251、工程概述General为了保证电缆桥架安装工作正常有序地进行,力求施工周期最短、确保技术、安全可靠的方案编制原则,根据国家、业主的规范要求,特编制此电缆桥架安装施工方案,以说明安装过程中施工方法、施工用料、施工顺序。Inordertoensurenormalandproperfieldinstallationforelectricalandinstrumentcabletraysafesuccessfulcompletionofthework,thisinstallationprocedureisspeciallypreparedasperthenationalstandardsandtheOwner’sspecificationrequirementsintheprincipleoflowestconstructioncost,shortestconstructiondurationandsafereliabletechnologytoelaboratetheinstallationconstructionmethod,constructionmaterialsandinstallationsequence2、适用范围Scopeofwork本方案适用于拜耳聚碳酸酯SPCII/LOGII项目桥架施工,包括管廊桥架、B204区域、B244区域、B209区域、B252区域、B221区域、B222区域桥架施工及其它区域桥架施工。ThisscopedescribestheactivitiestobeperformedbytheContractorfortheWorksandServicesasspecifiedbelowforBayerSpcII/LogIIcabletrayinstallation,includingoutsidepiperackarea,B204,B252,B209,B244,B221,B222areaandotherareawhichneedtobeconstructed.3、编制依据References3.1设计图纸及及相关技术文件DesigndrawingandRelevantdocuments国家及BAYER公司相关规程、规范、标准Nationalcodes&standards,relevantBayerspecifications3.3<建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范>GB50303-Codeofacceptanceofconstructionqualityelectricalinstallationofbuilding<电气装置安装工程爆炸和火灾危险环境电气装置施工及验收规范>GB50257-96Construction&AcceptanceCodeforElectricalDeviceInstallationinExplosiveandFireHazardEnvironment3.5<自动化仪表工程及验收规范>GB50093-Construction&AcceptanceCodeforAutomaticInstrumentationWorks<自动化仪表安装质量检验评定标准>GBJ131-90QualityInspection&AssessmentStandardforAutomaticInstrumentationInstallation4、施工准备Preparationforconstruction4.1、技术准备Preparationfortechnicalmethod4.1.1熟悉图纸和相应的国家标准规范,会同设计及业主较早完成对图纸问题的澄清,并完成施工方案和特殊技术措施的编制;Befamiliarwithdrawingandrelevantnationalspecification,timelyclarifyanyquestionaboutdrawingjointlywithAKCandcompleteconstructionplanandspecialtechnicalmeasures;4.2人员准备Preparationforperson4.2.1 进入施工现场作业的人员应具备相应的施工资质;Personnelpreparation:afterenteringontositeandpriortoworking,carryoutsafetytrainingtoallconstructionpersonnelandclarifyalltechnicaldetails;4.2.2对进入现场作业人员进行安全培训和施工技术交底;Thepersonwhoenterintositeanddoconstructionworkwillbetrainedinthesafetyandacceptedtechnicalclarification.4.3材料准备Preparationformaterial4.3.1 根据合同内容和施工图纸资料,准确的提出施工主材和消耗性材料用量以及时开展采购工作;Materialpreparation:sinceshortconstructionperiodandtighttime,itshallaccuratelyworkoutprimaryconstructionmaterialandconsumptionsaccordingtocontractanddrawingtotimelycarryoutprocurement;4.3.2本工程中,管廊上电缆桥架(600mm以上)采用热镀锌钢质托盘式,B204厂区内电缆桥架(600mm)采用热镀锌钢质托盘式,电气桥架(300mm)采用热镀锌钢质梯架式,仪表桥架(300以下)采用不锈钢格栅式。B252厂区内电气桥架(300mm)以上使用梯架,以下使用隔栅式桥架,仪表桥架(300mm)以上使用托盘式桥架、以下使用隔栅式桥架。其中电缆桥架(600mm及以上)由业主供应,电缆桥架(600mm以下)由承包商供应;Inthisproject,equaltoandmorethan600mmhotgalvanizedsteelcabletraywillbeadoptedontheoutsidepiperackand600mmhotgalvanizedcabletraywillbeinstalledforelectricaland300mmhotgalvanizedcableladderwillbeinstalledforelectrical,300mmstainlesssteelgridcabletrayforinstrumentinsideroominB204area;cableladderwillbeusedinmorethan300mmandstainlesssteelgridtraywillbeusedinequalandless300mmforelectricalinB252area;channeltraywillbeusedinmorethan300mmandstainlesssteelgridtraywillbeusedinequalandless300mmforinstrumentinB252area;cabletray(600mmandabove)willbesuppliedbytheowner,less600mmcabletraywillbepurchasedbycontractor.4.3.3 电动工具、测试仪器应符合BAYER的使用要求,工机具的使用应有效期内;Machinery,toolandtestinstrumentpreparation:theelectrictoolandstandardtestinstrumentshallbeincompliancewithAKCrequirementandwithinvalidperiod;4.4验收及保管Acceptanceandkeeping4.4.1电缆桥架到场后应及时进行材料验收;Materialsacceptanceshallbedoneinatimelymannerforcabletrayafterdeliverytosite.检查厂家技术文件、合格证和质保书是否齐全。出厂产品数据是否符合设计要求;Themanufacturer’stechnicaldocuments,certificatesofcomplianceandqualitycertificatesshallbecheckedforcompletenessandtheproductdatabecheckedforcompliancewiththedesignrequirements;桥架及附件齐全、表面光滑、不变形,型号规格符合设计要求。Thecabletrayandaccessoriesshallbecompleteandhavesmoothandundeformedsurface.Thetypeandspecificationshallcomplywiththedesignrequirements.Thecabletraysectionatthebendsandjointsshallbesmoothandfreeofburrs;4.4.4验收合格的材料应分型号、规格摆放,便于材料领用。Qualifiedmaterialbyacceptancewillbestoredbytypeandspecificationinordertoconvenienceforusing.施工主要工程量及主要施工材料Mainworkloadandmaterialsinconstruction序号No.名称Description规格及型号specification单位Unite数量Quantity备注Remark1热镀锌钢质梯架Hotgalvanizedsteelladder600×150米m2002热镀锌钢质梯架Hotgalvanizedsteelladder300×150米m5003热镀锌钢质梯架Hotgalvanizedsteelladder400×150米m1004不锈钢隔栅桥架Stainlesssteelgridtray300×150米m15005不锈钢隔栅桥架Stainlesssteelgridtray200×100米m10006不锈钢隔栅桥架Stainlesssteelgridtray100×50米m25007热镀锌钢质托盘Hotgalvanizedsteeltray600×150米m1008热镀锌钢质托盘Hotgalvanizedsteeltray900×150米m309热镀锌钢质托盘Hotgalvanizedsteeltray400×150米m6010C型钢CsteelP4141米m5、桥架安装技术要求TechnicalRequirementsforCableTrayInstallation5.1严格按设计图纸施工。安装前与工艺、设备等专业图纸进行会审,以免发生碰撞后,二次拆装;Theconstructionshallbeperformedstrictlyasperthedesigndrawings.Thedrawingsforprocess,equipmentshallbereviewedbeforeinstallationtoavoidinterferenceandre-work;桥架及其支架和引入、引出的网格桥架必须可靠连接且应符合下列规定:Cabletrayanditssupportsanditsbranchgridtrayshallbereliablyconnectedandcomplywiththefollowingspecification:电缆桥架直线段每隔30米应安装一膨胀节,而且在膨胀节处增加桥架跨接线;Expansionjointwillbeaddedinstraitlinesegmentatintervalof30mwhencabletraybeinstalledandjumperwirewillbeconnectedfromonecabletraytoanotherintheplaceofexpansionjoint.电缆桥架在弯曲处的弯曲半径,不得小于桥架内电缆最小弯曲半径;电缆最小弯曲半径见下表:Thebendingradiusofcabletrayatthebendshallnotbesmallerthanminimumbendingradiusofcableinsidecabletray;Minimumbendingradiusofcableseesthetableasfollow:序号No.电缆种类Cabledescription最小允许弯曲半径Minimumbendingradius1聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆VVcable10D2交联聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆YJVcable15D3多芯控制电缆multiwirecontrolcable10DD为电缆外径D-outsidediameter5.2.3电缆桥架支架水平安装时支架间距不大于2.5米做一次固定,垂直安装的支架间距不大于2米做一次固定,在有弯通或三通的地方则必须单独增加支撑点;Forthecabletraysupport,ifnorequirements,thespacingforhorizontalsupportsshallbe2.5mandthatforverticalsupportsshallbenogreaterthan2m;individualsupportwillbeaddedintheelbowandtee.桥架支架与各种钢结构的连接都采用卡接方式,不得焊接,如若需焊接必须事先获得业主的批准认可,方可施焊,焊接必须牢固可靠,且要对施焊的部位采用防腐处理;Thesupportofcabletrayconnecttoallkindsofsteelstructurewithbolt,notallowtoweld.TheweldingofbracketsandsupportswithstructuralsteelshallbeapprovedbytheOwneraheadoftimeandtheweldingshallbereliableandwillbedoneanti-corrosivetreatmentfortheweldingpoint.桥架连接应使用桥架厂家的连接片经过螺栓连接。螺栓应带有平垫片和防松垫片,Thecabletraysshallbeboltedwitheachotherusingtheconnectionpiecessuppliedbythecabletraymanufacturer.Theboltshallhaveflatwasherandspringwasher;5.2.6桥架与桥架支架的连接用专用的桥架压板,经过螺栓连接紧固;Specialcompressedplatewillbeadoptedtoconnectcabletrayanditssupportfastenedbybolt.5.2.7所有用螺栓紧固的材料、设备,在紧固前必须在螺杆上涂层放防卡剂;Allkindsofmaterialandequipmentwithboltfasteningshouldcoatantiseizeagentinthescrewbeforefastening.5.3电缆桥架敷设在易燃、易爆气体管道和热力管道的下方,与管道的最小净距应符合下表:Theminimumclearancebetweenthecabletraylaidundertheinflammableandexplosivegaspiping&thermalpipingandthepipingshallcomplywiththefollowingtable:PipingClassification管道类别ParallelClearance(m)平行净距(m)OverlappingClearance(m)交叉净距(m)CommonPiping一般管道0.40.3Inflammable,ExplosiveGasPiping易燃、易爆气体管道0.50.5ThermalPiping热力管道WithInsulation有保温0.50.3WithoutInsulation无保温1.00.5不符合上述要求时必须加装隔热板;Thermalbafflewillbeinstalledifnotinlinewithaboverequirement.5.4不同防火区的桥架,应按设计要求,采取防火、隔离措施;Fireproofandisolationmeasuresshallbetakenforthecabletrayslaidinsideverticalshaftoracrossdifferentfireproofareas;5.5对于SPCII厂房内部所有600mm宽的桥架,必须在桥架内敷设一根95mm2的裸铜绞线作为接地线,然后分别与SPCI主桥架内95mm2的裸铜绞线相连接,对于主管廊上的桥架,应在最上层电缆桥架内敷设一根95mm2的裸铜绞线作为接地线,而且分别与全厂接地网连接。电气桥架必须有良好的电气通路,桥架两端而且每隔30m做一次接地线;95mm2barecopperstrandedwireasaearthlinglinewillbelaidinall600mmcabletrayinsidetheSPCIIworkshopandconnectedtoanother95mm2barecopperstrandedwireintheSPCIcabletray.Apieceof95mm2barecopperstrandedwireasaearthlinglinewillbelaidinthetopcabletrayofoutsidepiperackandconnectedtomainearthlingnetoffactory.Allcabletrayshouldhavegoodelectricconductivityandearthlingwirewillbeinstalledineach30Minthecabletray.5.6安装结束后保证桥架不应有明显的波形弯或蛇形弯。在电缆安装结束后,主管廊最上层桥架应盖上盖板,厂房内部600mm宽的电缆桥架需加盖板,300mm宽度及以下无需加盖板;Aftercompletionofcabletrayinstallation,itshallbeensuredthatthereisnovisiblewaveorsnaketypecurve.Aftercableinstallation,thetopcabletrayshallbecoveredwithplate;6、桥架施工工序Cabletrayinstallationprocedure施工准备施工准备Preparationforinstallation支架预制支架预制Supportpre-fabrication支架安装Supportinstallation支架安装Supportinstallation桥架预制桥架预制Cabletraypre-fabrication桥架安装桥架安装Cableinstallation接地线安装Earthlingwireinstallation接地线安装Earthlingwireinstallation7、施工详细描述Installationdescription7.1施工准备详见第4条;PreparationforInstallationseeaboveitem47.2桥架支架预制Supportofcabletraypre-fabrication7.2.1根据桥架施工图,合理安排桥架支架安装位置,标注好桥架支架安装的具体位置,计算出每根支架的尺寸,在事先选好的C型钢材上标出相应的位置;标出后统一拿到预制场地加工,严禁在现场加工支架.对于装纳电缆容量大的桥架应选用背靠背叠在一处的C型钢支架,增强支架强度;Wewillarrangethereasonablelocationofsupportofcabletrayandmakelabelwhenweinstallitaccordingtocabletraydrawing,WewillalsocalculateeachsupportsizeanddrawdetailpositionintheCsteelweselectedinadvance.Afterfinishingpositioninthecsteel,supportwillbemadeinthepre-fabricationshopandavoidmakingsupportintheinstallationsite.DoubleCsteelsupportofbackagainstbackinstalledisadoptedforheavyloadcableinthecabletrayinordertoreinforcestrength.7.2.2切割时用砂轮切割机切割,严禁动用气焊、电焊切割,然后清除毛刺,并打磨光滑;Abrasivecuttingmachinewillbeusedtocutsupportofcabletrayanditisforbiddentouseweldingmachinetocut.afterfinishingcutting,removingburrsandmakeitsmooth.7.2.3对预制加工部位喷上镀锌漆,并对预制好支架做好标识;Galvanizedlacquerwillbesprayedintheprocessedpartofsupport,signwillbemadeandputintheprocessedsupport.7.3桥架支架安装;Installationforsupportofcabletray7.3.1对于建筑物内安装的桥架,应在桥架末端和变高处先安装桥架支架;Theendandelbowpositionofcabletrayaswellastheplaceheightvariedwillbeinstalledsupportfirstaccordingtodesignrequirement.7.3.2然后在同一水平长度段,以不超过20m为一间隔先安装首尾两个立柱,然后拉一直线,以此线为参照安装中间其它立柱;Each20Mofcabletrayfirstlyinstalltwohangingbracketforthebothendinthesamehorizontallengthofcabletray,thendrawastraightline,refertothisstraitline,othersupportcanbeinstalledbetweenthesetwohangingbracket.7.3.3对于安装在钢结构上的支架,直接用卡扣卡在钢结构上,用螺栓紧固,不得焊接;Supportinstalledinthesteelstructurewillbeusedclampandbolttoinstallnotallowtowelding.7.3.4吊顶安装在楼面的支架,先标出需要打眼部位,用冲击电锤钻出合适的孔洞,经过内膨胀螺栓固定预制好的支架;Ifbracketneedtoinstallinthestructureceiling,firstlydrawholepositionandmakeholewithelectricpunchhammerdrill,thenbracketbefixedbyexpansionbolt.桥架预制Cabletrayprefabrication7.4.1桥架预制都在预制场地进行,预制桥架过程中,只允许用切割机进行切割,严禁用电焊、气焊切割,切割完后清楚毛刺并打磨光滑;thecabletraywillbeprefabricatedintheprefabricationshop.abrasivecuttingmachinewillbeusedtocutprefabricatedcabletrayanditisforbiddenusingweldingmachinetocut.afterfinishingcutting,removingburrsandmakeitsmooth.7.4.2Galvanizedlacquerwillbesprayedintheprocessedpartofcabletray.对于镀锌桥架,应在预制处喷涂镀锌漆;7.4.3不准用电焊直接把两段桥架焊在一起;Itisforbiddentoconnecttwocabletraywithweldingmethod.7.5桥架安装Installationforcabletray7.5.1桥架安装前应尽量在地面进行预组装;对于管廊处大跨距桥架,直接在支架上安装;Thecabletraywillbeassembledinthefloorasbestaswecanbeforeinstallation.7.5.2在地面预组装完后,将桥架架上托臂,把桥架调整水平,然后用压板固定;Afterfinishingassemble,cabletraywillbeputonthebracketarm,thenmakelevelingandfixedbyclampingplate.7.5.3桥架固定应牢固,连接无错边,连接板螺栓应紧固且螺母应位于桥架槽的外侧,螺帽应安装在内侧。Thecabletraywillbefirmlyfixed,thereisnochangeintheconnectionjoint;boltwillbetightenintheconnectionplateandnutwillbeoutsideinthecabletray,headofboltwillbeinsideinthecabletray.7.5.4连接螺栓前应在螺栓上喷上防卡剂;Beforeconnectingbolt,antiblockagentwillbesprayedinthebolt.7.5.5同一水平面桥架水平度要一致、无变形,多层桥架间距应保持一致;Thehorizontalityshouldbethesameinthesamehorizontalandnodeformation;Thedistanceofcabletraybetweenlayershouldkeepthesame.7.5.6桥架穿越楼板洞、墙洞,应用防火胶泥密封;Cabletraythroughfloorholeandwallhole,fireproofclaywillbeusedtosealholeaftercabletobelaid.桥架接地线敷设Layingearthlingwireofcabletray.7.6.1桥架安装完后,应对桥架做接地处理,详见第5.5条Aftercabletraybeinstalled,earthlingofcabletraywillbedoneaccordingtotechnicalrequirement.seeitem5.58、施工注意事项及措施Constructionprecautionandmeasurementtobetaken8.1SPCII电缆桥架安装大部分是在生产与施工的环境下同时进行,务必要求所有进入生产区域现场施工的人员不得接触任何与施工无关的设备,而且严禁碰撞生产设备、管线,施工用的材料只能堆放在指定的场所,当日施工结束后,必须清扫干净;InSPCIIproject,cabletraybeinstalledisunderproductionandoperationenvironmentinthesameworkshop,Itisrequiredthatallconstructionpeoplecannottouchanyirrespectiveequipmentwithconstructionandforbiddentohitanyproductionequipmentandpipe.Thematerialusingforconstructiononlyputappointedsite.Workfinishedeveryday,constructionsiteshouldbecleaned.8.2生产区域内介质都为有毒的液体、气体或粉末状物质,在建筑物内生产区域施工时,应设置警戒线,只能在规定的警戒线范围内施工;从管廊进入B204区域桥架施工时,应在施工区域内搭设防护栏,而且派专人看管,施工时严禁动用电焊或气焊;Therearealotofpoisonousgasandliquidmaterialinproductionarea,guardinglinewillbesetupinconstructionareaofinsidebuilding.Constructiononlybemadewithinstatedguardingline.WhencabletraybeinstalledfromoutsidepiperackintoB204area,guardrailwillbeestablishedinthisconstructionareaandshouldhavepersontobeincharge.Weldingwillbeprohibitedintheconstruction.8.3在防爆区域内施工时,要求所有施工用电器设备都具有防爆功能,所用的临时施工电源要求使用防爆插座,并配置防爆插头;Whenconstructionmadeintheanti-detonationarea,Itisrequiredthatallelectricalapplianceforconstructionshouldhaveexplosionprooffunctionandalltemporarypowershoulduseexplosionproofreceptacleandplug.8.4在生产区域施工时,施工用电源线不能直接跟运行设备、管线接触,,应加工电缆挂钩挂临时电源线,挂钩也不能挂在设备及管线上,而且挂钩上应用塑料套管隔离。Whenconstructionmadeintheproductionarea,powercablefortemporaryconstructioncannottouchoperationequipmentandpipe.Leasedclampbeusedforhangingthetemporarypowercableandcannothangontheequipmentandpipe.8.5在对有电缆在内的桥架开槽时,应把运行电缆隔离开,严禁损坏一期原有电缆,采取的防护措施如下:在需切割的部位事先放上C形状的薄铁板,然后用防火布覆盖,而且在桥架下方铺设一层防火布,再用砂轮切割机切割,切割后清除毛刺,并打磨光滑;Whenweneedtomakeductinthecabletraywithlivingcable,cablewithelectricitywillbeunpluggedandnotallowedtodamageexistingcable,measurewillbetakenasfollow:theplacesweneedtocutshouldputapiecesofCtypethinsteelplateinadvance,thencoverapieceoffireproofclothonthesteelplateandputfireproofclothundercabletrayatthesametime,thenwecancutholewithabrasivecuttingmachine,aftercutting,removeburryandmakeitsmooth.从B196至B204厂房间的桥架都位于室外管廊上,且属于高空作业,除了遵守相应的高空作业规定外,雾天、雨天应禁止在管廊上施工作业;SomeinstallationfromB196toB204intheoutsidepiperackisaloftwork,exceptfollowingrelevantregulationofaloftwork,itshouldbeprohibitedintherainandfogweather.在生产区域施工时,禁止利用原有的电缆桥架、工艺管线或风道及设备来搭设跳板,严禁踩踏;Itshouldbeprohibitedtouseexistcabletrayandpipeorventilationducttosetupsleeperandtotrampletheequipmentintheproductionarea.在生产区域动火作业时(包括用电锤、电钻、磨光机等用电设备)必须有专人监护,且必须事先准备好消防器材;Therearespecialpeopletosupervisewhenhotwork(includingusingelectrichammeranddrillaswellasgrateretc)tobedoneintheproductionarea,atthesametime,fire-fightingapparatuswillbepreparedinadvance.在B196、管梁上、B204生产区域内施工时必须开操作票,办理工作许可证,无证严禁施工BeforejobperformedintheB196area,outsidepiperack,B204productionarea,operatingsheetandpermittingworkcertificateshouldbedone,ifnothiskindsofcertification,itisprohibitedthatnotallowedtoworkinabovearea.施工特别措施Specialmeasurementtobetakeninconstruction在B196区G36~G37轴线安装时,在+6.75米处用900×150桥架同原有预留桥架连接,经过管廊钢梁做支架立柱,把C型钢用卡扣固定在钢梁上做桥架支架,升至14.0米后跟NO.1.7桥架支架处桥架连接,连接时需在桥架开槽,开槽时应参照第8.5条;在施工作业前,需搭设脚手架,脚手架操作平台搭设区域见附图1,样式图见附图2;WhenweinstallcabletrayataxisofG36-G37inB196area,900x150cabletraywillbeconnectedtoexist900x150cabletrayat+6.75m,usingclamptofixCsteelasbrackettothesteelbeamofpiperack,theninstallverticalcabletrayupto14.0mandputcabletrayonNO.1.7bracketandconnectedtoexistcabletray.Whencabletrayneedtobeconnectedtoexistcabletray,sometimesweneedtomakeholeintheexistingcabletray,methodrefertoitem8.5ScaffoldhavetobeestablishedwhenconstructiontobemadeataxisG36-G37intheB196area.Operationplatformpositionofscaffoldseeattacheddiagram1,patternseeattacheddiagram2.在管廊G9~G12区施工时,需在+14.4米NO.2.7层支架上桥架开600×150槽,开槽注意事项同前,整个作业在管廊高空作业,且原有桥架密集,施工时注意别碰撞桥架、管路。安装管廊大跨距桥架时,先用叉车把桥架运到G9轴线处位置,然后用16T吊车将桥架吊至管廊顶上的G9轴至G10轴线间,吊装完一段桥架应立即沿着搭设的脚手架操作平台,用人工拉至安装的合适位置,然后再吊装另外一段桥架。安装时先沿着NO.2.7层支架安装至G10轴线,再从G10轴线处爬至顶层,从G9轴线用直角弯敷设至NO.1.8层支架,再降至NO.1.4桥架;在吊装前应在需安装桥架的上层桥架底处铺设层薄木版,避免在吊装及运输时损伤原宥电缆,而且在管廊上运输、安装桥架过程中,施工人员必须带好安全带,安全带卡扣不得挂在管线、桥架、阀门等设备上。管廊G9~G12区需搭设脚手架搭设的脚手架操作平台区域见附图3,样式图见附图4;WhencabletraytobeinstalledinG9-G12areaofpiperack,the600x150ductwillbemadeintheexistingcabletrayofNo.2.7bracketat+14.4m,theprecautionofmakingductsameasbefore.Alloutsidecabletrayinstallationisaloftworkandexistedcabletrayandchemicalpipeisdenseness,wewilltakesomemeasuretopreventhittinganddamageexistingcabletrayandpipe.Whenweinstallbigspancabletray,firstuseforklifttruckmovecabletraytotheaxisG9,thenweuse16tcranetoliftthecabletraytoinstalledposition,inthispart,weliftthecabletraytothescaffoldplatformbetweenaxisG9andG10,theninstallstepbystep.First,installcabletraytoaxisG10alongNo.2.7bracket,thenuptotopofpiperackfromG10tilltoaxisG9throughrightanglebendtoNo.1.8bracket,thendowntoNo.1.4bracket.Thethinwoodenboardwillbefixedinthebottomofcabletraywhichisupcabletrayrelatedtoinstalledonebeforeliftinginordertoavoiddamagingexistinglivingcable.whenmovingandinstallingcabletrayinthepiperack,constructionpeoplemusttiethesafetybelt,buthookofsafetybeltnotallowtohangexistingpipe,valve,cabletrayetc.ScaffoldhavetobesetupatG9-G12areaintheoutsidepiperack,Operationplatformpositionofscaffoldseeattacheddiagram3,patternseeattacheddiagram4.在管廊G6~G9区需搭设脚手架,脚手架操作平台搭设区域见附图5,样式图见附图6;其运输及安装方法详见第9.2节;ScaffoldhavetobesetupatG6-G9areaintheoutsidepiperack,Operationplatformpositionofscaffoldseeattacheddiagram5,patternseeattacheddiagram6.Themethodoftransportationandinstallationseeitem9.2从+12.5米2.3层管廊桥架返至B204区C轴~D轴间+4.9米时,桥架安装从+4.9处往上安装,桥架支架尽量利用原有钢梁作支撑,避免在墙上打眼.当在室内动用用电设备时,应采用防爆用电设备,电源电缆避免跟原有管线接触,而且在下方铺设放火布;在B204一期工程C轴~D轴间需搭设脚手架,脚手架操作平台搭设区域见附图7,样式图见附图8;CabletraywillenterintoroomofB204betweenaxiscanddfrom12.5mNo.2.3bracketofpiperackdownto4.9mafterfinishinginstallationofoutsidepiperack.Thecabletraywillbeinstalledfrom4.9mtoupinsideB204room,wewilluseexiststeelbeamassupportandavoidtomakeholeonthewallofbuilding.Whenelectricalappliancetobeusedinconstruction,explosionproofequipmentwillbeadoptedandpowercablewillnottouchanyexistcableandpipe,fireproofclothwillbeputundercabletraywheninstallation.ScaffoldhavetobesetupataxisC-DintheB204areaoffirsttermproject,Operationplatformpositionofscaffoldseeattacheddiagram7,patternseeattacheddiagram8.进入B204一期生产区作业施工时,应在施工区域内拉上警戒线,并搭设防护栏;安装桥架时,桥架应从里往外安装,以原预留的桥架连接;搬运时首先把桥架放至+4.9米处的脚手架操作平台,并在原预留的支架上铺上层防火布,然后沿着支架平拉至原预留桥架接口处,再取下垫着的防火布,固定桥架;在建筑屋内施工采用移动式脚手架;WhenconstructiontobedoneinfirsttermprojectareaofB204,pullguardlineandsetupsafetyrailinconstructionarea;whencabletraytobeconnectedfrominsideroomtooutsideroom,methodisfrominsideroomtooutsideroominordertoconnecttoexistingcabletray;wheninstallation,wewillmoveandliftthecabletraytotheplatformofscaffoldat4.9m,thenweputfireproofclothontheexistingbracket,pullcabletrayinthehorizontaldirectiontotheexistingductofcabletray,finallytakeofffireproofclothandfixthecabletray.Mobilescaffoldwillbeadoptedintheroomandnotallowedtoprefabricationandmanufactorycabletrayandsupportintheconstructionworkshop.在B204区+16.4米层横轴线④~⑤间,纵轴线A轴以外需搭设脚手架,脚手架操作平台搭设区域见附图9,样式图见附图10;Scaffoldhavetobesetupatlateralaxis4-5areainB20416.4mandatdirect-axisAoutside,Operationplatformpositionofscaffoldseeattacheddiagram9,patternseeattacheddiagram10.9.7脚手架搭设立杆间隙不得大于1.0m,横杆间隙不得大于1.2m,每五米高要架设一剪刀撑;Thedistancebetweenverticaltubenotmorethan1mandbetweenhorizontal1.2m,each5mhighneedabracinginestablishingscaffold.10、脚手架搭设描述及注意事项Theprocedureofsettingupscaffoldandprecaution脚手架搭设立杆间隙不得大于1.0m,横杆间隙不得大于1.2m,每五米高要架设一剪刀撑,而且在底端都应设扫地杆;在搭设脚手架过程中注意别碰撞原有桥架、管线及设备Thedistancebetweenverticaltubenotmorethan1mandbetweenhorizontal1.2m,each5mhighneedabracinginestablishingscaffoldandbottombeamneededinthescaffold;precautionwillbenotedthannotallowtohitanddamageexistingequipment,pipeandequipmentwhenscaffoldtobeestablished.G9~G12轴脚手架是从管廊上开始搭设,搭设距地高度+15.0米;横向是与原钢隔板为底面在其上面搭设,纵向固定在管廊的钢梁上,在钢隔板上搭设的脚手架,架子管尽量靠北但不得触及原有桥架,然后在靠近北面桥架一侧的脚手架上铺设木板与原有桥架隔离;经过钢梁固定的架子管,在架子管与钢梁间应垫层木板,用铁丝绑扎结实;整个脚手架搭设完后,应在安装桥架的下方也铺层薄木板,达到保护原有的桥架及管线,安装完的桥架人不能在上面行走,不得把安装完的桥架作为人行通道。Thescaffoldwhichis+15.0mfromgroundisestablishedontheoutsidepiperackbetweenataxisofG9andG12;thehorizontaltubebefixedontheexistingsteelpartitionboardandverticaltubebefixedonthebeamofpiperack.whenscaffoldestablishedonthesteelpartitionboard,thescaffoldwillbeclosetonorthsideaspossibleaswecan,butnotallowtotouchexistingcabletray,thenwoodenboardwillbeputinthenorthsideinordertoseparateexistingcabletray;Ifscaffoldtubebefixedonthebeamofpiperack,woodenboardwillbeputbetweentubeofscaffoldandbeamofpiperack,thentiedwithironwire;Afterscaffoldisestablished,thinwoodenboardwillbeappliedundercabletrayinordertoprotectexistingcabletrayandpipe.Pleasenotethatnotallowpeopletowalkonthescaffoldwhichhavebeenestablishedasaaccess.G6~G10轴脚手架是从管廊上开始搭设,搭设距地高度为+13.6米;横向是与原管道钢梁支架为底面在其上面搭设,纵向固定在管廊的钢梁上;搭设时先在管道钢梁支架上垫上方木块,再把预制好的架子管底板放在木板上,用铁丝捆扎牢固,然后插入架子管,另一端经过架子管固定在钢梁上;Thescaffoldwhichis+13.6.0mfromgroundisestablishedontheoutsidepiperackbetweenattheaxisofG6andG10;thehorizontaltubebefixedontheexistingsteelpipebracketandverticaltubebefixedonthebeamofpiperack.Whenscaffoldestablishedonthesteelpipebracket,squarewoodenboardwillbeputonthesteelpipebracket,thenputprefabricatedsteeltubebaseboardonthewoodenboard,tiredfirmlywithironwire,finallyinsertthesteeltube,anotherendofscaffoldbefixedonthesteelbeam.进入B204区域桥架的脚手架搭设时,底层从+0.0米开时,搭设高度+13.2米,因原有管线、桥架较多,只能利用管线及桥架间空隙搭架子管,在搭架子管时注意不能碰到原有的管线、桥架,而且应在需穿架子管的管线上包裹层厚的防火布,在穿架子管顶端也应裹防火布,避免撞坏管线、桥架等;从+4.9米开始,每隔2米高搭设操作平台;WhenscaffoldtobeestablishedintheoutsideofB204area,thebottomofscaffoldis+0.0mandheightis+13.2m.Therearealotofexistingpipeandcabletrayinthisarea,Weareonlyabletoutilizethegapbetweenpipeandcabletraytoestablishthecabletray,Itshouldbenotedthatconstructionworkernotallowedtotouchexistingpipeandcabletray.Fireproofclothwillbeappliedontheplaceswhereonthebottomofexistinguppercabletrayandontheexistingpipetheareaweneedtoinstallthetube.operatingplatformwillbesetineveryother2mfrombeginningof4.9minthisarea.附图2在管廊G35轴线南面做一爬梯通道,爬梯一直搭设至管廊+11.0米处,人可经过B196处的钢平台通至B204区,因管廊+11.0米处的钢平台通道没有护栏,必须事先在过道两边拉上钢丝绳,作为临时护栏,且人在上行走时,不得接触管廊上的桥架,而且挂上安全带;附图8脚手架通道可用搭设的脚手架,在脚手架上每隔300mm高固定一架子管;附图8通道搭在东面;详见图;AladderforaccesswillbemadeinthesouthsideofaxisG35intheoutsidepiperack,seeattacheddiagram2,thisladderisuptoelevator+11.0m,andthuspeoplecanwalkfromsteelplatformofB196toB204area.Becausethereisnoguardrailinthesteelplatformofpiperackat+11.0m,wewillpullwireropeinbothsideofcatwalkasatemporarysafetyrail.whenpeoplewalkonthiscatwalk,theyhavetohangsafetybeltandnotallowtotouchexistingcabletrayinthepiperack.Establishedscaffoldcanbeusedforaccessinattacheddiagram8andsteeltubeineveryother300mmheightfixedinthescaffold;theaccesswillbebuiltontheeastsideoftheaxisofG36intheattacheddiagram8,seedetaildiagramasfollow:附图1:(attacheddiagram1)11、(JHA)工作安全分析编号No.:工作名称WorkDescription:电缆桥架预制、安装及脚手架搭设
