1、苦玄参育种材料遗传多样性SSR分析p 【摘要】:p :【目的】探索苦玄參育种材料的遗传多样性及亲缘关系,为苦玄参育种资的选择及遗传改良提供参考依据。【方法】利用SSR分子标记,分析p 12份苦玄参育种材料的基因多样性指数(Nei)、Shannon多态性信息指数(I)、多态性百分率(P)及各材料间的遗传距离,并基于遗传距离对其进行聚类分析p ,以明确该育种材料的遗传多样性和亲缘关系。【结果】17对SSR引物共扩增出73个等位基因,平均每对引物4.3个。各引物间P变化范围为8.33100.00,平均60.78;多态信息量(PIC)变化范围为0.07670.7598,平均0.5184。供试材料遗传多

2、样性的平均Nei=0.3002、I=0.4162、P=59.81,其中_yj01、_yj06和ytL09种质Nei、I和P最高,分别为0.3529、0.4893和70.59;L_j12种质Nei、I和P最低,分别为0.2059、0.2854及41.18。ytl09和zgb03 2份种质间遗传距离最近,仅0.0929。基于遗传距离的聚类分析p 结果表明,在遗传距离0.4084处可将12份种质分成4个群体,其中wzhj7、l_j09和_yj01自成一群,其余归为一群。L_j12与zgb04、ytl11与wzhj9、ytl09与zgb03、wzhj_12与_yj06和wzhzp22间分别拥有较近的亲

6、aried between 0.0767-0.7598 which was 0.5184 on average.For the 12 germplasm sles tested,the average level of geic diversity was Nei=0.3002,I=0.4162,and P=59.81.Number _yj01, _yj06 and ytL09 had the highest Nei which was 0.3529, the highest I 0.4893 and the highest P 70.59.Whereas L_j12 had the lowe
