本作業目的在於建立及管理出口報關所須之INVOICE,並提供資料供各相關單位查詢使用,如業務人員、FI人員等.(2)

為克服SAPSTANDARD流程中一定要先入庫才能安排出貨作業困境,本系統是以外掛程式的方式產生,使貨物雖還在生產中,報關文件可先製作,並在貨物完成後,即可立即出貨投單報關.44CustomsInvoiceType相對應於出口作業之二大類(RELEVANTTOSD&RELEVANTTOMM),CUSTOMSINVOICE可分為三類:(1)

TYPE1:PEFERENCETOD/O,主要是與SD模組有關,有開立SALESORDER者皆屬於此類:如正常銷售出口、銷售退回出口、材料、機器傋出口,樣口出口等.(2)

TYPE2:REFERENCETOG/I,主要是與MM模組有關,即MM模組開立MATERIALDOCUMENT(GOODSISSUE)者屬於此類.如:採購退回出口(洋貨總出口).(不收費)(3)

TYPE3:NOREFERENCE:有關於參展品、型錄GIFT等雜項貨物,無P/O或G/I可REFERENCE,而由進出口人員自行CREATE之CUSTOMSINVOICE.45CustomsI
