Article2:Position,Duties,andResponsibilities

2.1TheEmployeeshallbeemployedas[Employee'sPosition]intheEmployer's[Department/Division].

2.2TheEmployeeshallperformthefollowingdutiesandresponsibilities:

2.2.1ComplywiththeEmployer'sinternalregulations,policies,andprocedures.

2.2.2PerformthedutiesandresponsibilitiesassignedbytheEmployerorhissuperiors.

2.2.3MaintaintheconfidentialityoftheEmployer'stradesecretsandconfidentialinformation.

2.2.4Attendmeetings,trainingprograms,andotheractivitiesorganizedbytheEmployer.

Article3:WorkingHoursandSalary

3.1TheEmployeeshallworkfull-time,withastandardworkingweekof[NumberofDays]days,from[StartTime]to[EndTime].

3.2TheEmployee'sSalaryshallbe[SalaryAmount]permonth,payableonthe[PaymentDate].

Article5:TermofEmployment

5.1ThisContractshallbeeffectivefrom[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofYears]years,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

5.2UpontheexpirationoftheinitialtermofthisContract,eitherpartymayterminatethisContractbygiving[NoticePeriod]days'writtennoticetotheotherparty.

6.2.2AnybenefitsduetotheEmployeeunderthisContract.

Article7:Confidentiality

7.1TheEmployeeagreestokeeptheEmployer'stradesecretsandconfidentialinformationconfidentialduringandafterthetermofthisContract.

7.2TheEmployeeshallnotusetheEmployer'stradesecretsandconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofhisdutiesandresponsibilitiesunderthisContract.

Article8:GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

8.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Employer'sCountry].
