7、ptionofServiceowingtoordersofgovernmentauthoritiesorjudicialbodies;PartyAagreestocompensatePartyBanylossattributabletothefaultofthePartyA;TwopartiesagreethatallclaimsshallbelimitedtodirectdamagesduetothebreachofthisAgreement.Innoeventshalleitherpartybeliabletotheotherforanypenalty,consequential,indi
