山東省成人高等教育學士學位英語考试大纲(试行)壹、總则為了客观地评价本省成人高等教育(非英語专业)學员的英語水平,有效地调動學生學习英語的积极性,提高學生的英語水平,從而保证成人教育本科毕业生學士學位的授予质量,根据教育部《大學英語課程教學规定(试行)》的规定、結合本省英語教學的現实状况和成人高等教育的特點以及社會對學生英語能力的实际规定,制定本考试大纲。本考试的难度界定在大學英語三级的水平,是壹种原则化考试。為保证试卷的信度,除短文写作部分是主观性试題外,其他试題所有客观性的多选題形式。短文写作部分的目的是考核考生运用語言的能力,從而提高试卷的效度。二、评价目的本考试采用水平测试的措施,指在考察學生的基本的英語综合应用能力,包括壹定的听說能力,使他們在此後工作和社會交往中能用英語比较有效地進行口頭和書面的信息交流,同步增强其自主學习能力、提高综合文化素养,以适应我国經济发展和国际交流的需要,并為深入提高英語水平打下很好的基础。详细规定如下:(壹)詞汇应掌握3500個左右的英語單詞,對的纯熟使用由這些單詞构成的常用搭配,并具有用构詞法知识识别生詞的能力。(二)語法知识掌握主谓壹致关系,表語從句、宾語從句、定語從句和状語從句等句型,直接引語和间接引語的使用方法,動詞不定式和分詞的使用方法,多种時态、积极語态、被動語态等基本的語法知识,并重视在語篇层面上运用語法知识的能力。(三)阅讀能力考生应當可以综合运用英語語言知识和阅讀技能理解書面英語,能以每分钟60詞的速度阅讀多种題材(包括社會生活、人物传记、科普、史地、政治、經济等)和体裁(包括议论文、记叙文、阐明文、应用文等)的文字材料。阅讀材料的生詞量不超過3%,對于超過全曰制教學大纲詞汇表壹至三级詞汇表范围的詞,用汉語注明詞义。应试人员可以:1.掌握所讀材料的主旨和大意;2.理解用以论述主旨的事实和有关细节;3.根据上下文判断某些生詞或短語的意义;4.理解單詞的意义和上下句之间的逻辑关系;5.根据所讀的材料進行壹定的判断、推理;6.领會作者的观點和态度。(四)写作能力能在30分钟内写出長度為100個單詞的短文,内容切題,語句连贯,条理清晰,語法對的,語言通顺恰當。三、考试内容本考试包括五個部分:阅讀理解、詞語使用方法与語法构造、完型填空、汉译英、短文写作。所有題目按次序统壹编号。第壹部分:阅讀理解(PartIReadingComprehension):共20題,考试時间35分钟。本部分规定考生阅讀4篇英文短文,總阅讀量不超過1000詞。每篇短文後有5個問題。考生应根据文章内容從每題四個选择项中选出壹种最佳答案。本部分选材的原则是:1.題材广泛,包括人物传记、社會、文化、平常知识等,其中所波及的背景知识均在考生能理解的范围之内;2.体裁多样,包括论述文、阐明文、议论文等;3.文章的語言难度适中,超過考生应掌握的詞汇范围的詞,用汉語注明詞义。本部分重要测试如下能力:1.掌握所讀材料的主指和大意;2.了讲解明主指和大意的事实和细节;3.既能理解字面意思,也能根据所讀材料進行壹定的判断和推理;4.既能理解個别句子的意思,也能理解上下文的逻辑关系。本部分的目的是测试考生通過阅讀获取信息的能力,既规定精确,也规定有壹定的速度。第二部分:詞語使用方法和語法构造(PartIIVocabulary&Structure):共40題,考试時间30分钟。題目中60%為詞和短评的使用方法,40%為語法构造。规定考生從每題四個选择项中选出壹种最佳答案。本部分的目的是测试考生运用詞汇、短語及語法构造的能力。第三部分:完型填空(PartIIIClose):共10題,考试時间10分钟。在壹篇題材熟悉、难度适中的短文(约200詞)中留有10個空白,每個空白為壹題,每題有四個选择项,规定考生在全面理解内容的基础上选择壹种最佳答案,使短文的意思和构造恢复完整。填空的詞项包括构造詞和实义詞。本部分的目的是测试考生综合运用語言的能力。第四部分:汉译英(PartIVTranslation):共5題,考试時间是15分钟。給出5個汉語句子,规定考生翻译成英語,所译英語体現清晰,句子构造和用詞對的。本部分指在考察考生掌握汉英翻译的措施技巧、語言翻译能力以及汉英翻译所必备的語言文化知识。第五部分:写作(PartVWriting):共1題,考试時间為30分钟。规定考生根据題目规定写出壹篇100詞左右的短文。试卷上也許給出題目,或规定情景,或給出段首句,或給出提纲。规定可以對的体現思想,意义连贯,無重大語法錯误。写作的内容包括平常生活和壹般常识。本部分的目的是测试考生运用英語書面体現思想的初步能力。四、答題及计分措施客观性试題用机器阅卷,规定考生從每題四個选择项中选出壹种最佳答案,并在答題紙上(AnswerSheet)上该題的對应字母中间用铅笔划壹条横线。试卷(TestPaper)不能做任何记号。每題只能选择壹种答案,多选作答錯处理。主观性试題(短文写作),写在作文紙上,按科學的评分原则评分。试卷各部分计分采用加权的措施,折算成百分制,以60分為及格原则。试卷五個部分的題目、计分和考试時间列表如下:山東省成人高等教育學士學位英語考试样題SampleTestPartIReadingComprehension(35minutes,40points)Directions:Therearefourreadingpassagesinthispart.Eachpassageisfollowedbysomequestionsorunfinishedstatements.ForeachofthemtherearefourchoicesmarkedA),B),C)andD).AfteryoureadapassageyoushoulddecideonthebestchoiceandthenmarkthecorrespondingletterontheAnswerSheetwithasinglelinethroughthecenter.PassageOneQuestions1to5arebasedonthefollowingpassage.Afiredrillis,toputitmildly,aninconvenientexerciseatthebestoftimes.Afiredrillat2:00inthemorninginterribleweatherconditions,liketheonewehadonThursdaynightandFridaymorninglast,isincomparablymoreinconvenient.Thisiswhywritingthisnotetothankyouallmostsincerelyforyourexcellentco-operationandthespiritwithwhichyouenduredtheinconvenience.Afiredrillisnotanidleexercise.Itisanextremelyseriousoneandcan,infact,savelivesinthelongrun.Lastweek’firedrillhasalreadyreyealedanumberofimportantthingsregardingfireprecautionsintheHall.Forinstance,thereseemtoexitanumberof“deafspots”intheHall,namely,thetworoomsinPurserHouseandsomeroomsintheBottomcorridor.Ihavenoreasontodoubtthatresidentsfromtheseareascouldnothearthealarm.Ishallrequestanimmediateexaminationofthisproblem.Ishould,also,remindyouthatitisarequirementthatfiredrillsshouldberegularlycarriedout(atleasttwoineveryoneyear)andeachresidentshouldbemadefullyawareofthisandobligedtotakepart.Allresidentsmusttakefireprecautionswiththeseriousnesstheydeserve.Failuretodosocanresultbinfinesandexpulsion(驱逐)fromtheHall.Thankyouagainforyourco-operation.1.Thelastfiredrillcausedmuchmoreinconveniencebecause_________.A)itwasinbadweatherB)therewere“deafspots”C)abigfirestartedD)itwasattheweekend2.Thephrase“inthelongrun”(L.2,Part.2)means_________.A)effectivelyB)endlesslyC)eventuallyD)efficiently3.Somepeopledidnotmaketheirappearanceatthelastdrillbecause_______.A)theyweredeafB)theycouldnothearthealarmC)nobodywakedthemupD)theyrefusedtoleavetheirrooms4.Afiredrillisextremelyimportantaccordingtothewriterfor_________.A)itisagoodphysicalexerciseB)itcultivatespeople’senduranceC)itisalegalrequirementD)itcansavelivesincaseofafire5.WhichofthefollowingwasNOTstatedbytheauthor?A)Afiredrillisveryimportantanduseful.B)Thelastfiredrillreceivedinactiveco-operationfromtheresidents.C)Thosewhodonottakefireprecautionswillbefinedanddrivenout.D)Ithasbeenmadearulethatfiredrillswillbeperformedregularly.PassageTwoQuestions6to10arebasedonthefollowingpassageAccidentsarecaused;theydon’tjusthappen.Thereasonmaybeeasytosee:ashelfoutofreach,apatchoficeonthemisfortune—frustration,tirednessorjustbadtemper—thatshowwhattheaccidentreallyis,asortofattackononeself.Roadaccidents,forexample,happenfrequentlyafterafamilyquarrel,andweallknowpeoplewhoareaccident-prone,sooftenatoddswiththemselvesandtheworldthattheyseemtocauseaccidentsforthemselvesandothers.Bydefinition,anaccidentissomethingyoucannotpredictoravoid,andtheideawhichusedtobecurrent,thatth
