NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,theLandlordandtheTenant,intendingtobelegallybound,herebyagreeasfollows:

1.Rent

1.1TheTenantshallpaytheLandlordamonthlyrentalfeeof[MonthlyRentAmount](hereinafterreferredtoas"theRent")fortheuseandoccupationofthePremises,commencingonthe[StartDate]andcontinuingforaperiodof[LeaseTerm]monthsfromthesaidcommencementdate.

1.2TheRentshallbepayableonorbeforethe[PaymentDueDate]ofeachmonth.FailuretopaytheRentontimeshallconstituteadefaultunderthisContract,andtheLandlordshallbeentitledtopursuealllegalremediesavailabletoit.

2.SecurityDeposit

2.1UponexecutionofthisContract,theTenantshallpaytheLandlordasecuritydepositof[SecurityDepositAmount](hereinafterreferredtoas"theDeposit").

2.2TheDepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordforthedurationoftheLeaseTermandshallbereturnedtotheTenantupontheterminationoftheLease,subjecttothedeductionofanyoutstandingrent,damages,orcleaningfees.

3.PremisesUseandMaintenance

3.1TheTenantshallusethePremisessolelyforlawfulpurposesandshallnotcommitanyactoromissionthatmaycausedamagetothePremisesoranypartthereof.

3.2TheTenantshallkeepthePremisesingoodrepairandconditionduringtheLeaseTerm,andshallpromptlynotifytheLandlordofanynecessaryrepairsormaintenancerequired.

4.AssignmentandSubletting

4.1TheTenantshallnotassignorsubletthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

4.2AnysuchassignmentorsublettingshallbesubjecttotheapprovaloftheLandlord,andtheTenantshallremainfullyliableforallobligationsunderthisContract.

5.TerminationandRenewal

5.1ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupon[NoticePeriod]days'writtennoticetotheotherparty.

5.2TheLandlordmayterminatethisContractimmediatelyiftheTenantbreachesanytermorconditionofthisContractandfailstocurethebreachwithin[CurePeriod]daysofreceiptofwrittennotice.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

6.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

6.2AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthrougharbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe[ArbitrationInstitution].

1.Landlord'sRightsandObligations

1.1TheLandlordshallprovidethePremisestotheTenantinagoodandtenantablecondition.

1.2TheLandlordshallnotenterthePremiseswithoutprovidingtheTenantwithpriornoticeunlessitisnecessaryforrepairsormaintenance.

1.3TheLandlordreservestherighttoterminatethisContractupontheTenant'sbreachofanymaterialtermorcondition,andtoseekdamagesforsuchbreach.

2.Tenant'sRightsandObligations

2.1TheTenantshallpaytheRentontimeandinaccordancewiththeRentalPaymentScheduleattachedhereto.

2.2TheTenantshallusethePremisesonlyfortheintendedpurposeandshallnotsublet,assign,orotherwisedisposeofthePremiseswithouttheLandlord'spriorwrittenconsent.

2.3TheTenantshallmaintainthePremisesinacleanandsafeconditionandshallpromptlynotifytheLandlordofanynecessaryrepairsormaintenance.

3.ThirdParty'sRightsandObligations

3.1TheThirdPartyshallensurethattheTenantcomplieswithalltermsandconditionsofthisContractandshallbejointlyandseverallyliablewiththeTenantforanybreachthereof.

3.2TheThirdPartyshallprovidetheLandlordwithproofofitsfinancialresponsibility,includinginsurancecoverage,within[InsuranceCoverageAmount]and[InsuranceCoverageType].

3.3TheThirdPartyshallindemnifyandholdtheLandlordharmlessfromanyloss,damage,orliabilityarisingoutoftheTenant'sorThirdParty'sactsoromissions.

4.Tenant'sandThirdParty's违约及限制条款

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

1.Manager'sRightsandObligations

4.2TheManagershallhavetherighttoseektheconsentoftheThirdPartybeforemakinganysignificantdecisionsregardingtheProperty.

5.Owner's违约及限制条款

5.1IftheOwnerfailstopaythemanagementfeeontime,theManagershallbeentitledtoimposealatefeeof[LateFeePercentage]ofthemanagementfeeamount.

5.2TheOwnershallnotinterferewiththeManager'smanagementactivitiesormakedecisionsthatcouldadverselyaffectthePropertywithouttheconsentoftheManagerandtheThirdParty.
