民营企业公司治理存在的问题及解决的对策

摘要

中国经济的快速增长也加快了民营企业的迅速增长。民营企业也可叫做私营部门。民营企业也是我们国家的重要财富组成。民营企业越来越多，规模也越来越大，形势越走越好，为中国的经济贡献出非常大的力量，从而成为国家企业中不可缺少的一部分。同样，私营部门在国民经济中也占有比较重要地位的。但是，许多私人公司无法正常运行，并且许多私人公司在市场竞争中被关闭。主要原因之一是内部管理体系复杂，内部治理控制失灵，总的来说就是公司的治理存在较大的问题，使公司难以实现正确的增长，从而倒闭收场。其中，由于内部治理已成为限制民营企业进行增长的关键因素。因此，迫切需要加强改善民营企业的内部治理问题，并设立有效的内部治理制度，商议有效的对策，抓紧实施，落实到企业的方方面面。因此使得企业可以面对市场的压迫和挑战，在复杂的各种企业竞争中存活下来。使得公司的治理制度成为自己的优势项目，凭借这个优势成为企业中的佼佼者。

Abstract

TherapidgrowthoftheChineseeconomyhasalsoacceleratedtherapidgrowthofprivateenterprises.Privateenterprisescanalsobecalledtheprivatesector.Privateenterprisesarealsoanimportantassetofourcountry.Therearemoreandmoreprivateenterprises,andthescaleisgettingbiggerandbigger.Thesituationisgettingbetterandbetter.IthascontributedalotofpowertoChina'seconomy,andhasbecomeanindispensablepartofnationalenterprises.Similarly,theprivatesectoralsooccupiesarelativelyimportantpositioninthenationaleconomy.However,manyprivatecompaniesarenotfunctioningproperly,andmanyprivatecompaniesareclosedinmarketcompetition.Oneofthemainreasonsisthattheinternalmanagementsystemiscomplicatedandtheinternalgovernancecontrolfails.Ingeneral,therearemajorproblemsinthecompany'sgovernance,whichmakesitdifficultforthecompanytoachievecorrectgrowthandthuscloses.Amongthem,internalgovernancehasbecomeakeyfactorrestrictingthegrowthofprivateenterprises.Therefore,thereisanurgentneedtostrengthenandimprovetheinternalgovernanceofprivateenterprises,andestablishaneffectiveinternalgovernancesystem,discusseffectivecountermeasures,paycloseattentiontoimplementation,andimplementallaspectsoftheenterprise.Therefore,enterprisescanfacethepressureandchallengesofthemarketandsurvivethecomplexcompetitionofvariousenterprises.Thatcompany'sgovernancesystemhasbecomeitsownsuperiorproject,withthisadvantagetobecometheleaderintheenterprise.
