1、LCT 微机励磁控制器LCT Digital Excitation Controller通讯规约Communication ProtocolLCT微机励磁控制器与 DCS分散控制系统的通讯协议 The protocolof LCT digital excitation controller and DCS separatedcontrolling system、通讯标准 Communication standard采用RS-232串口;通讯波特率9600bps; 3线通讯方式数据出、数据入、地。 Adopt RS-232 serial port;9600bps com muni cati ng
2、 baud rate; three-l ine com muni cat ing mode(data output, data in put, earth).二、通讯协议 Communication protocol采用 MODBUS、议,RTl编码方式。Adopt Modbus protocol, RTU coding mode.采用主从式通讯方式,DCS系统为主站,励磁控制器为从站。Adopt master-slaving com muni cati on mode, defi ne DCS system as master stati on , digital excitati on c
3、on troller as slave statio n.三、通讯数据格式 Communication data mode1位起始位,8位数据位,没有奇偶校验,2位停止位。1 bit as start bit, 8 bit as data bit, non odd and eve n check ing, 2 bit as stop bit.Error check ingx16+X5+X+1.错误检测米用 CRC16校验方式,校验多项式为 X +X +X+1adopts CRC16 test mode, testi ng mult ino mial is四、数据包格式 Data package
4、 format起始Start目的地址Dest in ati on address功能码Fun cti on code数据DataCRC校 验 CRC check ing结束EndT1T2T3T41字节1 Byte1字节1 ByteN字节N Byte2字节2 ByteT1T2T3T4T1T2T3T4时间长度,由应用程序控制,两个数据包之间的最小时间间隔为传送 3.5 个字符的发送时间约 4msJ o Time len gth, con trolled by applicati on, the least time distanee between two data package is as l
5、ong as the sending time of 3.5 character(about 4ms).目的地址Destination address : DCS主站要访问的从站地址。如果励磁调节器为 双通道结构,那么占用两个从站地址;假设励磁调节器为单通道结构,那么占用一个从站地 址。The slave address which the DCSmaster station should call on. If excitation regulator is two-cha nnel structure, en gross two slave stati on addresses; Ifsi
6、n gle-cha nnel structure, the n use one slave statio n address.功能码Function code:主站告知从站所要执行的操作代码。Master station giveslave station the operation code it will carry out.数据Data:传送的数据,长度为 N字节。Sent data, length is N byte.CR(校验CROhecking :前面所有数据的CR(校验值,长度为2字节。The CRCesting value of above all data, le ngth

11、Kairu2、 Kairu3、Facru、Kaicu1、Kaicu2、Kaicu3、Faccu,其中前 4 个字节为输入开关量,后 4个字节为输出开关量,首地址为01Ho K系列的开关量为送出装置或由装置外送入的开 关量,F系列的开关量只送至控制器面板或只由控制器面板送入的开关量。The digitalexcitationregulator send to DCSmaster station has 8 bytes, in turn is Kairu1,Kairu2, Kairu3, Fairu, Kaicu1, Kaicu2, Kaicu3, Faccu. 27、f,首地址为01H,其定义分别为:发电机励磁专用 电压互感器之额定发电机电压采样值、发电机仪表用电压互感器之额定发电机电压采样值、发电机电流互感器之额定发电机电流采样值、额定发电机有功功率采样值、额定发 电机无功功率采样值。另外发电机直流量如发电机转子电压、电流及调节器输出电流 等的额定采样值统一规定为1000H,因此不再向DC3站发送该量。The analog which excitation regulator send to DCSmaster station has 5 words, 10 bytes. They are in turn Vfref, Vf ref, Iref, Pre

In additi on the rati ng sampli ng value of gen erator DC data (such as gen erator rotor voltage, current and regulator output current and so on) is define as 1000H, so it wouldn t send the rati ng data to DCS master stati on.3. 读模

32、 Vfd、Ifd、Iffd、Vref、Href、a,首地址为01H,其定义分别为:发电机 励磁专用电压互感器之发电机电压、发电机仪表用电压互感器之发电机电压、发电机电 流、发电机有功、发电机无功、发电机转子电压、发电机转子电流、调节器输出电流、 发电机自动给定、发电机手动给定、可控硅开放角。另外 Vref 的基准值为 Vfref ;Href 的基准值为ioooh无刷励磁时以调节器输出电流为单位、其它励磁方式以发电机转子 电流为单位;a的值按4000H对应90o为基准。The analog data excitation regulator send to DCSmaster station h
