术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本文件。3.1混合气体含有两种或两种以上有效组分,或虽属非有效组分但其含量超过规定限量的气体。3.2站用钢质无缝储气瓶组通过管道将多个钢质无缝气瓶连成一个整体的用于供气的储气装置。3.3拆卸进站检验将气瓶从站用储气瓶组上拆卸后送至气瓶检验机构检验。3.4不拆卸现场检验在现场对固定在站用储气瓶组上的气瓶进行检验,气瓶不用拆卸。4

检验周期5.1 按照以下规定执行:盛装惰性气体、氮气、二氧化碳及纯度大于或等于

99.999%不可燃、无毒或低毒、无腐蚀性高纯瓶,其检验周期应按照混合气体中检验周期最短的气体确定。5.2 在使用过程中,如遇到下列情况应提前进行定期检验:——发现有严重腐蚀、损伤的;——充装介质中,腐蚀成分含量超过相应标准规定的;——发生火灾或其他影响安全使用事故的;——使用单位在日常安全检查中发现其他影响安全使用问题的;——检验机构认为存在其他较严重安全隐患,须提前进行定期检验的。DB43/T

1975—5.3 库存或停用时间超过一个检验周期的气瓶,启用前应重新进行检验。5.4 站用瓶组气瓶的报废年限应按照相关规范和标准的规定执行,超过设计使用年限的气瓶应报废。6

检验前准备6.1 使用单位检验前准备工作6.1.1 切断所有可以触发动作的信号装置电源,确保检验过程中所有电控装置不会动作。6.1.2 影响定期检验的附属部件或者其他物体,应按检验要求进行清理或者拆除。6.1.3 须进行检验的表面,特别是腐蚀部位和可能产生裂纹缺陷的部位,应彻底清理干净,露出金属本体。进行无损检测的表面应满足

的有关规定。6.1.4 对于拆卸进站检验的气瓶,使用单位应提前将气瓶内盛装介质排放、清理干净。盛装可燃、助燃、易燃、易爆介质的,不得用空气置换。6.2 检验机构检验前准备工作6.2.1 检验人员应确认现场条件符合检验工作要求后方可进行检验,并且应执行使用单位有关动火、用电、安全防护、安全监护等规定,确保检验工作安全。6.2.2 检验用的设备和器具应在有效的检定或者校准期内。在易燃、易爆场所进行检验时,应采用防爆、防火花型设备、器具。7

检验项目7.1 拆卸进站检验燥、气密性试验等。7.2 不拆卸现场检验或随机抽取部分对不拆卸现场检验后的气瓶进行拆卸进站检验。8

资料审查8.1资料审查至少包括以下内容:——出厂资料,包括产品质量证明书、产品合格证、监督检验证书和使用说明书等;事故记录及事故处理报告等;——检验资料,包括定期自行检查记录和上次的定期检验报告;DB43/T

未按《中华人民共和国特种设备安全法》规定取得特种设备制造许可证的厂商制造的气瓶、没有

键项目不全而又无据可查的气瓶、国家明令禁止使用的气瓶,登记后不予检验按报废处理。8.3对使用年限超过设计使用年限的气瓶,登记后不予检验按报废处理。9

外观检查和壁厚测定9.1 一般要求9.1.1 应逐只对气瓶进行外观目测检查,检查有无肉眼可见的容积变形,检查瓶体外表面是否存在裂存在腐蚀缺陷。9.1.2 壁厚测定应符合以下基本要求:详细标记;体的最小壁厚;——对盛装腐蚀性气体的气瓶,应逐只对气瓶进行全面的测厚检查;9.2 机械损伤和缺陷的检查与评定9.2.1 瓶体存在裂纹、鼓包、夹层等缺陷及肉眼可见的容积变形的气瓶应报废。9.2.2 瓶体磕伤、划伤处的剩余壁厚小于设计壁厚的气瓶应报废,测量方法参见

规定。9.2.3 瓶体凹陷深度大于

时,则该气瓶也应报废。9.2.5 但修磨后的剩余壁厚不得小于设计壁厚。9.3 腐蚀的检查与评定9.3.1 9.3.2 因腐蚀严重,对腐蚀深度和范围无法确定的气瓶应报废。9.4 颈圈、底圈的检查与评定9.4.1 气瓶设计带有颈圈时,应对颈圈进行检查。颈圈与瓶体之间采用焊接方式连接的气瓶,颈圈松动无法加固的气瓶,或颈圈损伤且无法更换的气瓶应报废。9.4.2 气瓶设计带有底圈结构时,应对底圈进行检查。底圈与瓶体之间采用焊接方式连接的气瓶,底圈松动、倾斜、破裂、磨损的气瓶,或底圈支撑面与瓶底最低点之间距离小于

的气瓶应报废。9.5 其他检查与评定DB43/T

1975—9.5.1 瓶体存在弧疤、焊迹或存在可能使金属受损的明显火焰烧灼迹象的气瓶应报废。9.5.2 进行过修理、挖补、拆解或翻新的气瓶或者瓶阀,应予以报废。9.5.3 有下列情况之一的气瓶应报废:——在筒体同一截面上测量其最大与最小外径之差,超过该截面平均外径的

音响检查10.1 检查要求10.1.1 钢瓶在没有附加物或其他妨碍瓶体震动的情况下,经外观检查合格后,应逐只进行音响检查;10.1.2 音响检查时,用重约

克的铜锤轻击瓶壁。10.2 结果评定短,并伴有破壳音响的气瓶应报废。11

硬度检测检验人员怀疑瓶体材质劣化时,应进行硬度检测。硬度检测方法按照

规定执行,检测结果依据相关规范或标准进行评定。12

瓶口螺纹检查12.1 检查与结果评定12.1.1 械损伤。12.1.2 瓶口螺纹不得有裂纹性缺陷,但允许瓶口螺纹有不影响使用的轻微损伤。12.2 螺纹修复对瓶口螺纹的轻度腐蚀、磨损或其他损伤,可用符合

安全附件及瓶阀检查13.1 安全附件检查气瓶上如果装设有安全附件,则应对安全附件进行检查。13.1.1 气瓶安全附件包括:安全阀、压力表、爆破片等。安全附件应符合

13.1.3逐只对安全阀进行检查,发现以下缺陷应判定不合格:——安全阀铭牌上标注的整定压力与所使用的气瓶公称工作压力不相适应;——安全阀阀体和螺纹存在裂纹或裂纹性缺陷;——安全阀与气瓶的连接螺纹存在裂纹或裂纹性缺陷。13.1.4 逐只对爆破片进行检查,发现以下缺陷应判定为不合格:——爆破片标注的爆破压力与所用气瓶的公称工作压力不相适应;——爆破片装置及其与气瓶的连接处存在裂纹或裂纹性缺陷。13.1.5 逐只对压力表进行检查,发现以下缺陷应判定为不合格:——压力表的量程与所使用的气瓶公称工作压力不相适应;——对盛装氧气、氧化亚氮的气瓶,压力表未采用禁油压力表;位等情况;——压力表螺纹及其与气瓶的连接螺纹存在裂纹或裂纹性缺陷。13.2 瓶阀检查13.2.1 拆卸进站检验内容应包括:——应逐只对瓶阀进行检验和清洗,保证开闭自如、不泄漏;——阀体和其他部件不得有严重变形,螺纹不得有严重损伤;——当瓶阀损坏、腐蚀或泄漏时,应更换瓶阀;——瓶阀应装配牢固并应保证其与瓶口连接的有效螺纹牙数和密封性能,其外露螺纹数不得少于1~2

的要求。13.2.2 不拆卸现场检验内容应包括:——阀体和其他部件不得有严重变形,螺纹不得有严重损伤;——当瓶阀损坏、腐蚀或泄漏时,应更换瓶阀;——瓶阀应装配牢固并应保证其与瓶口连接的有效螺纹牙数和密封性能,其外露螺纹数不得少于1~2
