..精品word文档精品word文档.精品word文档ConstructionmethodstatementforSteelStructurecleaningupandtouchup钢结构清理及补漆施工措施方法Description工作描述Thismethodstatementispreparedforcleaningupthedust、scrapironandrustironremainedonsteelstructureduringtransportbefore.此方案主要是针对前期运输（海运）过程中残留在钢结构上的灰尘、铁屑、铁锈等的清理工作制定的。Manpower人员计划Thefollowingisforonegroupandcanbeadjustedbyaddingmanpoweraccordingtoactualsiteconditionwhenconstructing.Painter4,mainlyresponsibleforsteelstructurecleaningandpainting.Watcher1,forpreventingunauthorizedpeoplefromentering.以下人员为一个班组人员配置，施工时可以根据现场实际情况适当增加施工人员及施工班组。油漆工4人，主要负责钢结构清理及涂漆刷漆。现场监护1人，主要监护非施工人员禁止进入。Preparation施工准备1.Toverifywitheachdisciplineiftherearestillconstrutionpersonnelenterintotheareatobecleanedandtheplatformbelowit,toavoidworkingatthesametime.向各个专业确认即将清理的区域及清理区域的下一层平台是否还有施工人员进入，尽量避免交叉作业。2.Material:primerandtopcoatforsteelstructure,disc,nail.材料准备：配备钢结构底漆及面漆、圆盘、尖头钉。3.Tools:scissorlifts，Φ100grindingmachine,planningwheel,blower,roller(usedbypainter),insidegrindingmachine,insidegrindinghead,rag,safetybelt.工机具准备：剪刀式升降机、Φ100磨光机、刨光轮、压缩机、滚刷（油漆工专用）、内磨机、破布、安全带。..精品word文档精品word文档.精品word文档Constructionareadefinationandconstructionsequence施工区域划分及施工顺序Principleforconstructionarea:fromuptodown,fromoutsidetoinside,locallyenclosed,locallycleaning.Accordingtotheactualconditionandconstructionpersonnelquantityonsite,steelstructureindifferentareacanbecleanedatthesametime,preconditionistoavoidworkingatthesametime.Reasonableadjustmentcanbemadetotheareatobecleanedwhenconstructingaccordingtotheactualconditiononsite.施工区域遵循从上至下，从边向内，局部封闭，局部清理的原则，根据现场实际情况及施工人员数量，可以同时对不同区域的钢结构进行清理，前提是尽量避免交叉作业，具体施工时可以根据现场实际情况对清理区域临时做出合理的调整。E.Constructionmethod施工方法1.UsingΦ100grindingmachinetoclearthedebrisonstructure(wholestructure,includingflangeplateandweb).用Φ100磨光机对结构进行清理，清除结构上的杂物，清理时必须对结构整体进行清理（包括翼缘板及腹板）。2.Aftergrinding,useblowertoblowthedustonsteelbeamandwipebydryrag.打磨完成后，用压缩机对钢梁上的灰尘吹扫并用干布擦拭。3.Afterblowing,paintersdotouchup(ReferencePhotos)forsteelbeam.Ifnoprimerforthebeam,primermustbedoneatfirst,thendotopcoataftertheprimerisdry.吹扫完成后油漆工对钢梁进行涂漆，如果钢梁缺少底漆，必须先补底漆，底漆干燥后方可涂刷面漆。4.Duringapplyingpaint,ifsomeplacetherollercannotreach,thehandleoftherollercanbeextended,theextendedpointmustbestrongenoughandtheextendedhandlecannotwobbletomuch.Iftheheightofthesteelstructureistoohigh,eveniftheuseoftheextendedhandlecannotachieve,wecanconsidertousescissorliftsalreadyready.Homeworkinthescissorlifts,thepaintersmustwearsafetybelts,safetybeltsmustbehighupthepainter,ensurethepersonalsafety.油漆工施工时如果有滚刷无法伸到刷漆位置，可以对滚刷手柄加长,加长处必须有足够的强度，加长手柄不可以晃动幅度太大。如果钢结构的高度太高，即使使用加长手柄也无法达到的话，我们就可以考虑使用早就已经准备好的剪刀式升降机。..精品word文档精品word文档.精品word文档在升降机上作业时，油漆工必须要佩戴安全带，安全带一定要做到高挂抵用，保证作业人员的安全。Safetyprecaution安全注意事项1.Handstringsmustbeusedforalltoolsandmakesurehandstringistieonhandoronsecuredobjectwhenusingtools.所有使用工机具必须系好手绳并且保证使用工具时手绳固定在手上或者已固定的物体上。2.Maskmustbewornwhenusingplaningwheel,thesamewiththewatcher,toavoidthespreadingironthreadfromtheplaningwheelhurtingpeople.使用刨光轮时必须佩戴面罩，旁边监护人员也必须佩戴面罩，防止刨光轮铁丝飞溅伤人。3.Watcherforbarricademustmakesurenounauthorizedpersonnelentering.维护旁的监护人员必须保证无关人员不可以进入。4.Signeasytobeseenonbarricade.维护上要有醒目的标识牌。5.Alltemporaryunusedtoolsmustbekeptinthetoolbasketoronthefireblanket...精品word文档精品word文档.精品word文档所有暂时不使用的工具必须放在工具蓝内或者防火布上面。6.Thepaintpotusedbypaintermust
