14、ice about the M&A plan.The second stage: According to the corporations instruction , when the operation of the M&A start , confirm the plan and draft all kinds of legal documents including the contract of M&A, article of association and provide the legal advice.四、律师费用根据上述业务的工作量、工作时间及行业标准

15、，本所收取的律师服务费为人民币50万元。其中第一阶段工作（尽职调查、出具法律意见、为并购方案设计提供法律咨询）为人民币40万元，第二阶段工作（确定收购方案、制订各项相关法律文件）为人民币10万元，总费用可以按阶段收取。工作期间律师的差旅费用由贵公司承担。出差标准为：上海至目的地往返机票费用及四星级以上酒店住宿费用。4.Attorneys fee Nuodi Law Firm will charge 50,000RMB according to load , time consuming of the affair and the industry standard . The fist sta

16、ge of the work (DD, provide legal opinion and advice about the M&A plan) will charge 400,000RMB.The second stage work (, confirm the plan and draft all kinds of legal documents) will charge 100,000RMB. The total fee can be charged by stage.The traveling fee will also be charged . The standard of
