billofhealth.?Peoplewithseriouspreexistingmedicalproblems,suchascancerandAIDS,will
finditpracticallyimpossibletobecomepermanentresidentsinmostcountriessincethose
nationsdonotwantsickpeoplewhowillrequireexpensivemedicaltreatment.?Thisisespecially
trueforcountriessuchasAustralia,Canada,andNewZealandaswellasmostcountriesinEurope,
