1、- PAGE 28 -1工程简介 General of the project本工程是杭州农药总厂和AVENTIS公司合资投资的新型农药厂项目工程,本工程电气专业主要范围是从变电所到车间供配电系统,具体可分为动力配电、电气照明、防雷接地、电信等四大部分。根据该项目的具体特性,部分施工区域分为防爆、防腐工作环境。电气主要工程量如下:电缆桥架1080米,电缆(动力、照明、控制)40000米,配管2800米,照明灯、器具413套,动力盘16块,照明盘14块,接地线530米。This project is invested by Hangzhou Pesticide Factory and AVENT
2、IS Company. The electric construction includes power distribution, electric lighting, earthing and communication. According to the specific natures of the project, some construction areas are separated into environments of explosion-proof and anticorrosion. The main capacity of electric construction

13、to the constructors before the construction.设备材料安装前的检查验收 Check and acceptance of the equipment and materials before erection设备到场后,检查其包装及密封状况是否良好,开箱进行外观检查,设备外表不得有机械损伤。清点数量与清单是否相符,规格型号与设计要求是否一致,附件及备件是否齐全,有无产品说明书及技术文件。应填写设备开箱检查记录。After the arrival of the equipment, the packages and sealing should be ch
14、ecked, the equipment should be unpacked, and visual check should be made on it. There shouldnt be any mechanical damages on the surface of equipment. The quantity should be checked according to equipment list, and specification should be checked as per the design. And it should be checked that wheth
15、er the fittings are complete and whether there are instructions and technique documents. At last, the unpacked checking list should be filled.各种材料进库前,需认真核对规格型号与设计是否相符,合格证是否有效,并要进行必要的抽查,不合格者拒绝使用。Before the materials are placed into the warehouse, specifications should be checked according to the desi
16、gn, and the certifications should be checked so as to see whether they are efficient. Selective examination should be made, if there are any materials, which are unqualified, they should not be used.室内土建工程包括地面、屋内、墙面、门窗及装饰工程等施工完毕并应与土建专业办理中间交接The civil work indoors, including the floor, roof, walls, d
17、oors, windows and decoration, should be completed. And they should be handed over to us by the civil constructor.工艺设备基本安装就位,管架安装基本完毕。Process equipment has been almost erected, and erection of pipe racks have almost been completed.对施工有影响的模板脚、手架已撤除,杂物清理干净。The templates and scaffolds that may influence
18、 the construction have been dismantled, and the sundries have been cleaned up.会使线路、管路发生损坏或严重污染的建筑物的装饰工作应全部完工。The decoration work of buildings which may damage or stain the wire lines and pipe lines seriously should be completed absolutely.5.3 防雷、接地 Lightning conduction and earthing接地应按设计图纸要求,以使接地电阻达
19、到要求。接地体顶面埋设深度-0.8m,与建筑物的距离不应小于3m,暗埋接地线距地表深度为-0.8m。The earthing should be performed according to the design drawings so as to make the earthing resistance comply with the requirements. The ground material should be buried and the top of it should be 0.8m to the ground surface. The space between the g
20、round material and the building should not be less than 3m. And the earth wire buried under the ground should be 0.8m to the ground surface.接地体与接地线之间的连接应采用焊接, 焊接面应牢固。扁钢与扁钢焊接应采用搭接焊,搭接长度至少为扁钢宽度的2.5倍,且至少3边焊接。The earth wire should be welded to the grounding material. The flat steels should be welded wit
21、h overlap welding. The overlapped length should be at least 2.5 times of the width of the flat steel, and at least 3 edges need to be welded.电机、各种配电、控制盘柜及操作台的金属底座和外壳,均要加以接地保护。Electric motors, all kinds of distribution and control panels and cabinets and the metal supports and coating of the control
22、platform should be grounded.电机应用专用接地线(黄绿相间)。The earth wire of electric motor should be special one (with the color of yellow and green).配电、控制盘柜和底座,可通过扁钢直接与室内接地干线相连。Distribution panels and cabinets, control panels and cabinets and supports of them can be connected with the main earth wire indoors by
23、using the flat steel.各接地连接点应加弹簧垫片,连接紧固可靠。Spring gaskets should be added to the ground points, and the connection should be fastened.电气装置每个接地支线应单独与接地干线相连接,不允许几个部分串接后与干线相连,接地干线应在不同的地方与接地网可靠连接。Each branch earth wire of electric unit should be separately connected with the main earth wire. They shouldnt
24、 be connected to the main earth wire in series. And the main earth wire should be connected to the earth mat unfailingly.非防爆区域内穿线管连接处两端,应焊接跨接线,或用接地线通过接地卡连接。At both ends of conduit in non-explosion proof area, the bridging lines should welded or the earth wires should be connected with clamp.5.4 照明、动
25、力配管 Tubing for lighting and power wires钢管应按设计要求采用热镀锌管。The steel pipe should be galvanized one as per the design.钢管加工:采用型材切割机进行切割,用电动套丝机或手动绞扳套丝,管端套丝长度不应小于管接头长度的1/2。用电动弯管机或手动弯管器弯管。保护管制作后外表应无裂纹,内壁光滑无毛刺无铁屑,切断口应挫平,管口应刮光,弯扁度不应大于管外径的10%。弯曲半径根据电缆截面型号选择,一根保护管最多不能超过三个弯头,垂直弯头不能超过两个。明配管弯曲半径不宜小于管外径的6倍,当两个接线盒之间有一
26、个弯曲时,其半径不应小于管外径的4倍。暗配时弯曲半径不应小于管外径的6倍,当埋于地下或混凝土内时,弯曲半径不应小于管外径的10倍。Processing of steel pipe: The pipe should be cut with profiling cut-off machine, and it should be threaded with electric thread machine or manual thread wrench, the length of screw should not be less than 1/2 of the joint. The pipe sho
27、uld be bent with electric bending machine or manual pipe bender. After fabrication, there should not be any cracks on the pipe surface, and there should not be any burrs or iron dust on the inside walls; the fracture should filed and smooth, and the camber should not be more than 10% of the outer di
28、ameter of the pipe. The arch radius should be chosen according to the model of cable section; there should not be more than 3 elbows on one protecting pipe, and there should not be more than 2 vertical elbows. The arch radius of exposed pipe should not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter of p
29、ipe; and when there is a bend between two junction box, the arch radius of the bend should not be less than 4 times of the outer diameter of pipe. The arch radius of hidden pipe should not be less than 6 times of the outer diameter; and when the pipe is buried underground or in concrete, the arch ra
30、dius should not be less than 10 times of the outer diameter.明配管安装需平直、整齐、牢固,固定点间的距离应均匀,符合规范要求。保护管直线长度超过30m时需加装接线盒,同一管线超过两个直角弯时应加设中间接线盒。钢管不得直接进入接线盒,应通过防爆接头连接。The exposed pipe should be level, straight, and it should be erected orderly and hard. The spaces between fixed points should be equal and they
31、should comply with the requirements of specifications. When the linear length of the protecting pipe is over 30m, the junction box should be added; and when there are more than 2 right-angle bends, junction box should be added between them. The steel pipe should not enter the junction box directly,
32、and it should be connected to the box with explosion proof tie-in.钢管与配电箱连接采用锁紧螺母或护圈帽固定,用锁紧螺母固定的管端螺纹宜外露锁紧螺母23扣。钢管与电动机、操作箱连接时,应加装防爆金属挠性管进行连接,接头尺寸和螺纹应与电机进线口相吻合。防爆区域内的钢管管口应用防爆胶泥封堵。The steel tube should be fastened to the distribution box with locknut or guard ring. Two or three threads at the end of the
33、 pipe which is fastened with locknut should be exposed out of the locknut. When the steel tube is connected with motor or operating cabinet, explosion proof metal flexible tube should be added between them, and the size of the joint and the threads should comply with the service entrance of the elec
34、tric motor. The orifice of the steel tube in explosion proof area should be sealed with explosion proof clay mottar.5.5管内穿线 Wiring through the tubes导线所采用的型号、规格应符合设计的规定,配线的布置应符合设计和规范的要求。如业主另有要求,应按业主的要求进行施工。The type and specification of the conduct wire should comply with the design, and the wiring al
35、so should be performed according to the design and specification. If there is special requirement from the owner, the construction should be performed according to the owners requirement.当配线采用多相导线时,其相线的颜色应便于区分,相线与零线的颜色应不同。同一建筑物、构筑物内的导线,其颜色选择应统一。保护地线应采用黄绿相间的绝缘导线,零线宜采用淡蓝色绝缘导线。When the wires are multip
36、hase conductor, it should be easy for us to distinguish the colors, and the color of phase should be different from that of the zero line. The colors of the conduct wires in one building should be uniform. The protecting earth wires should be insulated conductor with the color of yellow and green, a
37、nd the zero wires should be insulated conductor with the color of sky-blue.管内穿线宜在建筑物抹灰、粉刷及地面工程结束后进行。穿线前,应将电线保护管内的积水及杂物清除干净。钢管口应先装上管螺母,以免穿线时损伤导线绝缘层。不同回路、不同电压等级和交流与直流的导线,不得穿在同一根管内。同类照明的几个回路,可穿入同一管内,但导线总数不应多于8根。Wiring through tubes should be performed after the plaster and whitewash of the building and
38、 construction of the floor. And before wiring, the water and other sundries inside the protecting tube should be cleaned up. At first, pipe bolts should be erected at the nozzle so as to prevent the insulation coat of the conductor from being damaged while wiring. The conduct wires of different circ
39、uits and voltage should not be in the same tube, and the wire of alternating current and that of direct current should not be in the same tube either. Several circuits in the same kind of lighting can the lead into one tube, but the total amount of the wires should not be more than 8 sets.导线穿好后,剪除多余
40、的导线,但要留出适当的余量,以便以后接线。预留长度为:接线盒以绕盒内一周为宜;开关板以绕板内半周为宜。After the wires have been threaded through the tubes, the extra wires should be cut off, but suitable length should be left for the connection later. The left length is: to the wires with junction box, it is one circle of the box; and to the wire wi
41、th switch board, it is half circle of the board.管内导线包括绝缘层在内的总面积不应大于管子的内截面的40%。The total area of the wires inside the tube (including the insulation coat) should not be more than 40% of the area of the internal section of the pipe.5.6低压电器安装 Erection of low voltage electric apparatus低压电器安装前应检查设备的名牌、型号
42、、规格应与设计相符,设备的外壳、漆层、手柄,应无损伤或变形,附件应齐全完好。Before the erection of low voltage electric apparatus, the nameplate, model and specification should be checked according to the design, there should not be any damage or distortion on the coat, skin of paint and handle, and the fittings should be complete and p
43、erfect.低压电器的安装高度和位置应符合设计及规范要求,也应满足现场操作和维护的方便。成排安装的低压电器应排列整齐,固定牢靠,紧固件应采用热镀锌件,螺栓规格应选配适当。电器的固定应牢固平稳,有防爆要求的电器应装防爆挠型管。固定低压电器时不应使电器受额外应力。室外安装的非防护型低压电器应有相应的防护措施。The erection height and position of LV electric apparatus should comply with the design and specification, and they also should meet with the requ
44、irements of operation and maintenance. LV electric apparatus installed in row should be arranged orderly and fixed. The fasteners should be galvanized, and the specification of bolts should be suitable. Fastening of the apparatus should be firm and stable, and explosion proof flexible tubes should b
45、e added if necessary. When fastening the apparatus, no extra stress should be added to it. There should be protective precautions for the non-explosion proof LV electric apparatus erected outdoor.电器的金属外壳框架的接零或接地应符合规范要求。The connection of zero wires or grounding of the metal frame of the apparatus sho
46、uld comply with the specifications.5.7照明器具安装 Erection of lighting apparatus安装前应对所有灯具进行检查,规格、型号、防爆要求应符合设计要求,灯具附件应齐全,无机械损伤、变形、油漆脱落、灯罩破损等现象,所有灯具均要进行通电试验。Before the erection, all light fittings should be checked. Specifications, models and explosion proof natures should comply with the design, light fit
47、tings should be complete, and there should not be any damage, distortion and depainting. All light fittings should be tested with electric.灯具的安装位置、标高及光源的方向,既要满足设计要求又要满足以后照度的需要,灯具安装严格执行施工图纸上的安装方式,并做到应牢固可靠,用于同一室内或场所成排安装的灯具应排列整齐其中心线偏差应符合规范要求。The erection position, level and direction of light fittings
48、should comply with the design and the requirements for light. The erection of light fittings should be performed strictly according to the construction drawings, and it should be firm and stable. A row of light fittings erected in one room or area should be arranged orderly, and the variation of the
49、ir center mark should comply with the specification.灯具不得直接安装在可燃构件上,当灯具表面高温部件离可燃物近时应采取隔热措施,或通过设计单位加以修改。Light fittings should not be directly erected on flammable structural component; and when the hot component on the surface of light fitting is near to the flammable objects, heat insulation measures
50、 should be taken, or the design should be changed.插座和开关的安装标高应符合设计要求,并列安装或同一室内安装的开关和插座距地面的高度应一致,偏差应符合规范要求。火线应经开关控制,单相三孔插座的接线面对插座应“左零右火上接地”。The erection elevation of the socket and switch should comply with the design. Paratactic switches or switches erected in the same room should be the same distant

Zero bus and protecting earth bus should be set inside the box, and the zero wires and pr

Codes of the circuits should be marked on the lighting distribution boxes.5.8 电缆敷设 Cable layout电缆敷设前应对电缆进行外观检查及绝缘电阻试验,试验结果应符合规范要求,电缆的型号规格应与设计相符,不得有扭绞、损伤。Before layout of cables, visual check should be made on the cables and test of insu
54、lation resistance should be performed. The test result should comply with the specification, and model and specification of cable should accord with the design. There should not be wring and damage on the cables.电缆应按图纸要求规定的路径敷设,敷设时尽量减少交叉,电缆要排列整齐。终端头、中间接头处应挂标志牌。The cable should be laid according to t
55、he route specified in drawings. And while laying, there should be as little cross as possible, and the cables should be arranged orderly. Sign boards should be hung at the joints. 电缆在水平桥架内敷设时,在电缆首末两端户转弯处,电缆接头的两端处加以固定。电缆间距有要求时,每个5-10米处加以固定。在垂直段的桥架内敷设时,可每间隔2米进行捆扎一次。低压,动力、控制电缆应分开敷设(如果桥架内有隔板)。When the c
56、ables are laid into the horizontal cable tray, they should be fixed at the corners of two ends of the cables and at both ends of the joints. If there are requirements about the space between cables, they should be fixed every other 510 meters. And when the cables are laid into the vertical cable tra
57、y, they should be banded every other 2 meters. Cables of low voltage, power cables and control cables should be laid separately if there are division boards inside the tray.电缆头制安应严格遵守制作工艺规程,室外电缆头制作应在气候条件良好的情况下进行,剥削电缆时不得伤害电缆芯线,电缆头制作完毕应检查电缆的绝缘情况。Fabrication and erection of the cable heads should be pe
58、rformed strictly according to the fabrication process regulations, and outdoor fabrication of cable heads should be performed under good climate conditions. Core of cable should not be damaged while paring the cable. And insulation of cable should be check after the cable head is already fabricated.
59、电缆在桥架内敷设可多根电缆在一起,但穿钢管敷设时必须一根钢管穿一根电缆。There can be more than one cable inside the tray, but there should be only one cable inside the tube.5.9电缆桥架的安装 Erection of cable tray电缆桥架的型号及规格应符合设计及规范要求。电缆桥架的安装高度、水平度、垂直度及电缆桥架的转弯半径,应符合设计及规范要求。电缆桥架的加工应采用等离子切割机或钢锯进行切割,不得使用电气焊,以免损伤电缆桥架表面的防腐层。Specifications and mode
