信用证的基础知识

1、一般信用证格式 (本证)由华盛顿中国银行转递。ZHUNGKRO广州广东中国银行2000年4月5日广州兹开立第987号不可撤销的信用证受益人：华盛顿公司开证人：广州市中国进出口公司最高金额：$800，000(捌佰万美元，溢交或短交物资金额以5为限)。本信用证凭受益人开具以我行为付款人按发票金额100计算无迫索权的即期汇票用款，该汇票一式两份，并须附有下列写上数字的装运单据：(1)全套清洁无疵，货已装船，运费预付，空白抬头，空 白背书的海洋提单，并须注明：通知目的港中国对外贸易运输公司。(2)发票(一式五份)，注明合同号码。(3)重量单装箱单，一式二份，载明每箱毛重和净重。(4)制造商出具的品质，

2、数量重量证明书份。(5)受益人出具的证明书证明上述各单据的另外四份差不多分发如下：一套已与物资一起，随船带交目的港中国对外贸易运输公司。一套已航空邮交开证人，另外二套已航空邮寄交目的港中国对外贸易运输公司。此项单据，均已在载货船只启程后五天内付邮。证明装运：800公吨，(同意溢交或短交以5为限)，每公吨净重为1，000公斤的四甲基毗啶，纯度9899，净重每公斤一美元C&F广州港，包装费在内。生产国不：*制造厂商： _有限公司。 包装：物资用适宜海运的新铁桶装。自英国口岸运往新港。不得分批装运。准许转船，但须交联运提单。装运日期不得晚于1993年3月30日并须由和平轮装运。 本证在伦敦议付有效期

3、至1993年3月30日截止。所有依照本证开具的汇票须注明依照北京中国银行总治理处营业部第846号信用证出具的。 本行兹向依照本证并按照本证内条款开出汇票的出票人、背书人和合法持有人保证，在单据提交本行办公室时，本行即应以电汇方式承兑该汇票。所有依照本证议付的汇票金额必须在本证背面批注。单据处理方法：本证条件之一是，所有单据应分两次连续以航邮寄交本行。第一次邮寄包括所有各项单据，但如某项单据不只一份者则留下一份由第二次邮寄。本行一旦收到此证要求的各项单据，并审核无误后，即刻以即期电汇方式偿付。请将此证通知受益人。特不指示：(1) 本证在通知行见到受益人提交的有关出口许可证以后，才开始生效。(2)

4、 必须提交船舶代理人(海运代理人)出具的证明书，证明载运船只系由北京中国对外贸易运输公司或北京中国租船公司所租用或预定。(需要此项单证时，租船提单可予同意。) (3) 必须提交轮船公司出具的预定航程表，表明载运船只在到达本证指定目的港往常，不通过也不停靠台湾的任何口岸。信用证操作中的常见英文详解（一）依照往常收集的一些资料，本人把信用证业务的一些常用术语贴出来供大伙儿参考。随着时代的进展，有些内容已不适合当前的业务形势，因此对部分内容进行了修改，并增加了一些当前普遍使用的术语，希望能给从事外贸行业的各位有所关心。信用证类不Kinds of L/C 1.revocable L/C/irrevoc
