硅铁多元素含量的测定电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法PAGEPAGE10硅铁多元素含量的测定电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法警示——使用本文件的人员应具有正规实验室工作实践经验。本文件未指出所有可能的安全问题,使用者有责任采取适当的安全和健康措施,并保证符合国家有关法规规定的条件。范围本文件规定了采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定硅铁中铝、钙、锰、铬、钛、磷、铜、镍、镁、钒、铌、铅、锑、锆、硼和高硅硅铁中铁元素含量的方法。本文件适用于硅铁中铝、钙、锰、铬、钛、磷、铜、镍、镁、钒、铌、铅、锑、锆、硼和高硅硅铁中铁元素等含量的测定,测定的多元素含量跨度较大时,需根据含量范围选择适宜的校准工作曲线,如只需测量某一个或几个元素时,可只选择需要测量的元素按照硅铁分类选择适宜的校准工作曲线,各元素测定范围见表1。表1分析元素及测定范围分析元素测定范围(质量分数)/%备注Fe0.50~3.00仅限于高硅硅铁Al0.005~3.00根据硅铁的牌号范围选择分段测定Ca0.005~3.00根据硅铁的牌号范围选择分段测定Mn0.005~0.5Cr0.005~0.5Ti0.005~0.5P0.005~0.06Cu0.002~0.10Ni0.002~0.10Mg0.002~0.20V0.001~0.20Nb0.0005~0.020测定结果低于检出限时加标测定Pb0.0005~0.005测定结果低于检出限时加标测定Sb0.0005~0.0005测定结果低于检出限时加标测定Zr0.005~0.05B0.0010~0.03注:元素的测定范围非硅铁牌号中元素的限值范围。规范性引用文件下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。GB/T602GB/T4010铁合金化学分析用试样的采取和制备GB/T6379.1测量方法与结果的准确度(正确度与精密度)第1部分:总则与定义GB/T6379.2测量方法与结果的准确度(正确度与精密度)第2部分:确定标准测量方法重复性与再现性的基本方法GB/T6682分析实验室用水规格和试验方法GB/T8170数字修约规则与极限数值的表示和判定GB/T128061280736244电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪JJG768发射光谱仪检定规程术语和定义检出限(DL);当元素产生最小浓度信号时,可以认为超出了任何带有一定规定等级的伪背景信号;另一方面,元素浓度产生信号是背景水平值标准偏差的三倍。背景等效浓度(BEC);是产生与背景强度值相等的净强度相当于分析元素的浓度;是对给定波长灵敏度的度量。短期精度(RSD):在测定条件下所得仪器的一系列读数的相对标准偏差。4试料用硝酸、氢氟酸和盐酸分解,高氯酸冒烟驱尽硅和氟,盐酸溶解盐类,试液稀释至规定体积。用电感合等离子体发射光谱仪测量溶液中分析元素的发射光谱强度,或对钇的相对强度,根据用标准溶液制作的校准曲线计算出分析元素质量分数。试剂分析中除另有说明外,仅使用确认为优级纯试剂,试验用水需满足GB/T6682中规定的二级实验室用水要求。g/mL。g/mL。1.67g/mI。1.19g/mL。5.5过氧化氢,(ρ=1.10g/mL)5.6盐酸,1+3。甘露醇,2.5g/L。标准溶液可使用有证系列元素标准溶液及由有证元素系列标准溶液稀释而成的元素系列标准溶液。铁标准贮备溶液,1000.0µg/mL称取1.0000g金属铁(质量分数大于99.95%)于250mL烧杯中,加入40ml.盐酸(1+1),低温加热溶解,冷却至室温,移入1000ml.容量瓶中,补加40ml.盐酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含1000.0µg/mL铁。铁标准贮备溶液,50.0µg/mL分取10.00mL铁标准贮备溶液(见5.8.1)于200mL容量瓶中,加入10mL盐酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含50.0µg/mL铁。铝标准贮备溶液,1000.0µg/mL称取1.0000g金属铝(质量分数大于99.95%)于250mL聚四氟乙烯烧杯中,加入30ml.盐酸(1+1),低温加热溶解,冷却至室温,移入1000ml.容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。称取1.0000g金属铝(质量分数大于99.95%)于250mL聚四氟乙烯烧杯中,加入30mL氢氧化钠溶液(200g/L),100mL水,滴加盐酸(1+1)酸化并过量10mL,1000ml.容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含1000.0µg/mL铝。铝标准溶液,50.0µg/mL分取10.00mL铝标准贮备溶液(见5.8.2)于200mL容量瓶中,加入10mL盐酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含50.0µg/mL铝。钙标准贮备溶液,1000.0µg/mL2.4973g1055(质量分数大于99.99%)于250mL烧杯中,加20mL水,混匀。盖上表皿,小心滴加盐酸(1+1)至碳酸钙溶解,再加入20mL盐酸(1+1),煮沸除去二氧化碳,冷却至室温。移入1000mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含1000.0µg/mL钙。钙标准溶液,50.0µg/mL分取10.00mL钙标准贮备溶液(见5.8.3)于200mL容量瓶中,加入10mL盐酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含50.0µg/mL钙。锰标准贮备溶液,1000.0µg/mL称取1.0000g电解锰[质量分数大于99.95%,预先用硝酸(1+3)洗净表面氧化膜,在放入无水乙醇中洗4~5次,取出自然干燥后放在干燥器中12h以上]置于250mL烧杯中,加入30mL硝酸(1+1),加热溶解,煮沸驱尽氨氧化物,冷却至室温,移入1000mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含1000.0µg/mL锰。锰标准溶液,50.0µg/mL分取10.00mL锰标准贮备溶液(见5.8.4)于200mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含50.0µg/mL锰。铬标准贮备溶液,1000.0µg/mL称取1.0000g金属铬(质量分数大于99.95%)250mL烧杯中,加入50ml盐酸(1+1),滴加过氧化氢1.10g/mL),加热溶解,煮沸冒大泡,冷却至室温,移入1000ml.容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含1000.0µg/mL铬。铬标准溶液,50.0µg/mL分取10.00mL铬标准贮备溶液(见5.8.5)于200mL容量瓶中,加入10mL盐酸(1+1)用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含50.0µg/mL铬。钛标准贮备溶液,500.0µg/mL称取0.5000g金属钛(或海绵钛,质量分数大于99.9%)于100mL铂皿或聚四氟乙烯烧杯中,加入10mL氢氟酸和20mL硫酸(1+1)溶解,加热蒸发至冒硫酸烟,用水冲洗铂皿或聚四氟乙烯烧杯,继续加热至冒硫酸烟使氟驱尽。冷却至室温,加约50mL水溶解盐类,移入1000mL容量瓶中,用硫酸(1+9)洗净铂皿或聚四氟乙烯烧杯,洗液合并于容量瓶中,并用硫酸(1+9)稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含500.0µg/mL钛。钛标准溶液,50.0µg/mL分取10.00mL钛标准贮备溶液(见5.8.6)于100mL容量瓶中,用硫酸(5+95)稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含50.0µg/mL钛。磷标准贮备溶液,500.0µg/mL称取2.1968g预先经105℃士5℃干燥至恒量并冷却至室温的基准磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4),置于300mL烧杯中,用适量水溶解,煮沸,冷却,移入1000mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含500.0µg/mL磷。磷标准溶液,50.0µg/mL分取10.00mL磷标准贮备溶液(见5.8.7)于100mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含50.0µg/mL磷。磷标准溶液,10.0µg/mL10.00mL磷标准贮备溶液(见5.8.7.1)于100mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含10.0µg/mL磷。铜标准贮备溶液,500.0µg/mL称取0.5000g金属铜(质量分数大于99.95%)于250mL烧杯中,加20mL硝酸(1+1),低温加热溶解,加热煮沸,除去氮氧化物,冷却至室温。移入1000mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。注:必要时,用硝酸先除去金属铜表面的氧化物或碱式盐。此溶液1mL含500.0µg/mL铜。铜标准溶液,100.0µg/mL分取20.00mL铜标准贮备溶液(见5.8.8)于100mL容量瓶中,加10mL硝酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含100.0µg/mL铜。铜标准溶液,10.0µg/mL分取10.00mL铜标准贮备溶液(见5.8.8.1)于100mL容量瓶中,加5mL硝酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL10.0µg/mL铜。镍标准贮备溶液,500.0µg/mL称取0.5000g金属镍(质量分数大于99.95%)于250mL烧杯中,加20mL硝酸(1+1),低温加热溶解,煮沸驱尽氯氧化物,冷却至室温,移入1000mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含500.0µg/mL镍。镍标准溶液,100.0µg/mL分取20.00mL镍标准贮备溶液(见5.8.9)于100mL容量瓶中,加10mL硝酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含100.0µg/mL镍。镍标准溶液,10.0µg/mL分取10.00mL镍标准贮备溶液(见5.8.9.1)于100mL容量瓶中,加5mL硝酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含10.0µg/mL镍。镁标准贮备溶液,500.0µg/mL称取0.5000g金属镁(质量分数大于99.95%)于500mL烧杯中,加20mL盐酸()1+1),加热溶解,冷却至室温,移入1000mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含500.0µg/mL镁。镁标准溶液,100.0µg/mL分取20.00mL镁标准贮备溶液(见5.8.10)于100mL容量瓶中,加10mL盐酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含100.0µg/mL镁。镁标准溶液,10.0µg/mL分取10.00mL镁标准贮备溶液(见5.8.10.1)于100mL容量瓶中,加5mL盐酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。1mL含10.0µg/mL镁。钒标准贮备溶液,500.0µg/mL称取0.8926g预先在105℃士5℃烘干4h置于干燥器中的光谱纯五氧化二钒于250mL烧杯中,加20mL盐酸(1+1),滴加过氧化氢(ρ=1.10g/mL)加热溶解,煮沸,冷却至室温,移入1000mL容量瓶中,用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚乙烯的专用试剂瓶中。此溶液1mL含500.0µg/mL钒。钒标准溶液,100.0µg/mL分取20.00mL钒标准贮备溶液(见5.8.11)于100mL容量瓶中,加10mL盐酸(1+1),用水稀释至刻度,混匀,贮于聚丙烯或聚
