ouldzeroterminalbeusedforearthing).Powermustswitchoffwhenfuseischanged.Thepressuremustbelowerthan0.10Mpawhenoxygenpressurereductionvalveisadjusted.Waterbackflowfromoutletoftheozonegeneratortotheinsidemustbeprevented.四、安装调试安装调试前必须仔细阅读本说明书。1）将设备放在合适的位置。左右侧不能挡住风机进出风口。2）在安装设备前必须按第三条“设备对用户的要求”做好气、电、接地等准备工作。3）用绿色的网状塑料管联接氧气减压阀出口和臭氧发生器氧气进口，并用铁丝将其紧固。4）臭氧出口暂时不接，待开机有臭氧产生后，接上B型止回阀（随机附件），然后再接上臭氧出的软管。D.InstallationandAdjustmentPleasereadtheInstructioncarefullybeforeinstallationandadjustment.1）Puttheunitinproperplace,theairinlet&outletattheleft&rightsidesshallnotbeblocked.2）Gas,electricityandearthingetc.mustbereadyaccordingto“B.UnitRequirementtoUser”beforetheinstallationoftheunit.3）Connecttheoutletofoxygenpressurereductionvalveandtheinletofozonegeneratorwithgreenscreenedplastictube,andfastentheconnectionwithironwire.4）NoconnectionshallbedoneuntiltheunitisstartedupproducingozoneandBtypenon-returnvalve(attachmenttotheunit)isinstalled.五、调试E、Adjustment开机a）Startup用单相三芯电源线（随机附件）接通电源；（1）Usethree-coresinglephasepowercable(attachmenttotheunit)toconnecttheelectricpower;（2）先将减压阀的螺杆逆时针方向旋转关闭减压阀的氧气出口。然后打开氧气瓶的角阀，这时减压阀的高压表显示瓶内的氧气压力（一般新灌的氧气瓶压力应为12~14Mpa）。再顺时针方向慢慢旋转减压阀的螺杆，使低压表的指针指示到0.05~0.1Mpa(注意只有低压表的1小格，不能开得太高)。（2）Closetheoxygenoutletofpressurereductionvalvebyturningthevalvescrewcounter-clockwise.Thenopentheanglevalveonoxygenbottle,nowthehighpressuregaugeofpressurereductionvalveindicatestheoxygenpressureinsidethebottle(theoxygenpressureinanewlyfilledbottleisnormally12~14Mpa).Slowlyturnthepressurereductionvalvescrewclockwise,sothatthelowpressuregaugepointsat0(equalstoonlyonesmallgraduationunitonlowpressuregauge,donotopentoomuch.).（3）调节臭氧发生器面板上的流量计。使流量计的浮子到满刻度的一半，并在臭氧出口用手感觉，能感觉到有氧气吹出。（3）Adjusttheflowmeterontheozonegeneratorpanel,sothatthefloatofthemeterisatthehalfwayofthefullrange,andfeeltheozoneoutletwithhand,itcanbefeltthatozoneisblowingout.（4）按绿色按钮，绿色指示灯亮，臭氧发生器开始工作，注意电流表的指示是否和表上相对应的臭氧发生器的电流指示值相符。如果基本相符而且电流值稳定，并能从臭氧出口闻到臭氧味（注意不能直接去闻，可用手抓一把臭氧出口的气，闻一下），如有臭氧味，则说明臭氧发生器工作正常。（4）Pressthegreenbutton,greenindicationlampturnson,theozonegeneratorstartstowork.Checkiftheamperemeterindicationmatchescorrespondingoneonthemeterfortheozonegenerator.Iftheybasicallymatchandthecurrentisstable,andozonecanbesmeltfromtheoutlet(donotapproachtheoutlettosmell,useyourhandandbringawaytheozonetosmell).Ifitsmellsofozone,theunitisworkingproperly.二）关机（1）按红色按钮，臭氧发生器停止工作。（2）关闭氧气。旋转低压调节器节螺杆，使低压表回到零。（3）关闭配电板上的空气开关（或闸刀开关）。b）SwitchOff（1）Presstheredbuttontostoptheozonegenerator.（2）Closeoxygensupply.Zerothelowpressuregaugebyturningtheadjustingscrewonlow-pressureregulator.（3）Turnofftheairswitchonpowerdistributionpanel(orgateswitch).六、臭氧和水的混和F.MixingofOzoneandWater1、将臭氧出接口（接上B型止回阀后）接到臭氧混和装置中去。（参看：氧化塔混和及管道混和器混和的说明书）注意：B型止回阀是易损品，使用期1年，到期请及时更新。cttheozoneoutletnozzletoozonemixingunit(behindBtypenon-returnvalve).(Formixing,pleaserefertoInstructionManualofoxidationcolumnmixerandpipemixer)Caution:Btypenon-returnvalveiseasytodamage,itslifetimeisoneyear.Pleasedulyreplaceit)2、必须严格禁止水从臭氧出口倒流回臭氧发生器内，用户将臭氧气体和水进行混和时，无论采取布气板式还是其它方式，都必须严格防止有水倒流；水如倒流回臭氧发生器，短时间内臭氧机可能还能工作，臭氧量减少；或不发生臭氧，工作电流急剧下降，长时间有可能损坏模块和臭氧板。2.Itisstrictlyforbiddenforthewaterflowsfromtheozoneoutletbackintothegenerator.Whenusermixesozoneandwater,waterbackflowshallalwaysavoidedregardlessofthemixingmethods,i.e.gasdistributionplateorothermethods.Ifwaterflowsbackintothezonegenerator,theunitcanmaintainoperationforashorttime,however,ozoneamountwillbereduced,ornoozonewillbegeneratedandworkingcurrentwilldroprapidly.Themoduleandozoneboardwillbedamagedifitremainslikethisforalongtime.3、工作电压宜控制在200V~240V,若超出此范围，务请用户安装稳压电源。3.Theoperationvoltageshallbecontrolledwithin200V~240V.Pleaseinstallvoltageregulatorifitisoutoftherange.七、臭氧水的剩余臭氧浓度的测量G..DeterminationofResidueOzoneConcentrationinOzoneWater臭氧浓度测试的说明a).DescriptionofOzoneConcentrationDetermination矿泉水、纯净水、灌装出水口的剩余臭氧浓度达到0.3mg/L，便能达到100%灭菌的目的，如果剩余臭氧浓度大于0.6mg/L，则有可能使矿泉水、纯净水的口感有所变化。所以在生产过程中要严格掌握剩余臭氧浓度值在0.3~0.6mg/L，以便既能灭菌而又不改变原来的口感。100%sterilizationcanbeachievedifresidueozoneconcentrationrea以前，在生产过程中要快速测试剩余臭氧浓度比较困难。经典的碘量法测量太麻烦，而且其检测灵敏度在毫克升数量级。而“爱康”牌臭氧浓度速测仪用DPD直接比色法测量，快速、便捷，测量成本低，测量灵敏度正好在0.1~1毫克/升的亚毫克升级，非常适合矿泉水、纯净水剩余臭氧浓度的快速测量。Inthepast,itwasdifficulttodetermineresidueozoneconcentrationquicklyduringproduction.Thetypicaliodometricmethodistoocomplex,andthedeterminationsensitivityisatmilligramlevel.“AIKANG”InstantTesterforozoneconcentrationappliesDPDdirectcolorimetricmethodwhichisfast,convenientandwithlowtestingcost.Thesensitivityfallsrightwithinsub-milligramlevelof0.1~1mg/l,whichisverysuitableforquickdeterminationofresidueozoneconcentrationinmineralwaterandpurifiedwater.臭氧浓度速测仪是选购件，用户如有需要，请和我公司联系。“AIKANG”InstantTesterforozoneconcentrationisanoptionalitem,pleasecontactourcompanyifrequired.（二）臭氧浓度速测仪的结构（如右图）1、比色孔2、读数窗 3、比色板4、加DPD药粉的臭氧水试管B5、纯臭氧水对比试管Ab）StructureofInstantTesterforOzoneConcentration(showninthedrawingtotheright)1、ColorimetricportBA2Readingwindow5BA3、Colorimetricplate4、Ozone-watertesttubeBforDPDpowderreagent5、Pureozone-watercomparisontesttubeA（三）测试方法1、清洗两只试管；2、两只试管各装臭氧水5ml13、将一小包DPD药粉倒入试管B，摇动试管使其溶解，并立即显出红色；4、将两只试管放入试管孔；235、将比色孔对着光亮的白色墙壁，转动比色板，使比色孔中两种颜色相同。在读数窗中读出箭头对准的数值，即为剩余臭氧浓度，单位为mg/L（毫克/升）；6、测毕马上倒去两试管中的臭氧水，清洗备用。整个测试过程应在5分钟内进行完毕。c）Testmethod1、Cleantwotesttubes;2、Fill5mlozonewatertotwotesttubeseach;3、PutonesmallbagofDPDpowderreagentintotesttubeB,shakeanddissolveit,andtheliquidturnstoredimmediately;4、Putthetwotesttubesintothetubeholes;5、Putthecolorimetricholeagainstbrightwhitewall,turncolorimetricplate,sothatthetwocolorsincolorimetricholesbecomethesame.Readoutthefigurethatthearrowpointsatinthereadingwindow,thereadingisresidueozoneconcentrationinmg/L;6、Whenthetestisover,emptythetwotesttubes,cleanthemforreuse.Thewholetesttakeslessthan5minutes.八、一般故障及对策H、CommonFailureandHowtoHandle本公司产品为严格按企业标准生产并经出厂检验合格的产品，只要用户按操作程序操作，并注意警告！条款，故障率极低。万一出现故障，请先关机，然后致电我公司技术服务部，服务热线通过技术咨询，请有一定电子知识的员工看清以下维修要点进行修理。ThecompanyproductsarestrictlymanufacturedaccordingtoEnterprisestandardsandqualifiedbyexworksinspection.Thefailurerateisextremelylowifuserfollowsoperationprocedureandwarnings.Incaseoffailure,turnofftheunitfirst,thencallTechnicalServiceDepartmentofourcompanybytheservicehotlinAftertechnicalconsultation，havetheunitrepairedbytheemployeewithcertainelectronicknowledge.Followinginstructionshallbefollowedfortherepair.故障现象：a)Symptom：（1）不能开机。开机时机器不工作、工作指示灯（绿色）不亮、电流表无显示，请检查保险丝是否完好，若损坏，更换相同规格保险丝，并确认电源有电，重新开启臭氧发生器。（1）Theunitcannotbestartedup.Theunitdoesnotwork,operationindicator(green)doesnotturnonandtheamperemetergivesnoindication.Checkifthefuseisingoodcondition,replacethefusewiththeoneofthesamespecificationifitisdamaged.Makesurethepowerison,andrestartuptheozonegenerator.（2）电流表指示的工作电流在开机风扇运转正常后，应该十分稳定，没有明显的变化。电流表指示值应和表一中的电流指示值基本一致。（2）Theworkingcurrentindicatedbytheamperemetershallbeverystablewithoutanyclearchangeaftertheunitisstartedupandfanrunsnormally.TheamperemeterindicationvalueshallbasicallymatchestheonelistedinTable1.（3）如果工作电流指示变小，变化值很大，但值还是很稳定，则
