施工废弃物管理ConstructionWasteManagement目的：从填埋处理中转移出施工、拆除和清理场地的碎片。将回收材料重新投入生产过程。将可再利用的材料投入合适的场地。

Intent：Divertconstructionanddemolitiondebrisfromdisposalinlandfills.Redirectrecyclablerecoveredresourcesbacktothemanufacturingprocess.Redirectreusablematerialstoappropriatesites.要求Requirements：制定并实施废弃物管理计划，量化材料转移量的目标。回收和／或利用至少50%（1分）或75％（2分）的施工、拆除和场地清理废弃物。可根据重量或体积进行计算，但前后必须保持一致。
