Learnersonanindividualbasis,willberequiredtoinvestigateandexploreanaspectofSHRMintheGlobalEnvironment.Theprojectwillbepresentedinanessayorareportform.TheprojectmustdemonstrateaLearner’sevaluativeandanalyticalskillsindiscussingabroadandcomplexrangeofapproaches/modelsasrequiredbytheprojectobjectives.Theprojectlengthwillbe2,500wordsapproximately.Itwillbestructuredandpresentedinascholarlyandacademicstyle.TheLearnershoulddisplayevidenceofhavingreadandassimilatedarangeofrelevantmaterial(LO1-LO6).

End-of-SemesterFinalExamination-Theendofsemesterexaminationpaperwhichistwohoursindurationwillcontainachoiceofquestions.QuestionswillbebasedonthematerialcoveredthroughouttheSemester.Learnerswillberequiredtoanswerthreeofthequestions.Allquestionswillnecessitateessay-styleresponsesandLearnerswillbeexpectedtodemonstratedepthofunderstanding,breadthofknowledge,lucidityofargument,abilitytorelateresearch/theorytocontemporaryexampleswhereappropriate.Abilitytodiscuss,evaluateandappraisearangeofapproaches/systems/modelsetc.asrequiredbythequestionswillbeassessed(LO1-LO6).
