tyinconnectionwiththecontract,whichisnotgenerallyknowntothepublic.12.2保密期限Theperiodofconfidentialityshallbeforthedurationofthecontractandforsuchadditionalperiodasmaybeagreedthepartiesinwriting.12.3泄密责任Ifeitherpartybreachestheconfidentialityobligation,itshallbeliableforanyresultinglossesordamagestotheotherparty.第十三条合同的生效与终止13.1合同生效条件13.2合同终止条件13.3合同终止后的义务Uponterminationofthecontract,thepartiesshallperformsuchactsasmaybenecessarytosettletheiraccountsandsettleanyoutstandingobligations.第十四条其他条款14.1信息与通知Eachpartyshallpromptlyprovidetheotherpartywithsuchinformationandnoticesasmaybenecessaryorconvenientfortheperformanceoftheirobligationsunderthecontract.14.2法律适用ThecontractshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.14.3合同附件Theattachmentstothecontractshallformanintegralpartofthecontractandshallhavethesameforceandeffectastheprovisionsofthecontract.14.4合同修改与补充第二部分：第三方介入后的修正引入第三方介入的相关条款：15.1第三方定义"ThirdParty"shallmeananyindividual,entityororganizationthatisnotpartytothisContractandisengagedeitherPartytoperformcertaintasksorprovidecertainservicesinconnectionwiththeProject.15.2第三方责任TheThirdPartyshallberesponsibleforthequality,safetyandtimelinessoftheservicesortasksperformed,andshallindemnifythePartiesforanylossordamagecauseditsfaultornegligence.15.3第三方选择ThePartiesshallhavetherighttoselectanyThirdPartythattheydeemappropriateforthetasksorservicestobeperformed.ThePartiesshallprovidetheotherPartywiththerelevantinformationoftheselectedThirdParty.15.4第三方协调ThePartiesshallberesponsibleforcoordinatingwiththeThirdPartytoensurethesmoothimplementationofthetasksorservices.AnydisputesbetweenthePartiesandtheThirdPartyshallberesolvednegotiation.增加的额外条款及说明：16.1第三方介入的程序16.2第三方支付条款ThePartiesshallberesponsibleformakingpaymentstotheThirdPartyasagreedintheContract.Thepaymentterms,includingthepaymentscheduleandthemethodofpayment,shallbespecifiedintheContract.16.3第三方绩效评估ThePartiesshallhavetherighttoconductperformanceevaluationsoftheThirdPartytoensurethatthetasksorservicesarebeingperformedinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.TheThirdPartyshallcooperatewithsuchevaluations.16.4第三方退出条款TheContractmayprovideforcircumstancesunderwhichtheThirdPartymayterminateitsengagement.AnysuchterminationshallbesubjecttotheapprovalofthePartiesandshallbeeffectedinaccordancewiththetermsoftheContract.第三方责任限额的明确界定：17.1第三方责任限额TheliabilityoftheThirdPartytothePartiesshallbelimitedtotheextentprovidedintheContract.ThePartiesshallnegotiateandagreeontheappropriateliabilitylimits,whichmayincludefinancialcapsorotherlimitations.17.2第三方保险TheThirdPartymayberequiredtoobtainandmaintaininsurancecoverageforthedurationofitsengagement,whichshallbespecifiedintheContract.ThePartiesshallbeprovidedwithevidenceofsuchinsurance.17.3第三方违约处理IntheeventofabreachofcontracttheThirdParty,thePartiesshallhavetherighttoterminatetheirengagementandclaimdamages.ThePartiesshallnegotiateandagreeontheappropriatedamagestobepaidtheThirdParty.17.4第三方与甲方、乙方的划分说明第三部分：其他补充性说明和解释说明一：附件列表：1.设计方案2.技术规格书3.施工图纸4.材料清单5.施工方案6.安全措施计划7.进度计划8.合同价格明细表9.变更订单10.验收标准11.培训计划12.保密协议13.保险证明14.第三方服务协议附件的详细要求和说明：1.设计方案：详细描述项目的消防设施设计方案，包括设计理念、设计目标、设计内容等。2.技术规格书：详细描述项目的消防设施技术规格，包括材料、设备、施工要求等。3.施工图纸：详细描述项目的消防设施施工图纸，包括平面图、立面图、剖面图等。4.材料清单：详细列出项目所需的消防设施材料清单，包括材料名称、规格、数量等。5.施工方案：详细描述项目的消防设施施工方案，包括施工步骤、施工要求等。6.安全措施计划：详细描述项目在施工过程中的安全措施计划，包括安全措施、安全责任等。7.进度计划：详细描述
