example,showthattheideathatemotionsgobeforeintelligence.IQisessentialforlearningandmentaldevelopment.EQisaperson’sabilitytounderstandhisorherownemotionsandtheemotionsofothersandtoactappropriatelybasedonthisunderstanding,anditismoreimportantforhappinessandsuccess.Wehaveallknownpeoplewhodidnotcompletecollege,butwhohavebecomeverysuccessfulinbusiness.Wecallthemstreetsmart.Wealsoknowpeoplewho,onthewhole,are
