2、客观的认知。 2.问题分析:这是针对产品创新设计的切入点。通过转换视角,体会和观察日常生活中的一些问题,并对问题做客观的归纳和描述。能够运用陶瓷设计专业知识,结合设计市场调研的结果,对生活中存在的问题做系统分析,提炼问题的“关键词”或“概念”。 3.设计/开发解决方案:能够针对卫生陶瓷设计所遇到的问题提出解决方案,建立产品的设计模型。在满足情感、美学、特性、质量、核心技术、人机工程学等因素的前提下,在完善设计的环节中,体现设计的整体性。 4.研究:能够基于陶瓷材料的可能性及设计理念对卫生陶瓷产品设计进行有效的问题研究,包括材料实验、设计调查、设计与文化、设计与生活方式等因素,形成可批量生产的卫

3、生器具。8.职业规范:具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,能够在陶瓷产品设计与环境生态的意识中理解并遵守设计职业道德和规范,履行作为一名设计师的社会责任。课程培养学生的能力(教学目标)完成课程后,学生将具备以下能力:(1)循序渐进的设计理论体系和专业实践能力,初步的卫生陶瓷设计工艺知识、设计规范、概念和理论(陶瓷产品、环境、功能等)1、2、8。(2)进行初步、系统的设计思维、计算机辅助工具的训练1、2、3。(3)设计评价:对卫生陶瓷产品设计体系的认知及基于功能上的价值的体现,对卫生陶瓷产品的设计过程中的感性与理性认识,最终形成产品设计的功能特征1、2、4。课程简介卫生陶瓷产品设计课程是基于陶瓷材

4、料与设计理念为主的产品设计课程。它涵盖了陶瓷设计专业知识与设计问题、设计调查、设计与文化、设计与生活方式等方面的知识,较为系统的体现出卫生陶瓷产品的整体性设计。对卫生陶瓷产品设计体系的认知及基于功能上的价值的体现,形成对设计成果的评价。教学内容与学时分配(一)卫生陶瓷设计导论:明确本课程的性质、任务、要求、内容和学习方法4学时教学要求:要求掌握课程的主要目的与任务,了解卫生陶瓷在日常社会生活中的作用。(二)陶瓷材料与器具、水、行为关系认知 16学时(1)讲授卫生陶瓷的基本概念,了解卫生陶瓷的类型与水的流动关系。 8学时(2)观察、分析和发现生活中使用卫生陶瓷的问题意识。2学时 (3)初步了解中

5、西方沐浴文化。2学时(4)初步了解如何从概念上描述卫生器具的定义。4学时教学要求:循序渐进地掌握设计认知和专业知识,建构卫生陶瓷的设计认知体系(功能、虹吸原理、安全等)。(三)卫生陶瓷产品设计的思维方法概述 16学时(1)以材料、形状及安装方式构成的形态分析法。4学时(2)以寻找创意的焦点对象法,针对设计中出现的障碍,有效地思考问题。4学时(3)水平思考的工具和技巧。4学时(4)系统了解设计思维的特点,初步掌握卫生陶瓷设计的思维方法。4学时(四)卫生陶瓷产品设计过程 44学时(1)通过设计调查,初步了解用户需求企业生产制造的可行性;通过市场调查,了解已有产品,从功能、审美、价格等方面进行比较研

6、究。12学时(2)根据用户需求,进行问题分析,总结出问题定义(或概念)。4学时(3)针对所述的概念,进行概念设计,并寻找设计原理。8学时(4)针对卫生陶瓷产品的特性,寻找或设计合理的技术。8学时(5)在初步模型或图纸的基础上,完善设计,形成详细设计。运用设计知识和手法,结合材料学、人机工程学、行为学等知识,建构卫生陶瓷产品在生活方式、审美、安全性、可用性等方面的整体设计。12学时教学要求:对卫生陶瓷产品设计体系的认识和训练,对自己的设计或团队的设计进行有效的评价,并能完成个人或团队的设计调查、市场调查、作品说明、效果图展示等。要点:产品设计的整体性展示。实验教学(包括上机学时、实验学时、实践学

Design knowledge: they can master the basic knowledge and professional skills, and have a more objective understanding to professional practice and

11、 theory of the Art Design.2. Analysis of the problem: this is the entry point for product innovation design. Through shift of perspective, experience and observe some problems in daily life, they can have objective induction and description of the problems. They can combine the ceramic design profes

12、sional knowledge with the results of the design market research, then they have a systematic analysis of the problems in life and refine key words or concept of the problems.3. Design / development solution: they can put forward corresponding solutions to the problems encountered in the design of sa

13、nitary ceramics, the establishment of product design model. On the premise of meeting objectives of the emotional, aesthetic, characteristics, quality, core technology, ergonomic and other factors, they can reflect the integrity of the design in improving the design。4. Research: they can have effect

14、ive research of problems to sanitary ceramics products design based on the possibility and design concept of ceramic materials,including material experiments, design surveys, design and culture, design and lifestyle and other factors, and form sanitary ware that can be mass produced。8. 15、norms: they have a humanities sciences and social science accomplishment and social responsibility, and can understand and comply with the professional ethics and norms of design in the sense of ceramic product design and environmental ecology, fulfilling social responsibility as a designer。Teaching

18、the process of design, and ultimately form functional characteristics of product design 1,2, 4.Course DescriptionCeramic product design(four) is a product design course based on ceramic materials and design concepts. It covers knowledge of the ceramic design expertise and design issues, design surve

19、ys, design and culture, design and lifestyle and is a more systematic reflection of the overall design of sanitary ceramics products. Its the recognition of the sanitary ceramics product design system and the embodiment of the functional value, and form the evaluation of the design results.Teaching
