargain,avoidthenegativeimpactofoccupationmanagersbroughtthepricetoolow,isconducivetotheoccupationmanagersmaintaintheirintegrityandtheintegrityofprofessionaloccupation.Occupationmanagermarketalsohascertainfunctionforemployerscreening,theillegalbusiness,cannoteffectivelyprotecttheinterestsofthemanagersoftheenterpriseoccupationwilllosecredibilityintheoccupationmanagermarket,itisdifficulttoobtainthefavorofoccupationmanagers.Furthermore,occupationmanagermarketforoccupationmanagersandemployersterminateemploymentcontractsestablishedprovidesarationalchannel,whichforcedtheoccupationmanagermarketintheemploymentcontracttoearlyterminationofreputationintheabsenceofpressuretochooselegalandrationalway,toensurethatbothsidescanre-entertheoccupationmanagermarkettransactions,toavoidtheoccupationmanagersandemployerscurrentlymorewidespreaddamagetotheinterestsoftheotherpartytoterminatethecontractandarbitrarilybrokenphenomenon.Four,theestablishmentofprofessionalmanagersownorganizationWhenprofessionalmanagersareself-employedandemployersareorganized,professionalmanagersareinaweakpositionandtheemployersareinastrongpositioninthenegotiationsbetweenprofessionalmanagersandenterprises.Aguardforthestrongposit
