PartOneAnalysisoftheTeachingMaterial

One:StatusandFunction

1.Thisunittellsustheimprovementoftraffictransportationandtherelatedstories.Besideslearningthis,studentswillalsolearnsomewords,phrasesandexpressionsoftraffic,andsoon.InLesson37,Dannywillintroduceanewtypeoftransportationtous,itisimaginary.

2.Toattain"fourskills";requestoflistening,speaking,readingandwriting,Iwillhavethestudentsdosomeexerciseaboutthetext.

Step2Presentation

1.Learnneordsingroups.Theneordinthislessonarefuel,oilandcoal.Showthempicturesofthesethingsandteachthemtheseneords.

Purposeofmydesigning:Afterseeingthepictures,thestudentswillknohattheyareandtheycanlearnthemquicklyandeasily.

2.Playthetaperecorder.Letthestudentslistenandimitatethetext.Payattentiontotheirpronunciationandintonation.Thenfinishtheexercisesontheputer.
