1、第十二讲 装配图(1) Assembly Drawing 装配图的画法(1)由零件图拼画装配图（两周完成）参考：P454-47412.1 装配图的作用与内容内容：Assembly drawing includes:(1) 一组视图。A set of views(2) 必要的尺寸。Necessary dimensions(3) 技术要求。Technical requirements(4) 标题栏、零件编号及明细栏。 Item numbers for each part ,the item list and the title block. 装配图是制定装配工艺规程，进行装配、检验、安装及维修的技

5、 选择主视图Selection of main view 符合部件的工作位置。Working location 能清楚表达部件的工作原理、主要的装配关系或其结构特征。Describe the working flow, main assembly relations or features clearly.柱塞泵主视图为全剖视图Full section for front view 选择其它视图 Selection of supporting views表达主视图没能表达的内容。Supplement the main view with the remaining necessary repr

6、esentation.12.3 画装配图的方法和步骤 Procedure of drawing assembly drawing 根据部件的大小，视图数量, 确定画图的比例(1:1) 、图幅的大小（A2） ，留出明细栏的位置。 1 . 确定图幅Sheet Size 画各视图的主要基线。并注意各视图之间留有适当间隔，以便标注尺寸和进行零件编号。2. 布置视图 layout 以柱塞泵为例120150130290 先画主体零件（泵体ZC-1001）。Main parts first 从主视图开始，画各视图的主要轮廓 。Front view first3. 画主体零件Main Body Parts 泵

7、体(Pump body)-衬套Bush(1004)-柱塞plunger(1003)-填料压盖Gland cover (1002) - 填料(无图)Stuffing without drawing4. 按装配顺序, 画主装配线上其它零件 Draw other parts along the main assembly ling in the assembling order.（极限位置,双点划线）（压进5mm） 垫片Washer （ZC-1005 ）-阀体Valve body （ZC-2001 ）-下阀瓣 lower valve（ZC-2004）-上阀瓣 upper valve （ZC-2003

8、）-垫片 Washer （ZC-2005 ）-阀盖 valve cover （ZC-2002 ）5. 画阀体装配线Valve parts定位面定位面普通螺纹连接管螺纹连接 检查无误后加深图线，画剖面线，标注尺寸，对零件进行编号，填写明细栏、标题栏，书写技术要求等，完成装配图。Darkening and tracing the contour lines, drawing section lines, dimensioning and number the parts, filling the title blick.7. 完成装配图 Finish阀瓣复杂、特殊结构等必要的细节The compl

9、icated, special structures and any necessary detail of lower valve and upper valve.6. 画细部结构 Detail structure12.4 装配图的特殊表达方法 Special conventions in assembly drawings 相邻零件的接触表面和配合表面只画一条线；不接触表面和非配合表面画两条线。There is no gap shown between contact surfaces or mating surfaces. A gap shown between non-contact

10、surfaces or non-mating surfaces.两面不配合Non-mating surfaces两面接触Surfaces contact两面配合Mating surfaces 两个(或两个以上)零件邻接时，剖面线的倾斜方向应相反或间隔不同。但同一零件在各视图上的剖面线方向和间隔必须一致。The section lines of adjacent parts should be carried out with different directions or spacing . The identical part in every view of the assembly dr

11、awing should be section-lined in the same direction and same spacing. 标准件和实心件沿轴向剖到按不剖画。Solid parts cut along their axis are shown as un-sectioned, such as shaft, rods handles , keys, screws etc.4. 假想画法Imaginary representations by phantom lines 与本装配体有关但不属于本装配体的相邻零部件，以及运动机件的极限位置，可用双点画线表示。The extreme p

12、ositions of moving parts or adjacent items by phantom lines.运动机件的极限位置轮廓线画双点画线。The limit position of moving part by Double dot-and-dash lines 滚动轴承简化画法垫圈厚度夸大画出5. 简化画法Simplified representation6. 夸大画法Exaggerated representation 零件的工艺结构，如倒角、圆角、退刀槽等可不画。 Some process structures like chamfer, round and relief can be omitted 薄垫片的厚度、小间隙等可适当夸大画出。Thin washer and too small gap can be exaggerated mode
