经典word整理文档,仅参考,转Word此处可删除页眉页脚。本资料属于网络整理,如有侵权,请联系删除,谢谢!保安管理制度制审日目录····································································································3··················································································3·······························································································3·······························································································3·······························································································3························································································3······································································4··················································································5·······························································································5··································································································5··································································································5························································································6··································································································6···························································································6··································································································6························································································7··························································7·····························································7···············································································7··················································································7············································································8·······························································································8························································································8························································································8·····················································································8·········································································8············································································8·······························································································8·······························································································9························································································9············································································9························································································9·······························································································9·······································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································································第一章总则第一条企业卫士,确保公司人员、财产、治安、消防安全,特制定本制度。第二条提供配合,做好交接班记录。第三条保安人员工作。第四条公司保安勤务应每日24小时执行不间断,其各班各岗执勤时间,由安全主管进行合理安排。第五条捷,作适当之处理,并立即报告上级。第六条保安当值班期间发现可疑情况或发现纠纷事件应及时与相关管理者联系。对纠纷事件,保安员应稳定事态的发展,并对当事人双方进行劝阻,以制止事态的扩大。第七条对于正在发生的刑事案件或可疑情况应及时制止并对可疑人员进行查问,情况严重的可直接与公安机关部门联系。第二章保安勤务工作职责第一条责任范围:适用于本公司全部所辖区域。第二条主要职责:1.贯彻执行公司关于内部安全保卫工作的方针,政策和有关规定,建立健全各项保安工作制度,对职责范围内的保安工作全面负责。2.依据制度实施公司人员、财产、治安、消防安全管理工作。第三条岗位职责(一)保安队长的工作职责:令。具体如下:1.负责维护管辖区域内治安秩序,预防和查处安全事故,做好与相关单位的联系联防工作。队长与警员一样轮流值日,履行保安人员工作职责。2.制定各类突发事件的处理程序,建立和健全各项安全保卫制度。处理当班突发事件,如火灾、偷盗等立即报警,并迅速与消防队、治安办部门联系。3.建立正常的巡视制度并明确重点保卫目标,做到点、面结合。4.根据所管辖区域的大小和周边社会治安情况,配备相应的保安人员,并对保安人员落实24小时值班制度的情况进行监督和检查。5.时的查岗及查夜,及时指出保安人员的工作失误及不规范的行为。每日查勤主要有以下内容:5.1保安仪容仪表;5..2当班保安值班日志及巡逻记录;5.3物件签收事宜;5..4人员、车辆、物品出入记录;6.完善管辖区域内安全防范措施,检查安全设施、设备、器材的使用情况,保证其能在工作中达到预定的使用效果。7.检查管辖区域内有无妨害公共安全和社会治安秩序的行为,有无违反规章制度的行为,并及时进行纠正,提出处理意见,跟进处理结果。8.协调本部门和其他部门的工作,提高工作效率。9.接待员工的投诉,协调处理各种纠纷和治安违纪行为。10.负责对本组保安人员的管理、督导训练与考核。做好保安人员的出勤统计,业绩考核等管理工作。11.掌握保安人员的思想动态,定期召开队务会议,做好思想沟通工作。定期对保安人员进行职业安全,思想道德和各类业务技能培训。12.做好保安队各种内外文件、信函、资料的整理归档;各种通知的起草以及各类案例处理的书面报告。13.以身作则,亲力亲为,全面提高安全管理工作的质量。完成上级临时交办的事项。(二)保安人员工作职责及注意事项保安人员的工作职责:执行公司的安全、门禁的相关制度并填写相关报表、异常事件的汇报。1.保安人员必须为人正直,作风正派,以身作则,处事公正,对工作有高度的责任感,不玩忽职守。2.维持公司办公场所内外区域的正常工作秩序、治安秩序,消除隐患于萌芽状态,防患于未然。必须严格遵守公司的各项规章制度,如有违反,则按《保安违章处罚管理条例》进行处罚。3.认真履行值班登记制度,值班中发生和处理的各种情况在登记薄上进行详细登记,交接班时移交清楚,责任明确。4.部门人员到厂验收货物。5.在规定的站岗时间段内,必须服从保安队长安排按要求站岗。5.1站岗时间为上午8︰00—下午18︰00,每半小时换一次岗(雨天且13︰00—14︰005.2得下岗、蹲岗,随意走动,不能东倒西歪、说话打闹,也不得有其他的小动作,非遇紧急情况不得走下岗台。5.35米之内时,必须行举手礼。保安员应立定向左/右转体90度,并执行车辆左直行手势,在车辆即驶过时,敬礼。5.4保安人员站岗和执勤时,须穿公司规定的制服,佩戴员工识别证。6.保安值班要高度戒备,加强对重点部位的治安防范,加强防盗活动,及7.加强防火活动,及进发现火灾隐患苗头,并消除之。应熟记场内各处之水、电、燃料、开关、门锁及消防器材的地点,以免临急慌乱,定期对消防水管有缺损时,应及时上报主管部门处理。8.保安应该负责值班室的日常清洁卫生工作,以保持室内清洁整齐美观。9.监督员工遵守安全守则,规章制度。严禁员工亲属、老乡和朋友在上班时间来公司会面,有特殊情况者,保安可代为通知当事者在门口外见面。10.保安每天下班前须将各类出库单据收齐,送交相关部门备查。配合领导做好下班后值班工作,检查公司办公场所安全状况及宿舍留宿情况。11.保安必须提前十分钟到岗,要有饱满的精神执勤。做好工作交接,正确记录当班值班日志和案件笔录,及时提出相关工作报告。12.保安人员必须每周日下午16:00进行训练,非特殊情况,不得缺席。13.保安值班时间按照公司相关规定灵活执行。第三章保安人员行为准则第一条保安礼仪(一)仪容仪表1.仪表:1.1干净、整洁,没有异味1.2前不过眉、旁不触耳、后不触领1.3不留古怪发型、剃光头或染彩色头发1.4清洁、干净、不留胡须;口腔无异味且在上班时间不吃带有异味的食物1.5保持指甲干净且不留长指甲、不配戴体现个人个性的装饰品(戒指、手链、项链)2.服饰2.1干净、整洁无污渍2.2上衣口袋不应装东西,上衣领子不乱别徽章,衣袋中不装太多的物品。腰上不挂钥匙链、指甲刀等物品。2.3不穿高领内衣,纽扣应扣好,不敞开外衣或卷起裤脚或衣袖2.4工号牌统一配戴在左胸的正上方3.整体精神面貌要求:3.1精神饱满、乐观向上、大方,面带微笑3.2服装笔挺、不歪斜松垮(二)礼节礼貌1.站姿1.1挺胸、收腹、紧臀、头部端正,下颌微收1.2微笑,目视前方,表情亲切,有亲和力1.3两臂自然下垂,两手伸开,落于腿侧裤缝处或两手握于背后或两手握于腹前,右手握住左手,两腿绷直,呈外八字45度角展开。1.4禁止:双手卡腰;抱在胸前或将身体东倒西歪的靠在墙上或脚右搭左等2.坐姿2.1端正,双腿自然平放,男士双腿间距可容一拳2.2禁止:前仰后合、摇腿晃脚、翘腿等不雅之举。3.敬礼3.1举手礼。要领:上体正直,右手取捷径迅速抬起,五指并拢自然伸直,中指微接帽檐右角前约2高),手心向下,微向外张(约20度),手腕不得弯曲,右大臂略平,与两肩略成一线,同时注视受礼者。礼毕时,将手放下。3.2注目礼。要领:面向受礼者成立正姿势,同时注视受礼者,并目迎目送(右、左转头角度不超过45度)。礼毕时,将头转正。第二条保安工作守则(一)工作态度1.对工作所具有的责任心、热情、敬业精神和职业道德2.对自身的责任心:钻研业务、工作认真、上进心3.同事之间的协作力、包容、配合、团结4.对本职工作负责:不拖沓、不积压、不抱怨、不挑拣5.对待业主或来访人员的态度:谦和、礼貌、诚恳、友善、不卑不亢(二)日常行为规范1.爱护公司公共财产、不随意破坏、挪为私用;2.及时清理、整理个人工作用具,保持工作环境的干净整洁;3.办公桌上不放与工作无关的用品;4.未经同意不得翻看他人文件、资料或他人个人物品。(三)工作纪律原则,保安员严格禁止下列行为:1.限制他人人身自由、搜查他人身体或者侮辱、殴打他人;2.扣押、没收他人证件、财物;3.阻碍依法执行公务;4.参与追索债务、采用暴力或者以暴力相威胁的手段处置纠纷;5.删改或者扩散保安服务中形成的监控影像资料、报警记录;6.侵犯个人隐私或者泄露在保安服务中获知的公司商业秘密。7.仪容不整,言语行为轻浮、粗暴无礼。8.值班时间聚众赌博、下棋、喝酒、看小说报纸,打瞌睡,吃零食等。9.对群众、来宾故意刁难或挟怨报复。对员工、来宾或送货人员索取好处及贪小便宜。10.脱岗、漏岗、睡岗,迟到、早退。夜半值班人员睡觉被发现第一次罚款50元,第二次罚款100元,第三次当自离。11.执勤时间内,电话、对讲机私用,影响勤务。12.非保安人员进入保安室。13.未经许可擅自调班14.暴行犯上,不服从指挥。第四章门禁管理规定第一条员工及携带物品出入小区的管理规则1.员工(业主)进入不得携带枪支、刀具、毒品及一切危险品和违禁物品。2.员工未经主管核准,擅自带客参观者,不得进入小区。3.被公司除名或辞工者,拒绝进入。4.员工于上班时间外出,没有员工外出单者,或有但未经主管部们核准者,不得离开。5.所有员工离开不得携带公司产品、文件资料、物料、半成品或工作器具等一切公司所属财产。6.人员与车辆出入时严格检查,发现问题不得离开。7.所装货物与货单不符者,不得离开。8.货物出入无货单放行单者、或者虽有货物放行单但部门主管签核者,不得离开。第二条厂商人员及货物、车辆的管理规则1.厂商需入厂洽谈,应在门卫室办妥登记手续并经受访公司部门同意才可入厂。2.来宾车辆进厂须按规定停泊在公司指定的地方。3.并通知仓库保管部门。4.厂商货运车辆出厂时,应出具物品放行单,并清除填写需放行物品的名方可为其办理出厂手续。第三条访客人员的管理规则对于外来人员及车辆有下列情形之一者,拒绝进厂。1.携带易燃易爆及危险物品的人员和车辆。2.不明身份,衣冠不整及明显带有恶意的人员。3.推销产品、商品及收购废品的人员及车辆。4.非洽公人员和车辆且拒绝登记和检查者。5.来访人员报不清受访部门及受访人者。6.来访人员不能出示有效证件者。第四条门禁管理注意事项1.厂商车辆及人员进出厂区请按本公司一切规定。2.厂商、人员进入厂区,除洽谈部门外,严谨擅入未经许可的禁止区域或其他部门,否则受访部门应付连带责任。3.离职人员按程序办完手续后,物品搬至保安室查验,财务部门结算工资后访客离开。第五章每日安全事项巡逻内容第一条保安巡逻1.保安仪容仪表。2.当班保安日志。3.防盗系统报警系统和报警联络装置。4.员工着装穿戴和厂牌的佩戴。5.速递快件的签收事宜。6.人员、货物和车辆出入管制稽核。7.异常事件的处理。第二条消防系统检查1.灭火器位置挂放是否移动和压力是否足够。2.消防栓是否供水。3.明火管制稽核。4.消防通道的通畅、疏散方向和防火标志。第三条安全专案检查1.防爆灯和应急灯的检查2.车辆出入的限速3.每天下班对门窗和水电的检查第四条厂区秩序的维护1.保安每天要加强巡逻力度,厂区内不得有人乱扔垃圾。2.厂区内不得有人在禁烟区吸烟,只能在指定的区域吸烟。3.第五条主管交办其他事项的稽核。第六章紧急或意外事故的处理第一条火警事故1.发现火灾应立即赶到失火现场查看,并注意兼顾厂房安全,否则立即向119火警台报案,且通知部门主管和厂务经理至火场,保安仍然坚守岗位。2.若发生火苗应即以灭火器将火源熄灭。3.若已使用灭火器仍然无法将火势扑灭时,应:3.1火速打电话至,并集合各部门义务消防员或请求支援。3.2同时通知厂内人员或其他重要干部集合员工救火,发挥消防编组功能。3.3指挥员工及来宾向安全地区疏散。3.4保持高度警戒,严防小偷趁机窃取公司财务。3.5通知派出所协助交通,管制事宜。3.6火势熄灭后应清查人员及物品所害情形,并保持完整现场,以供警方处理。3.7注意警方处理时,亦不能破坏现场,以免影响保险公司的认定理赔。3.8若于下班时间发生火警,马上扑灭,若无法扑灭。立即通知119与厂务人员。第二条恶劣气候卫人员应完成以下事项:1.关闭所有门窗及照明电源。2.将散置于室外易于被风吹或吹损坏的物品移于室内或予以固定处置。3.注意接听员工电话,转达公司规定的事项。4.遇有灾害或须支援时,立即报警求援并报告总务部主管。第三条员工打斗事件1.员工打斗或对公司干部逞凶,应迅速予以制止,将当事人交由主管或厂制止。2.应将肇事者代理现场再行处理。3.事态有愈超严重态势,应立即请派出所协助处理。4.注意立场要保持公正,千万不可偏袒打斗当事人任何一方或加入战局,丧失理智。5.员工对公司干部逞凶时,应立即电请警察局派出所拘办。6.有安全之虑时,即刻电请派出所些协助。第四条不良分子前来滋事处理1.管制人员不得与不良分子对打。2.关闭大门和所有出入口,勿使不良分子进入寻讯
