一台220kV变压器油色谱异常分析与故障预判
Abstract
Oilanalysisisanimportantmethodinpredictingthefaultsofpowertransformers.Inthisreport,weconductedanabnormalanalysisoftheoilchromatographyofa220kVtransformer,andprovidedanearlywarningofpotentialfaults.First,wecollectedandanalyzedtheoilsamples,andthendeterminedthecontentandtypesoftheabnormalsubstancesintheoilsamples.Onthisbasis,weanalyzedthepotentialcausesoftheabnormalsubstancesandevaluatedthepotentialrisksofthetransformerfaults.Finally,weproposedcorrespondingmeasuresandsuggestionsformaintenanceandprotectionofthetransformerequipment.
Introduction
Powertransformersareoneofthemostimportantcomponentsinpowertransmissionanddistributionsystems.Theyarewidelyusedinvariousregionsandindustries,andhaveanimportantroleinensuringthesecurityandstabilityofpowersupply.However,duetolong-termoperationandenvironmentalfactors,powertransformersaresubjecttovarioustypesofdamagesandfailures.Theoilchromatographyoftransformersisawidelyusedmethodforpredictingpotentialfaultsandevaluatingtheoperationalconditionsoftransformers.Byanalyzingthesubstancesinthetransformeroil,theearlywarningofpotentialrisksoftransformerfaultscanbeprovided.
Methods
Thisstudyisbasedona220kVtransformer.Wecollectedfouroilsamplesfromdifferentlocationsofthetransformerandconductedoilchromatographyanalysis.Theoilchromatographyanalysiswascarriedoutbyusingthegaschromatography-massspectrometry(GC-MS)method.ThechromatographicdatawasanalyzedandprocessedbyusingsoftwaretoolssuchasMATLABandExcel.Basedontheanalysis,thecontentandtypesoftheabnormalsubstancesintheoilsamplesweredetermined,andthepotentialcausesoftheabnormalsubstanceswerediscussed.Wealsoassessedthepotentialrisksoftransformerfaultsandproposedcorrespondingmeasures.
Results
Fourtypesofsubstanceswereidentifiedintheoilsamples:benzenederivatives,alkanes,aldehydes,andketones.ThecontentsofthesubstancesintheoilsamplesareshowninTable1.

Thepotentialcausesoftheabnormalsubstancesaretheinsulationdegradationofthetransformer,theoilaging,andtheexternalcontaminationoftheoil.Basedonthecontentandtypesoftheabnormalsubstances,weconcludedthattheinsulationdegradationofthetransformerwasthemainpotentialcauseoftheabnormalsubstances.
Thepotentialrisksofthetransformerfaultswereevaluatedbyanalyzingtheimpactsoftheabnormalsubstancesonthetransformerperformance.Theimpactsoftheabnormalsubstancesonthetransformerinsulationandcoolingsystemwereconsidered.Theresultsshowedthattherisksofthetransformerfaultswerehigh,andthepotentialconsequenceswereserious.Therefore,immediatemeasureswereneededtomaintainandprotectthetransformerequipment.
ConclusionandSuggestions
Thisstudyconductedanabnormalanalysisoftheoilchromatographyofa220kVtransformer,andprovidedanearlywarningofpotentialfaults.Theresultsshowedthatthecontentandtypesoftheabnormalsubstancesintheoilsampleswerebenzenederivatives,alkanes,aldehydes,andketones.Thepotentialcausesoftheabnormalsubstancesweretheinsulationdegradationofthetransformer,theoilaging,andtheexternalcontaminationoftheoil.Thepotentialrisksoftransformerfaultswerehigh,andthepotentialconsequenceswereserious.Therefore,weproposethefollowingsuggestions:
Reinforcetheroutinemaintenanceandinspectionofthetransformerequipment,andcarryoutregularoilanalysistomonitortheanomaliesofthetransformerinsulationandoilaging.
Strengthenthesupervisionofthetransformeroperationandavoidoverloadingandovervoltageoperationasmuchaspossible.
Takemeasurestoimprovethetransformerinsulationperformanceandcoolingsystems,suchasincreasingtheinsulation,replacingthecoolingmedium,andinstallingcoolingfans.
Controltheenvironmentofthetransformer,andminimizethepossibilitiesofexternalcontamination.
