3、ions ChinaBeijingJanuary 5th 8th ,2008中国文化产业新年国际论坛简介中国文化产业新年国际论坛在中华人民共和国文化部、中华人民共和国新闻出版总署、国家广播电影电视总局的指导和大力支持下，由北京大学主办，是以促进文化产业领域内政府、企业和学界之间沟通与交流为宗旨的高层次国际学术论坛。新年国际论坛以“学术与现实的交融、战略与发展的创新”为宗旨，在定位上有四个特点：一是专业化，论坛集中了从事中国文化产业前沿研究的学者和专家，代表了中国文化产业理论研究的前沿；二是前瞻性，论坛既是对过去一年中国文化产业重大事件和重大政策的解读和总结，也是对来年中国文化产业发展的政策分析

4、和展望；三是多维度，论坛集中了学术精英、政府官员和企业翘楚，从不同的视角来分析和展望文化产业的创新与发展；四是国际性，论坛立足北大，面向亚洲，放眼世界，来自世界各地的知名学者在论坛上交流和分享各国的经验和成果。新年国际论坛创办于2003年，每年岁末年初举办。首届论坛于2003年12月20日在北京大学举行，主题为“多维视角下的中国文化产业”。第二届论坛于2005年1月8日9日举行，主题为“文化产业竞争力：政府、企业和学界的永恒主题”。第三届论坛于2006年1月7日8日举行，主题为“和谐社会与区域文化产业”。第四届论坛于2007年1月6日7日举行，主题为“文化产业战略与发展模式创新”。第五届论坛于

5、2008年1月5日、6日召开，主题为“创意时代的文化创意与软实力建设”。第六届论坛将于2009年1月9日11日举行。 2008中国文化产业新年国际论坛由北京大学主办，中国中外名人文化研究会特别协办，北京大学文化产业研究院、北京中外名人文化产业集团共同承办、纳税人报社协办，本届论坛将在前四届中国文化产业新年论坛的基础上，打造充满创意活力，具有前瞻性和权威性，致力于推动中国软实力建设的高端盛典。Brief Introduction to New Year Forum of International Cultural IndustriesNew Year Forum of Internationa

6、l Cultural Industries China is held by Peking University, under the guide and support of national Cultural Ministry, General Office of News Publication, National Broadcast, Film, and TV bureau, undertaken by our academe. The purpose is to promote the senior academic forum of communication among gove

7、rnment, enterprises and academia in the cultural industry. The tenet of the International New Year Forum is “to blend learning and reality, to innovate strategy and development”. The New Year forum in orientation has 4 characteristics: No1, professional. The forum assembles the experts and scholars

8、undertaking the front line theoretical research of Chinese cultural industry, which represent the front line of Chinese culture; No2, forward-looking. The forum explains and summarizes the major events and policy in the cultural industry of the last year and then analyzes and looks forward at the ne

9、xt years policies of Chinese cultural industry; No3, multi-dimensionality. The forum not only assembles the scholars undertaking culture industry research, but also government officers undertaking the policy-making of cultural industry, even the entrepreneurs undertaking the practice of cultural ind

10、ustry. They can analyze and look forward at the innovation and development of Chinese cultural industry; No4, international. The forum is based on Peking University, facing Asia, and scanning widely into the world. Famous scholars all over the world communicate and share experience and productions o

11、f their own countries on the forum. International New Year Forum was first held in 2003, and since then it is held every year at the turning of years. The 1st forum was held at Peking University on December, 20th, 2003. The theme was “Chinese Cultural Industry under Multi-dimension”. The 2nd forum w

12、as held from January 8th to 9th, 2005. The theme was “Competitiveness of Cultural Industry: Permanent Theme of Government, Enterprises, and Academia”. The 3rd forum was held from January 7th to 7th, 2006, the theme of which was “Harmonious Society and Regional Cultural Industry”. The 4th forum was h

13、eld from January 6th to 7th, 2007, the theme of which was “Cultural Industry Strategy and Innovation of Development Mode”. The 5th forum is held from January 5th to 6th, 2008, the theme of which is “Culture Innovation and Soft Power Construction of Creation Times”. And the 6th forum will be held fro

14、m January 9th to 11th, 2009.The New Year Forum of International Cultural Industries China 2008 is held by Peking University, specially assisted by Academy of Chinese and Foreign Celebrities Culture, and co-undertaken by Institute for Cultural Industries, Peking University, Beijing Chinese and Foreig

15、n Celebrities Cultural Industry Group, Taxpayer Newspaper Agent. Communications Bank is also specially invited to assist the forum. This forum will base on the former 4 forums and aim to promote the constrction of soft power of China, creating a fully creative, forward-looking, and authoritative sen

21、e harmonious progress of the world and human beings, which will make it live up to the hope of the predecessors.北京大学文化产业研究院成立于1999年初，是以整合北京大学相关学术资源和师资力量，深化文化产业理论和政策研究，培养高级经营管理人才，促进产、学、研一体化，推动我国文化产业发展为宗旨的跨学科校级研究机构。研究院院长由全国政协常委、北京大学哲学社会科学资深教授叶朗先生担任。2002年6月，国家文化部与北京大学在研究院共建国家文化产业创新与发展研究基地。2005年12月，研究院被

22、评为“北京大学文科优秀研究机构”。九年来，研究院为中央各部委文化产业决策提供理论参考，完善了从本科双学位、硕士研究生到博士研究生的人才培养体系的探索。研究院通过为各地政府编制区域文化产业规划、为各企业策划、论证与评估文化产业项目等形式，推动了我国文化资源的转换和文化产业的发展。Institute for Cultural Industries, Peking University was set up at the beginning of 1999. It is the trans-sbuject school-level institute which integrates related

23、 academic resources and teaching talents of Peking University, deepening the study on industry theory and policy and aiming to cultivate senior management elites, to integrate industry, study and research and pushing the development of Chinese Cultural industries. In June 2002, Peking University and Cultural Ministry set up the innovation and development base of national cultural industry together. In December 2005, our

25、 institute was assessed as “Excellent Liberal Arts Institution of Peking University”. During the last 9 years, our institute offers theoretical reference for the central ministries and committees to help them make policies and decisions for cultural industries. We have finished our exploration of ta

26、lent cultivation system from Dual Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree to Doctors Degree. 27、ng and assessing cultural industry projects for various enterprises.中国中外名人文化研究会成立于1988年，是中国唯一一家研究名人的全国性学术团体。冯文彬（原中央办公厅主任），李力安（原中顾委秘书长），刘忠德（前文化部部长，现全国科教文卫体委员会主任）等同志先后担任本会理事长。研究会主要从事古今中外名人的研究，编辑、翻译、撰写名人传记；拍摄名人传记电影、电视；举行名人生平事迹、作品（成果）展览及纪念会、学术讨论会等。组织出版中国当代名人录、中国精神等几十部大型辞书著作；拍摄制作播出82集贞观长歌、50集中华热土、40集竞争呼唤

28、公平、8集枫骨中华魂等300多集优秀电视作品：主办了中央电视台大型双语中秋晚会、东西方文化比较与学术座谈会、中外名人纪念反法西斯战争胜利50周年文艺晚会 等几十场大型活动。Academy of Chinese and Foreign Celebrities Culture, set up in 1988, is the only one of the national academic bodies who studies on the great names. Feng Wenbin(Former Director-General of the General Office of the C
