1、当今,越来越多的人参与到体育锻炼屮来,越来越多的院校更加重视体育项目的开展和 发展。篮球作为一项历史悠久且较流行的运动,受到很多学生的喜欢。它是一项综合性运动, 既能多方血锻炼人的体育素质,也具有很好的观赏性。三步上篮作为篮球运动中一项非常基 础且非常核心的技术,是学校篮球教学中的重要内容。很多学生喜欢篮球运动,但喜欢并不 等于擅长。由于学生的成长坏境不同,身体素质不同,个性也不同,这就造成学生的篮球基 础千差万别。因此,在篮球教学过程屮,教师不能按照教材简单、统一地传授技术,而是应 该因材施教,以提高每一位学生的篮球素质为教学目标。一、步伐在行进间上篮的重要性在行进间投篮不是一个难度系数非常
2、髙的技术动作,但这个动作对于手脚的协调性有一 定要求,手脚的动作必须连贯、协调。很多刚接触篮球的学生,没有仔细理解三步投篮的动 作要领和注意事项就开始练习,往往会出现走路带球、投篮不中、投篮无力或用力过度等现 象。在上篮练习中,除了要进行大量的实践练习,还要有扎实的理论知识作支撑,才能保证 动作做得更规范。要让学生明白三步投篮的要领,需详细介绍理论知识。第一步,步子要边 得大一点;第二步,步子要迈得小一点;第三步,开始起身上跳进行投篮,而不是连续跑步 屮投篮。在投篮训练中,要在篮球场地为学生画好标线,便于他们更好地掌握步伐和起跳的 关键点。二、投篮过程中的手法问题投篮过程屮,经常会发生投篮姿势
3、不正确的现象,这说明他们缺乏练习或练习方式存在 错误和漏洞。在跑步上篮的过程中,一定要两只手都加入练习,可以先训练自己最擅长的那 只手,然后在主力手的辅助下対较弱的那只手也加以训练,这対于矫正投篮姿势有很大帮助。 在训练中,要经常进行上篮手感的练习,不断增加球性,让自己的手在上篮时发生肌肉记忆 效应,这样才能达到自己想要的上篮节奏和命中率。三、掌握节奏在上篮中的重要性打过篮球的学生都知道,篮球要想打得好一定要有节奏感。要想培养节奏感,一是要多 加练习,在练习屮培养球感;二是在练习过程屮注意儿个细节的重点练习。比如,在上篮过 程中与口令相配合,一个人上步,让另一个人帮忙喊口号,一喊一动来培养投篮
4、的节奏感。 除了平时拿着球的时候练习,还需要进行手里无球时候的练习,无论在宿舍还是在路上,都 可以随时进行无球上篮节奏的练习,让自己有一个成熟的体系,一个属于自己的节奏。四、教师以身作则,带动学生学习的兴趣教师只有用自己的实际行动和教学热情才能带动学生更有兴趣地学习篮球。在实际教学 屮,教师须严格制订学习计划,让学生更有条理地学习篮球,让学生真正热爱上篮球这项运 动,在运动中融入自己的感情。通常,教师在篮球课上过于注重传授具体技能,没能注重学 生思考能力、感知能力、表达能力及协作能力的培养,这好比给了学生一条鱼,却没有教给 他们捕鱼的方法。这样教出来的学生只能应付考试,一旦走入竞赛场地或社会大
