房间风机盘管空调器安全要求(Safetyrequirementsforroomfancoilunits)RoomfancoilairconditioningsafetyrequirementsJB9063-1999Bureauofnationalmachineryindustry1999-05-14-07-01theimplementationofapproved1999PrefaceThisstandardisarevisionoftheZBJ72018-88"theroomfancoilairconditioningsafetyrequirements".ThisstandardandZBJ72018-88comparedtomaincontentchangeasfollows:Standardnamewaschangedto"theroomfancoilairconditionersafetyrequirements";Cancel:mechanicalstrengthsection.ThisstandardfromthedateofimplementationofZBinsteadofJ72018-88.ThisstandardbythenationalRefrigerationEquipmentStandardizationTechnicalCommitteeandfocalpoints.ThisstandardwasdraftedbytheShanghaiTonghuiCarrierairconditioningequipmentCo.ltd..Themaindraftersofthisstandard:YangWeirong.Therangeof1Thisstandardspecifiestheroomfancoilairconditioner(hereinafterreferredtoastheunit)thesafetyrequirementsanddeterminationmethod.Thisstandardisapplicabletogeneralconditions,withthecold(hot)waterascold(hot)media,tocreateacomfortableindoorenvironmentforthepurposeoftheunit.Thisstandardisnotsuitableforuseundertheconditionofcorrosiveandexplosiveandtheship'screw.2referencestandardThefollowingstandardscontainprovisionswhich,throughreferenceinthistext,constituteprovisionsofthisstandard.Atthetimeofpublication,theeditionsareeffective.Allstandardswillberevised,thepartiesusingthisstandardshoulddiscussthepossibilityofusingthelatestversionofthefollowingstandards.GB4706.1-1992safetyofhouseholdandsimilarelectricalappliancesgeneralJB/T4283-1991fancoilunitDeterminationof3Safetyrequirementsand/ormeasures3.1GeneralrequirementsUndernormalconditionsofuseshallensurethesafeandreliableoperationoftheunit,evenifthewrongoperationdoesnotgivepeopleandthesurroundingenvironmentcausedbydanger,todealwithallthetestitemstest.Testitemsspecifiedinthisstandardaretypeofpilotprojects.3.2protectionagainstelectricshockThestructureandtheshellunitshouldhavegoodprotectionagainstelectricshock,toensurethattheuserisnotaccidentalcontactwithliveparts,evenwithouttoolscandisassemblepartsshouldalsobethecase.Inthenormalinstallationcondition,inspectionaccordingtotheprovisionsinthe8.1GB4706.1-1992.Theterminalwiththeclosedshell,andshouldhelptoremovethetool.Normaluseofknobsorswitchesintheshaftorrodshouldnotbecharged.Thewiremustbeusedtoprotectthecoat.Connectthepowerplugoftheunit,shouldensurethatundernormalusewillnottouchthepinsbecausethecapacitordischargecausedbytheriskofelectricshockinthedesign,inspectionaccordingtotheprovisionsinthe8.9GB4706.1-1992.3.3startThefuseshouldbespecifiedusingproductdesignmodelsandtheratedcurrentofthestartingtest,overloadprotectiondeviceoperatingmanualresetshouldnotbeintheprocessoftest.In85%oftheratedvoltage,thestart-upoftheunit3times,eachtimeyoustartthemotorshouldbecarriedoutinfullstopafter;Ifthereareseveraladjustablespeed,youshoulddotheabovetestineverygearspeed.Inthiscase,thefancoilshouldbeabletoworksafelyandreliably.Three4feverThe3.4.1unitshouldbeinstalledinthelaboratoryaccordingtothemanufacturerrequirements,measuredatthemaximumheatingandcoolingconditions.The3.4.2unitshouldworkinanyvoltagebetween1.06timesto0.94timesthelowestratedvoltageandratedvoltage,themaximumheating.3.4.3testunitsshouldbeintheintakeairtemperatureis23DEGC-2DEGC,thewatertemperatureisthehighestunitinlettemperatureis80DEGCundertheconditionofcontinuousworkuntilthetemperaturereachesstable.ThetestmethodandthemaximumallowabletemperatureriseshouldcomplywiththerelevantprovisionsofGB4706.1-1992intheEleventhchapter.3.5attheoperatingtemperatureoftheleakagecurrentTheunitshouldhavegoodelectricalproperties,leakagecurrentvalueshouldnotexceed1.5mA,thecorrespondingtestmethodinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofGB4706.1-1992inthethirteenthchapter.3.6insulationresistanceandelectricstrengthTheunitshouldhavegoodinsulatingproperties,anddeterminedbythefollowingtests:A)measuringinsulationresistanceinDC500V1min,inbetweenlivepartsandshellanditsvaluenotlessthan2M.B)electricstrengthtestfor1min,ACvoltagewithstandfrequencyasbasicsinewave50Hz,thetestvoltageandtestpartsasspecifiedinTable1.Thefirstapplicationofvoltageshouldnotexceedhalfthespecifiedvalue,andthenquicklyrisetothespecifiedvalue,flashoverandbreakdownduringthetestshouldnot.Table1PartofthetestvoltageisappliedtestvoltageVBetweenlivepartsandallaccessiblemetalparts;Insulatingmaterialsforliningmetalshellandametalcoverandametalfoilcladonthesurfaceoflininginbetween(ifbetweenlivepartsandthemetalshellandthemetalcoverdistanceislessthanGB4706.1-1992inthe29.1properclearancerequired);Betweenlivepartsofdifferentpolarity;Betweenthemetalpartscanbetouchedandwrappedinmetalfoilorpowerlineandthepowerlinebetweenthemetalrodsofthesamediameter(themetalrodhangingonthepowerlineposition,fixedinthepopulationofinsulationmaterials,wirecasingsheath,powerlinefixingdeviceandsoon)1250Themetalfoilincontactwiththeknob,switchandshaftorrod(incaseoffailureofinsulationbetweentheaxisofcharged)25003.7moistureTheelectricalcomponentsoftheunitshouldbetopreventtheintrusionofwater(dew).Theunitshouldmakethecondensedwaterdrainage,drainageshouldnotaffectthenormalunitofelectricalinsulation.3.8nonnormalworkThedesignof3.8.1unitshouldbeavoidedduetoabnormalandmisuseofthefire,mechanicalinjuryorelectricshock.3.8.2fanmotorshouldbelockedrotortest.Themotorrotorshaft,withratedvoltageofelectricityfor15days(360h),oruntilthepermanentopencircuitprotectiondevicesofar.Thepolarityofthepowersupplyshouldbereversingonceevery24h.Testtheambienttemperatureat23DEGC+C5,ifthetemperatureofthemotorwindingwhenthesteadystateoperationdoesnotexceed90degrees,youcansuspendthetest.Otherwiseitshouldbemeasuredislessthan150DEGCshelltemperatureduringthewholeexperiment,andthetemperatureofthewindingsshallnotexceedtheprovisionsofTable2andtable3.Table2CThetypeofprotectionshell(sealed)150Nothavinga150windingprotectiondeviceE165B175F190H210WiththeLHwindingprotectiondevice200Attheendoftheexperiment175Duringthetesttheaveragevalueof150Table3CTypeofprotection(motor)insulationmaterialclassificationandtemperaturelimitsAElevelBlevelFlevelHImpedanceprotectionTheprotectiondeviceinfirstduringHtoprotectitsmaximumvalueToprotecttheprotectiondeviceinfirsthafteroperation,themaximumvalueToprotecttheprotectiondeviceinfirsthafteroperation,themeanvalueof150TwohundredOnehundredandseventy-five150165TwohundredandfifteenOnehundredandninety165175Twohundredandtwenty-fiveTwohundred175190TwohundredandfortyTwohundredandfifteen190210TwohundredandsixtyTwohundredandthirty-fiveTwohundredandten3.9mechanicalsafetyprotectionTheactivitycomponentsapplicationunithousingprotection,toensurethesafetyofthepeople.Protectivecasingandsheathshouldhavesufficientmechanicalstrengthandonlybymeansoftoolstodisassemble.3.10structure3.10.1ensurethatallpartsofwaterproofandantishockrequirementsonlywithtoolstoremove.3.10.2inthedesignoftheunitstructure,shouldbeconsideredduetocondensationofwater(DEW),fromthepipeconnectorandthevalveattheleakingwaterofelectricalinsulation.Directcontactwith3.10.3corrosionresistance,waterabsorption,flammabilityandinsulationmaterialcannotbareliveparts.3.11internalwiring3.11.1troughshouldbesmooth,notsharp.Thewireshouldbeprotected,noburr,contactheatexchangeraluminumsheet,soastoavoiddamagetothewiringinsulation.Throughthemetalholesurfaceofinsulatedconductorsshallbesmooth,andtheinsulatingsleeve.Byinspectiontodeterminewhetherornotqualified.3.11.2internalwiringmustbefixed,thecreepagedistanceandclearanceconformtotherelevantprovisionsofGB4706.1-1992inthetwenty-ninthchapter.3.11.3shallnotbeusedasaluminumwireinternalwiring.Green/yellowwire3.11.4,receivedonlythegroundterminalcannotconnecttotheotherterminal.The3.12elementAllthecomponentsusedin3.12.1unitsshouldmeetthesafetyrequirementsofthecomponentsofthecorrespondingstandards,andasapartoftheinspectionunittowithstandthisstandard.Capacitor3.12.2onmotorwindingpermanentseries,shouldchecktheunitin110%oftheratedvoltageandtheminimumloadoperationwhentheterminalvoltageofthecapacitor,thecapacitorvalueshouldnotexceedtheratedvoltageof110%.3.12.3unitshouldnotbeequippedwith:A)connectedtotheswitchinthecord;B)iftheunitfails,thedevicepowersupplyinterruptionbyshortcircuit.3.13groundingdevice3.13.1earthingdeviceshallcomplywiththerelevantprovisionsofGB4706.1-1992inthetwenty-seventhchapter.3.13.2intheoperationoftheunitduringthepersonnelcontactmayberelatedtotheuseofnoninsulatedmetalpartsfullyconnectedwiththeearthingdevice.3.13.3throughthetesttodeterminewhetheritmeetstherequirementsofgroundingdevice:Withno-loadvoltagenotexceeding12VACpowersupply,the25Acurrentinturnbetweengroundingterminalsorgroundingandallaccessiblemetalpartsthrough.Voltagemeasurementofgroundingterminalsorbetweenthegroundcontactandaccessiblemetalpartsdrop,Accordingtothecurrentandvoltagedropcalculatedresistancevalue.Thevalueshouldnotexceed0.1Ntheresistanceunderanycircumstances.3.14heatinsulation,soundinsulationmaterialThe3.14.1unitusedforheatins
