职位描述:

职责描述:

1.负责组织、协调、统筹研发设计及项目的规划和管理;

2.帮助部门总监制定年度研发安排,确定产品和技术创新目标;

3.组织研发项目组进行产品研发,完成研发任务;

4.制定和修正研发项目管理相关的管理制度和工作流程;

5.对所管理研发项目职责范围内的工作有指挥、协调、监督管理的权力;

6.对重大技术问题的决策权,项目变更恳求确认权;

7.对所属下级和的工作有监督、考核权,有奖惩的建议权;

8.对所属下级的管理水平、技术水平和业绩有评估建议权。

任职要求:

1.本科以上(如个人实力优异,可酌情放宽要求);

2.5年以上项目管理阅历和部门管理阅历;管理过20人以上的团队,拥有至少1个胜利被实施和应用的项目案例(项目标的超过百万);

3.有压力容器类相关运用阅历,熟识产品研发过程及产品测试过程;

4.有较强的先进技术感知实力和学习实力,敏锐地把握技术动态、技术方向的实力;

5.熟识公司产品涉及的相关领域产品发展趋势,具有敏锐市场推断实力;熟识学问产权相关法规,有专利申报等实务工作阅历;

6.工作严谨,责任心强,具有较强的协调实力、沟通实力和统筹管理实力,具有团队合作精神和带领团队完成项目的组织实力。

it副总监•understandsbusinessobjectivesandprocessesandalignitdirectionandactivitieswithbusiness,collaboratingwithbusinesstocreateeffectiveitsolutionsthataddvaluetothecompany.

•plans,organizes,directs,andcoordinatestheactivitiesofvarioussectionsoftheitdepartment;providesleadership,direction,andguidancefordevelopmentandoperationalactivitiestoachievethedepartment’sgoalsandbusinessobjectives.

•assiststhegroupdirectorofitinformulatingandimplementingstrategies,policies,itplan,programs,procedures,andstandardsoftheitdepartment.

•exercisesconsiderableindependentjudgmenttoanalyze,develop,andrecommendplansandsolutionstooperational,management,businessprocess,architectureandplatforms,andutilizeseffectiveleadershipskillstoimplementsuchplansandrecommendations.

•recruits,selectsandevaluatesstaff;assignsandreviewsprojectswithprojectmanagerstodetermineprogressandworkpriorities;ensuresadherencetostandardsandprocedures;identifies,recommendsandinitiatestrainingfordivisionstaff.

•ensuresateamofmotivatedandcompetentstaffisdevelopedandmaintained.

•directsmanagers,itstaff,supportteamstocloselycollaboratewithbusinessunits,analyze,consider,challengeorotherwiseaccomplishworkrequests,andrecommendviabletechnicalimprovementstobusinessprocesses.
