35、安全帽，作业现场必须设置安全护梯或安全网（强度合格）等防护设施，遇有六级以上大风、暴雨或雷电天气时，应停止高处作业。  3）高处作业的人员必须经安全教育合格，并熟悉现场环境和施工安全要求，对患有职业禁忌证和年老体弱、疲劳过度、视力不准及酒后等人员不准进行高处作业。  4）高处作业的人员一般不应交叉作业，凡因工作需要，必须交叉作业时，要设安全网、防护碰等安全设施，否则不准作业。  5）工作前，必须提前作好方案，并落实到人。  6）易折、易碎、薄型屋面建筑材料（石棉瓦、石膏板、薄木板等）时，必须有保证施工安全的措施。  

36、;7）所用的工具、零件、材料等必须装入工具袋，上下时手中不得拿物件，且必须从指定的路线上下，禁止从上往下或从下往上抛扔工具、物体或杂物等，不得将易滚易滑的工具、材料堆放在脚手架上，工作完毕时应及时将各种工具、零部件等清理干净，防止坠落伤人，上下输送大型物件时，必须使用可靠的起吊设备。   8）作业前，应检查脚手架、跳板等上面是否有水、泥、冰等，如果有，要采取有效的防滑措施，当结冰、积雪严重而无法清除时，应停止高处作业。   9）易发有毒有害气体的房上部及塔顶上作业时，要设专人监护，发现有毒有害气体泄漏时，应立急停止工作，工作人员马上撤离现场。
