威德福钻机调试大纲

1、WeatherfordWeatherfordDrillingInternationalRig703 安全要求Safetyrequirements联调小组在联调前必须组织一次安全会议来强调安全问题，要确保所有参与方在试验开始之前对大纲相关内容有充分理解。并严格执行WFT公司的安全规范。TheCommissioningTeammustconductapre-commissioningsafetymeetingtoaddressallsafetyissues,andtoensurethatallparticipantshaveacompleteunderstandingofthescopeofthe
