第页共页个人教学方案数学精选(十八篇)个人教学方案数学篇一教学是一个塑造人类灵魂的过程,教学工作的效果直接关系到下一代人的成长,关系到中华民族的兴衰,所以我们要以“三个面向”为政治导向,使培养出来的学生可以适应时代,并使他们在一定程度上可以超越时代,真正可以面向将来,面向现代化,同时在教学过程中,去做学生的贴心人,积极投入到新课程改革的浪潮中去,将新课程的理念贯彻到教学理论中去,争取将教学工作推上一个新的台阶。本期我所任教的几个班级中,2班学生相对根底较好一些,学生的学习已经形成了良好的习惯,班级学风较为浓重,大多数学生都有很强的上进心和学习积极性,有极强的求知欲,这就为本期的教学提供了较好的教学素材,也对老师的教学工作提出较高的要求;但相对来说,113却是全校里较差的一个班,有的是因为没有养成良好的学习兴趣,有的是因为在生理上有一定的缺乏,而导致这些学生对学习产生了厌倦情绪,这就给教学工作的开展带来了较大的难度,对于不同这样差距比拟大的学生,我们只能因材施教,对寄宿班和普通班做不同层次的要求,使学生可以各取所需,在不同层次上得到充分的开展,同时又能轻松适应较园生活,做到真以人为本。初三年级的化学教材为新教材,分为上下两册,其中上册为本期的教学内容,它由七个单元组成:第一单元走进化学世界从三个方面向学生介绍了化学是一门以实验为根底的自然科学,通过一些日常生活中的化学现象将学生带入化学的殿堂,从而很自然地承受这门新的课程,并激发了学生的学习兴趣。第二单元我们周围的空气首先从学生最熟悉的物质空气着手,研究了空气的组成,学习了空气中与人生命息息相关的一种气体——氧气,并探究了氧气的实验与工业制法。第三单元自然界的水从水的组成,导入到微观世界,理解了分子和原子,为使书本知识与理论有机地结合起来,又对水的净化与水资的保护进展了分析^p。第四单元物质构成的奥秘这一单元抽象地向学生介绍了物质的微观构成,使学生学会去理解物质是怎样构成的,为今后的探究打下根底。第五单元化学方程式这一单元让学生懂得物质不生不灭的道理,学会写化学方程式,并初步引入了化学计算。第六单元碳和碳的氧化物从学生比拟熟悉的碳元素组成的一些物质着手,对形成物质最多的一种元素进展学习,并探究了二氧化碳的制取。第七单元燃料及其利用从燃烧的现象开场,去探究燃烧的条件,同时得出灭火的方法。让学生从身边去发现化学知识,理解燃料的种类以及燃烧对环境的影响。启发式教学,引导学生自主学习、合作学习、探究学习注重实验教学,进步学生动手操作才能,要使得学生能在实验中用探究的方法去学习,领会知识的内涵,同时在一定程度上可以学会去创造创造。化学是一门以实验为根底的自然科学,化学领域内的探究成果关系到消费力的开展,通过初中化学的教育,激发学生探究自然变化规律,加强学习化学深层理论打下坚实的根底,锻炼学生的独立操作才能,培养学生的阅读、考虑与理解才能,进步分析^p问题与解决问题的才能,使学生做到学一行,精一行,真正做到学以致用。走进化学世界5小时我们周围的空气6小时自然界的水7小时物质构成的奥秘8小时化学方程式6小时碳和碳和氧化物6小时燃料及其利用5小时复习5小时教学就是这样。化学对很多学生来说,是比拟枯燥的,所以学习兴趣最重要,我相信我会努力使更多的学生热爱学习化学的。在不断的教学中,我得到了很多的结论,那就是要一直不断的努力教学才会出成绩,我相信我会努力的,我会一直帮助学生做好这一学习工作的。现实就是这样,只要你去努力了,一定会有收获,当然不努力是得不到学习上的进步的,我相信学生们可以做的更好!个人教学方案数学篇二我们必须随时掌握新的方法,努力探究,创新课堂教育教学形式和方法,在教学中多采用启发式、探究式、参与式、讨论式、案例式等教学方法,改良课堂教学组织方式,充分调动和激发学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性。实现“以学生成长为中心”的教学目的。据于此,为了提升自己的教育教学程度,到达培训目的,特拟定如下学习方案:一、服从上级领导安排,进步认识,端正学习态度,积极参加培训。二、在培训中听从培训老师安排,按时到培训班上课,不迟到、不早退、遵守班上纪律,认真听讲。三、认真做好学习笔记,老师专业化既是老师队伍建立的时代主题,又是老师个体履行专业责任,提升专业地位的重要途径,抄写每一次学习的重点、难点,然后,针对自己的实际工作进展反思,从而加深对所学内容的理解,掌握所学知识的内容。四、多听教学程度较高的老师上公开课,优质课,通过集体备课,交流学习等形式,从而不断地增加自己的教学方法。五、认真完成第一次学习,每一次的作业,特别要讨论上课的,纪律问题,师生关系问题,怎样使用教材问题,还要加强讨论成长的方法,讨论怎样反思,怎样研究,怎样促进同伴互助,怎样观课和论课等,并把学到的知识用于工作理论从而稳固所学内容。六、通过培训后,加强复习,进展学习,每一次学习后都要进展认真的反省和检查,对学习、工作、生活关系的认识和处理上是否存在问题,再承受培训老师对该门课的总评。七、认真总结本次培训学到的知识,结合自己的工作理论,用高标准来要求自己,努力学习进步业务素质。个人教学方案数学篇三在国家的教育改革中,英语教学成为国家教育改革很重大的变革科目之一。以前都是学生在升入初中之后才接触英语学习,如今的英语教学已经到了小学,在学生上小学的时候就要开场新的英语教学了,这是一直以来我们不断的成长得到的成果,这是一直以来我们不断的进步中得到的宏大的成果,我根据自己的实际情况制定了小学英语教学工作方案:认真学习、深化贯彻第三次全精神和公布的《决定》、《纲要》内容,以《英语课程标准》为指导,以课堂教学为阵地,实在转变教学观念,坚持面向全体学生,抓好英语师资队伍建立,努力创设良好的英语教学环境,进一步进步质量意识,为学生的终生开展打下良好的根底。本市小学英语教学在过去几年的开展中,在各级领导、学校的关心和重视下,获得了一定的成绩,骨干老师队伍根本形成,一批青年老师逐渐脱颖而出,教学、教研活动蓬勃展开,教学质量逐年进步。但是,本学期小学英语教学工作仍然形势严峻,任务艰巨:1、师资紧,课时少,教学任务重;2、《牛津小学英语》4b和5b教材是各校初次使用,任课老师对教材要求把握不够到位,有一个认识、磨合和适应的过程;3、中小学英语教材的衔接对小学英语教学提出了明确的要求。这就要求全体老师不等、不靠,扎扎实实开展教学工作,实实在在进步自身程度,切实在实进步教学质量。〔一〕拓宽开展渠道,促进学科建立1、继续进步对英语学科的重视程度。小学英语教材容量在不断加大,难度在加深,每周三课时已不利于学生知识的稳固和运用。学校层面尤其要保证村校、完小各年级的英语课时数,确保学生每周有足够的时间接触外语。深化理解小学英语教学实际,确保学生有足够的早自习和课外辅导时间。老师任教班级多,学生多,完成教学任务相当艰辛,学校在安排英语课程的教学工作时要灵敏、科学、合理。一些家长对英语教学要求还不甚理解,建议各校利用《告家长书》或家长会等一些渠道与家长交流、沟通,发挥家长在学生英语学习中的引导和催促作用。2、加强中小学英语教学的衔接。假如中、小学对英语教学互不理解,容易造成学生学习脱节或重复,使学生造成畏惧或厌倦的心理,以致影响学生的英语学习。所以中小学之间有必要加强联络,增进理解,互相借鉴。本学期将举行中小学英语教学衔接研讨活动。3、搭建网络平台。加强小学页建立,调整栏目,丰富内容,给老师提供平台,共享教学资,更好适应课改需要。借助行知互动功能,通过学习、交流、讨论,形成研讨气氛,促进老师学习、理论、反思相结合。〔二〕加强理论学习,更新老师观念1、由于新课程实验从起始年级开场,英语老师对新课程尚理解不多,为了更好地更新观念,转变行为,英语老师有必要认真学习课程改革的精神,充分认识课程改革的重要意义,关心并参与当前的课程改革研究;要认识到英语教学在整个素质教育中的重要地位和作用;并努力将这些正确的思想理念转化为积极可行的教学理论活动。2、精心组织理论学习,进步学习的针对性和实效性,开展《英语课程标准》的学习和研讨活动,每位老师要认真通读一、两种英语教学研究刊物,以进步自身的理论素养。3、进一步贯彻落实教育部《关于积极推进小学开设英语课程的指导意见》和《小学英语课程教学根本要求》等文件精神,明确小学阶段英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们学习英语的积极态度,建立初步学习英语的自信心,培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调根底;使学生初步形成用英语进展简单日常交流的才能,为终身开展效劳。认真学习《小学老师六认真工作要求》,实在做好教学六认真工作。本学期拟在以下三个方面作更大探究:1、尝试集体备课。针对本市英语老师普遍年轻,教学经历缺乏,教学活动设计较为单一,教案书写有待标准以及为解决备课相对封闭的情况,本学期尝试全市集体备课,把备课任务下放到各个学校,每校负责一或二个单元的备课,力求备好、备精,做到活动形式多样,术语表达正确,格式符合要求。教案经教研室认可后,下发各校供参考。各校教研组下设备课组,每个年级设备课组长一名,在每个单元新授前由备课组长召集,对教材和提供的教案进展研讨,分析^p教材内容,确定教学重点、难点,为能结合学生实际情况,凸显老师个性,各校宜在借鉴的根底上作补充、删减或调整。每单元教学完毕后,各校对所提供教案需有分析^p和评价及说明所做的调整。2、改良课堂教学。本学期继续推进课堂教学的探究,⑴、确立课堂教学思路:着眼于培养学生综合语言运用才能,通过创设合理的教学情景,引导学生在模拟或真实交际中理解、模拟和运用语言;充分运用实物、图片、手势、直观教具和表演等方法,生动活泼地进展外语教学。⑵、采用以活动课为主的教学形式,突出在活动中学、练、用,强调用语言做事,每个活动的展开要有情景,有语言,有过程,有结果。任务型的活动可以适当浸透其中。⑶、课堂教学中采用集体、个人、小组等多种活动形式,创造时机引导学生全员参与、全程参与,突出学生的主体地位,促进学生的积极情感体验。3、加强评价研究。小学英语课不是唱唱跳跳,玩玩乐乐,它的教学要求在于学生兴趣的培养,知识的掌握和才能的进步,是直接为中学学习打根底的。老师在教学中要进步质量意识,要从老师“教”的角度转到学生“学”的角度,要在研究学生如何学得好,记得住,用得活方面下功夫。既要发挥形成性评价在教学中的作用,也要研究如何进展检测性评价。老师要加强对检测性试卷命题的研究,既注意形式要符合年龄特点,也注意要求要根据教材,更注意难度要根据学生,以确保及格率,充分发挥检测的积极作用,使学生学的有趣,学的自信。并及时做好检测后的反应和分析^p。教研室将会在这方面加以适当的引导。个人教学方案数学篇四经过上学期语言课程的学习,根本情景分析^p是:培养和开展幼儿的语言本领,为幼儿供应在团体面前讲述的时机,进一步进步幼儿“想说、敢说”勇气。同时,注意引导其他幼儿认真倾听,不随意打断别人的讲述。1、在拼音教学方面:学会复韵母,前、后鼻韵母,会读、会正确书写。2、引导学生“乐意与人交谈,讲话要有礼貌。会用礼貌用语。3、注意倾听对方讲话。4、能理解日常用语的意思。5、能清楚地说出自我想说的事情。6、喜欢听故事、看图书。7、能听懂和会说普通话。8、对学生的语言本领进展综合性开发。1、学前班语言教材主要是有仿编、续编和扩编的兴趣故事、诗歌和图画,要让学生根据自我的生活经历和丰富的想象,创造性地运用语言,大胆而清楚表达自我的预期目的,可以使幼儿的想像力和思维本领得到很好的开展。2、幼儿进入学习倾听、理解和使用标准性语音表达时期。学习创造性地运用语言,在讲述活动中,让幼儿学生怎样地在团体面前大胆而清楚地表达自我的想法和感受;在阅读活动中,让幼儿尝试感受书面语言。3、经过活动延伸和活动提议来丰富幼儿日常生活中的语言交往,让幼儿有更多时机真实而丰富的语言情境与各种各样的人交往,以操练和扩展自我的语言经历。幼儿时期是个性开场萌发的时期,也是构成对人、对己、对事正确的认知、情感、态度、行为的重要时期,良好的语言教育,不仅仅能帮助幼儿作好入学前活
