The construction ofcorporate culture is an important way to improve the competitivepower and plays a big role for transnational operation. That can helpto remove the conflict between two kinds of different culture,improve the inner management efficiency and create a globalenterprise image for the corporate. Because of the many uncertainXXXXXWFJ0JA3elements existing in the transnational operation, culture constructionis complex. This paper analyzed the common mistakes in cultureconstruction, such as narrow, limited, conservative and out ways to dothis.
