1、Unit 11 How was your school trip 说课设计 一. 教材分析 本课是人教版新目标英语七年级下册Unit 11 How was your school trip Section B 2a-2c,是学生开始接触一般过去时。本单元的中心话题是谈论过去发生的事件,本课时是讲述学校组织的游览活动。主要语言结构为:掌握一般过去时的用法,理解形容词的含义。二. 学情分析及学法指导 七年级学生, 有较强的求知欲和表现欲, 所以在教学过程中我设计了role play, pair work, chain work 等各种活动,让学生有参与和表现的机会。七年级学生才开始学习英语不久,词
2、汇量与语言表达需加强,因此在每个版块开始之前,我都有 leading in这一环节, 为学生开展活动补充必备词汇。七年级学生在字词积累的基础上,积极扩展阅读能力与技巧,因此我在阅读过程中,注意了阅读策略的渗透,如skimming, scanning, PWP教学法。 三. 教学目标 1. 知识目标:通过学习使学生掌握并能熟练运用be动词的一般过去时描述或询问过去的状态,能正确使用实义动词的一般过去时描述或询问过去发生的事情,并对形容词进一步学习与区分,能够通过阅读短文是学生学会如何使用形容词进行评论,怎样发表自己的感想。 key words: exciting, lovely, expensi
3、ve, cheap, slow, fast Key sentences: How did you feel about the school trip? 2. 能力目标:让学生能通过阅读本单元两篇日记,理解不同人对待同一事物的不同感受。让他们围绕着课堂任务分工合作,在活动中相互探讨,获得知识、技能和情感体验,提高阅读能力。 3. 情感目标:了解国内外学校组织的各种游览活动,体会在活动中学习英语的乐趣。培养学生对于生活的热爱。四. 教学重点与难点 1) 重点:1、学习与归纳常用形容词。 2、进一步学习与区分be动词和实义动词的一般过去时态。 3、阅读理解。2) 难点: 1、对形容词进行区分与归类

Write the new description words on the Bb and teach Ss to read them. call attention on that some of the description words describe good thin
7、gs, but some of the description words describe bad things, a few of them can describe good things and can also describe bad things. Make some examples to support them.Work on 2a in the SB. Then check the answers with chain work. 1. Pre-readingAsk Ss if they like travelling, suppose they can go on a
8、school trip, where they would like to go?-Zoo, park, museum, amusement park Introduce two new friends- Helen and Jim, they went on a school trip. After they came back, they wrote something in 2b. What did they write?-Diaries. 1). Ask Ss to read 2b for the first time, find out the key sentences.2). A
9、sk Ss to read 2b for the second time,Answer the following questions:a. Did Helen and Jim go on the same trip?b. Did they visit a fire station?f. When did they go on the school trip?g. What was the museum about?Let Ss read and answer the questions with pair work. Lead Ss to ask more questions about 2
10、b to find more details .3). Ask Ss to read 2b for the third time, find out the description words. Underline the words describe good things, circle the words describe bad things. Check the answers by chain work. Write them on the blackboard. Leave each part with “good”and“bad”.interesting, fast, cool

I think, no matter where you go, take in the fresh air, look after the environment, do what you like to do with your family or your friends, it will be an exciting trip. So enjoy yourselves.1.
