9、识更新太快，不及时学习新知识便会很快落后于时代。例如，利用现在非常普及的移动互联网技术，我们可以用手机预约出租车业务，支付各种费用，购买各种商品等，很多中年人、老年人不掌握这方面知识，便不能利用高科技带来的生活便利。其次，勤于动脑，能够有效预防老年痴呆症的发生。这个结论已经在医学方面得到验证。最后，一个人保持终身学习的习惯，随时掌握新知识和新技能，可以使自己在职业选择上有更强的优势。这不仅对本人有利，还有利于国家和民族。有人抱怨说，平时工作和生活太忙，没有时间去阅读。实际上终身学习的方式不仅仅是阅读和上课，在科技高度发达的今天，学习的方式已经非常方便了，我们还可以通过互联网浏览网页、阅读电子书、接收远程课程。不仅学习理论知识，还可以学习各种技能。年龄也不能成为我们终身学习的障碍。中国曾经的烟草大王褚时健，退休后前在烟草事业上遭遇了极大的挫折，自己甚至被关进监狱。但是他在75 岁时认真
