1、PAGE 18- PAGE 17 -“综合英语3”教学大纲课程代号:0010021003学时数:96适用专业:英语一、本课程的性质、目的和任务1、本课程的性质综合英语是高等学校本科四年制英语专业二年级学生的必修专业基础课程,是训练学生英语听、说、读、写、译等综合技能的课程。2、本课程的目的通过本课程的学习,使学生在英语听、说、读、写、译等方面的基本技能有较大提高,培养其对英语语言的兴趣以及用英语思考的习惯,为后续的高级英语课程和专业课程的学习打下基础。3、本课程的任务本课程的主要任务是传授英语基础知识,对学生进行全面的、严格的基本技能训练,培养学生实际运用语言的能力、良好的学风和正确的学习方法

2、。掌握相关语法知识,了解英语国家的语言习惯和风俗,能用英语进行交流,为进入高年级打下扎实的专业基础。二、课程教学内容和基本要求教学要求1、熟练使用英语词典、百科全书等工具书和参考书获取知识,独立解决学习中遇到的语法、词汇及语言背景知识问题。能够正确掌握基本语法规则。词汇方面,通过本课程的训练、阅读和其它途径,能够认知词汇50005500个,正确而熟练地使用其中25003000个词及其最基本的搭配;结合听力课程教学,使学生基本听懂英语国家人士关于日常生活和社会生活的谈话、VOA正常速度和BBC新闻节目的主要内容;能够在15分钟内听写根据已学知识编写而成或选用的词数为175左右、语速为每分钟110

3、个单词的录音材料,错误率不超过9%。30分钟内写出120150词的短文或缩写;能够熟练使用各种和部分英汉词典和英英词典(如Collins Cobuild College English Dictionary 和Random House College Dictionary),独立解决语言问题和部分知识方面的疑难问题。独立完成课程中的翻译练习,译文忠实于原文,表达得当。能读懂难度略低于美国Newsweek的国际新闻报道;能够阅读难度略低于Sons and Lovers 的文学原著;阅读速度为每分钟120150个单词,理解准确率不低于70%;阅读时能抓住要点,并能运用正确观点评价思想内容。继续帮助
