重庆市轨道交通环线冉家坝车站岩土工程详细勘察报告①地下水对对混凝土结构有微腐蚀性,对混凝土结构中的钢筋有微腐蚀性。②在桩基过程中,地下水可能导致桩孔垮孔、缩径,使得土层中成桩难度加大。因此建议施工时应所好充分的抽排准备,并做好相应护壁措施保障桩孔质量,必要时可采用钢护筒或混凝土护壁等措施,在紧邻水田、鱼塘等地表水体区域存在稳定水位的桩孔内可采用水下混凝土浇筑保证成桩质量。=3\*GB3③管廊基坑施工时应减轻对地基岩体的扰动,对基坑壁、基底渗水严重的呈线状、股状的渗水点可作注浆止水,清除因施工影响而松动的岩块及浮渣后,及时对底板进行原槽浇筑、对边墙与基坑壁之间采用混凝土捣实充填,确保混凝土与岩体之间接触良好,并做好地表防、排水措施,经上述处理后,可不考虑水浮力;如果未对基坑进行处理或四周回填不密实以及基础砼与岩石接触不良时,则需考虑抗浮,宜以地面高程为托浮设计水位起算。5.8路基均匀性评价5.9地基及基础根据设计方案,按设计方案平场后,场地覆盖层厚度差异大,出露人工填土、粉质粘土、强风化、中风化砂岩、砂质泥岩。高架桥桥墩、抗滑桩采用桩基础,以中风化基岩作为基础持力层;当基岩埋深较深时,建议桥台采用桩基础,以中风化基岩作为基础持力层,当基岩埋深较浅时,建议桥台采用浅基础,以中风化基岩作为基础持力层;路基段挡墙根据设计标高及基岩埋深情况以基岩、压实填土或换填地基作为持力层。路基根据开挖揭露情况可直接以下伏基岩或压实填土作为持力层。5.10路基干湿类型评价根据《市政工程地质勘察规范》DBJ50-174-2014第4.3章节路基路基干湿类型应根据不利季节路床顶面以下80cm深度内路基土的湿度状况确定。勘察场地内现状路基和拟建路基下伏岩土主要为人工填土,为中~强透水层,且现状路基和拟建路基标高均高于沿线溪沟的最高洪水位标高,场地内路基干湿类型可按干燥或中湿状态考虑。5.11成桩可行性及施工条件分析5.11.1成桩可能性根据对勘察资料的分析整理,该场地平场后地层由上而下依次为:第四系全新统人工填土、残坡积层、基岩为侏罗系中统沙溪庙组(J2s)沉积岩层(砂岩、砂质泥岩)。根据结合重庆地区施工经验,本地区一般采用机械成孔和人工挖孔,该两类成桩工艺在该场地岩、土中施工成桩均可行。场地人工填土层主要呈松散状,但其颗粒组成不均匀,在桩孔成孔过程中受扰动后易垮塌;场地粉质粘土层厚度分布不均,在桩孔成孔过程中容易出现缩径等影响成桩质量;同时由于土层较厚区域存在不稳定的地下水,会对成桩造成一定的困难。因此土层中成桩条件差,施工困难较大。场地基岩物理力学性质稳定,成桩条件好。场地人工填土中碎块石的母岩为软硬差异明显的砂岩与砂质泥岩,采用机械成孔时,土中砂岩块石随钻头转动导致扰动区域增大进而影响孔壁稳定,同时影响孔底沉渣厚度。施工时应充分考虑以上情况,配以合理的辅助措施确保施工安全和成桩质量。5.11.2施工条件及注意事项人工挖孔受地形条件及桩形限制较小,施工时应对有毒有害气体作好探查和预防工作,切实做好排风、排水措施,防止井口坠物,防止漏电,作好井壁支护等安全措施,防止安全事故的发生。根据渝建发(2019)25号文,人工挖孔桩属于限制使用的落后工艺,不建议使用。当桩孔采用机械成孔时,在地下水(或掘进冷却液)润湿和切割刀具扰动的共同作用下,易产生“糊钻”粘结现象或堵塞渣口等情况,影响掘进效率,应考虑适当的掘进辅助措施。场地砂岩自然抗压强度高,石英含量较高,对刀具的磨损较大,因此,在掘进设备选型时,应对此有充分考虑。根据本场地的实际情况,建议设备的掘进参数中岩石抗压强度宜确定为砂岩自然抗压强度的最大值的2倍。场地内大部分桥墩位处下伏填土厚度较大,块石含量较大,在悬挖机推进过程中,接触关系为点对面接触,经过悬挖机带动填土内块石,易形成较大范围内的塌孔现象,施工过程中应做好相应的预案措施。通过纵断面图显示,回填土厚度较大的墩位区域邻近隐伏岩坎,建议施工时先施工陡坎外侧嵌岩较浅的桩、避免形成高低桩,并结合实际情况合理调整桩基础埋置深度。拟建场地地下水较发育,地下水水量及水位受降雨影响显著,将对覆盖层厚度较大的围护桩成桩孔壁垮塌加剧,桩基施工受降水影响大。建议在旱季进行施工,在施工时应配备必要的排水设备并做好相应的预案。综上,机械成孔对垮孔、缩径、垂直度及孔底沉渣厚度等控制难度较大,施工质量难以直观判别;优点为安全、高效。施工时应充分考虑以上情况,配以合理的辅助措施确保安全和成桩质量。采用人工挖孔时应严格按照《渝建发》(2012)117号文《关于进一步加强桩基础施工安全管理的通知》进行施工,施工前应根据《关于进一步加强人工灌注桩管理的通知》(2012)162号文的规定,上报有关部门,组织相关人员、专家进行人工挖孔桩可行性的专项论证。根据渝建发(2019)25号文,人工挖孔桩属于限制使用的落后工艺,不建议使用。5.12对环境的影响评价拟建工程施工对环境的影响主要体现在对道路的影响以及对自然环境的影响两个方面,现分述如下:对道路的影响评价拟建场地内存在多条市政及乡村道路,立交施工开挖将封闭该段道路,施工前应施工时加强边坡的支护工作,并做好地面的监测工作拟建场地主线里程K0+240~K0+260段内存在一条市政道路,拟建拟建道路将采用上跨桥形式跨越该市政道路,基本上不会进行挖填方,按设计方案施工对已有市政道路工程影响较小。拟建场地主线里程K0+940~K1+060段为长石街,施工时将截断该道路,施工前应施工时加强边坡的支护工作,并做好地面的监测工作施工开挖对自然环境的影响评价拟建工程邻近居民小区、高速路、市政道路、溪流,施工时应严格按照国家及重庆市有关环保及卫生方面的规定,禁止废碴、废水等随意排放污染邻近水库,控制施工噪音等,通过合理的施工组织安排,尽量减少对周围环境及居民小区的干扰,并应注意交通安全。6地质条件可能造成的工程风险分析根据《住房城乡建设部办公厅关于进一步加强危险性较大的分部分项工程安全管理的通知》建办质【2017】39号文“勘察单位应当针对工程实际,在勘察文件中说明地质条件可能造成的工程风险”的要求,本工程地质条件可能造成的工程风险主要有:(1)场地部分区域地下水较发育,地下水水量主要受大气降水控制。在丰水期或雨季施工时,将对桥墩成桩孔壁垮塌加剧,在施工时应配备必要的抽排水设备,必要时可采取钢护筒或混凝土护壁,确保桩壁的完整及桩身质量,避免产生缺陷桩。(2)在填方较大区域,旋挖成孔过程中,由各方面因素可能导致岩土界面层次不清,施工过程中宜分桩跳桩成孔。(3)在成桩过程中(包括边坡上的桩孔),由于地层结构、地下水、支护强度等因素诱发井壁垮塌、井内突水与涌沙、井口上方物体坠落事故。(4)由于岩体自身的不均匀性、开挖工法、雨水浸泡、试验误差等因素导致地基强度不满足设计要求。(5)边坡垮塌,属危险性较大的分部分项工程,为防止边坡垮塌,建议边坡施工过程中加强监测,当边坡变形过大,变形速率过快,立即采取应急措施,确保安全。边坡施工应加强观测,及时发现异常情况,尽快向勘察和设计等单位反馈信息,调整支护措施和施工方案。按渝建发[2014]16号文的要求对该危险性较大的分部分项工程安全专项施工方案进行管理。根据渝建发[2010]166号文,该项目存在超限边坡,建议组织专家对支护方案进行安全专项论证。7结论与建议7.1结论⑴勘察区内岩土工程条件较复杂,场地位于北碚向斜东翼,沿线原始地貌为构造剥蚀浅丘地貌。线路除主线里程K0+240~K0+540段、K0+640~K0+740段、K0+920~K1+160段、K1+300.000~K1+400.000段、K1+940.000~K1+980.000段、K2+280.000~K2+300.000段受人工改造后多为施工区、弃渣区、居民地或市政设施道路、以外,其余里程段为原始地貌,受人类活动影响较小。拟建范围内未发现危岩崩塌、泥石流、地面塌陷等不良地质现象,岩土层种类较多,拟建范围内区域构造作用轻微,地质构造简单,未发现断裂构造,岩层呈单斜产出,基岩完整性较好,地层层序正常。场地内现有溪沟两岸岸坡稳定,无岸坡稳定性问题,拟建范围适宜拟建工程的建设。⑵拟建工程场地覆盖层厚度差异大,基岩为侏罗系中统沉积岩,场地内以砂岩、砂质泥岩、粉砂岩为主,中等风化基岩岩体一般较完整。⑶拟建工程场地设计地震分组为第一组,抗震设防烈度为6度,场地地震动峰值加速度0.05g。⑷拟建场地地下水及地表水按II类环境,在A类条件下,对混凝土结构有微腐蚀性,在干湿交替环境对钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋有微腐蚀;按II类环境,在A类条件下,场地内土对混凝土结构有微腐蚀;按地层渗透性,对混凝土结构有微腐蚀;对钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋有微腐蚀;对钢结构有微腐蚀。7.2建议(1)拟建道路、挡墙、预留下穿通道、管廊、箱涵等按设计施工后位于基岩区部分可在达到设计标高后,直接以基岩作为基础持力层;位于粉质粘土区的应对粉质粘土进行换填夯实后方可作为基础持力层使用;位于软土分布区的应先对软土采取清除或抛石挤淤的方式进行处理后方可以压实填土作为基础持力层;位于填土区的应先对填土采取换填夯实或压实处理后方可作为基础持力层;换填夯实、压实填土部分应分层碾压达到设计和规范要求。拟建高架桥的桥台及桥墩、拟建桩板挡墙应采用中等风化基岩为基础持力层(2)(3)(4)沿线岸坡稳定,在洪水位期间工况下,岸坡整体处于稳定状态,建议对道路穿越的溪沟进行渠化改造。管廊基坑施工时应减轻对地基岩体的扰动,对基坑壁、基底渗水严重的呈线状、股状的渗水点可作注浆止水,清除因施工影响而松动的岩块及浮渣后,及时对底板进行原槽浇筑、对边墙与基坑壁之间采用混凝土捣实充填,确保混凝土与岩体之间接触良好,并做好地表防、排水措施,经上述处理后,可不考虑水浮力;如果未对基坑进行处理或四周回填不密实以及基础砼与岩石接触不良时,则需考虑抗浮,宜以地面高程为托浮设计水位起算。管廊穿越现有溪沟时,应做好溪沟引流改道工作,防止地表水进入开挖基坑。管廊的开挖过程中应做好截排水措施防止地表水进入基坑,并做好准备好抽排设备,施工中如遇局部基岩渗水,应及时抽排,避免雨季施工。拟建道路现有溪沟位置,其两侧沿线地下水较发育,地下水水量及水位受河水涨落的影响显著,在桩基过程中,地下水可能导致桩孔垮孔、缩径,使得土层中成桩难度加大;建议施工时应所好充分的抽排准备,并做好相应护壁措施保障桩孔质量,必要时可采用钢护筒或混凝土护壁等措施,局部存在地下水的桩位可采用水下混凝土浇筑保证成桩质量。施工区位于现有市政道路范围内的,建议施工前应组织好道路交通并对施工区进行有效隔离,并应注意出渣车辆及人员交通安全。附表4.1-1砂质泥岩室内试验成果统计表岩石名称岩样编号物理指标力学性指标颗粒
