桃花葚精汤对VC肾虚瘀滞型少精子症疗效及睾丸温度影响的临床观察

桃花葚精汤对VC肾虚瘀滞型少精子症疗效及睾丸温度影响的临床观察摘要：目的探讨桃花葚精汤对于VC型肾虚瘀滞型少精子症的疗效，并研究其对睾丸温度的影响。方法随机选择50例VC型肾虚瘀滞型少精子症患者，分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予桃花葚精汤进行治疗，对照组不进行任何干预。比较两组临床数据及睾丸温度变化。结果治疗组患者的精液参数有不同程度的改善，睾丸温度也较对照组有所下降。结论桃花葚精汤可以治疗VC型肾虚瘀滞型少精子症，可能与其对睾丸温度的调节作用有关。

Abstract:ObjectiveToexplorethetherapeuticeffectofTaoHuaShenJingTangonVC-typekidneydeficiencyandbloodstasis-typeoligospermiaandstudyitseffectontesticulartemperature.MethodsFiftycasesofVC-typekidneydeficiencyandbloodstasis-typeoligospermiapatientswererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupwasgivenTaoHuaShenJingTangfortreatment,andthecontrolgroupreceivednointervention.Comparetheclinicaldataandtesticulartemperaturechangesbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsThesemenparametersofpatientsinthetreatmentgroupimprovedtovaryingdegrees,andthetesticulartemperaturealsodecreasedcomparedwiththecontrolgroup.ConclusionTaoHuaShenJingTangcantreatVC-typekidneydeficiencyandbloodstasis-typeoligospermia,whichmayberelatedtoitsregulatoryeffectontesticulartemperature.

ThepresentstudyaimedtoinvestigatetheefficacyofTaoHuaShenJingTangintreatingVC-typekidneydeficiencyandbloodstasis-typeoligospermia,andtoexploreitspotentialmechanismofaction.Atotalof80patientswitholigospermiawereenrolledinthisrandomized,controlledtrialandweredividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupwasgivenTaoHuaShenJingTangfor3months,whilethecontrolgroupwasgivenaplacebo.

Afterthetreatment,semenparameters,includingspermcount,spermmotility,andmorphology,weremeasuredandcomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Theresultsshowedthatthepatientsinthetreatmentgrouphadsignificantimprovementintheirsemenparameterscomparedwiththoseinthecontrolgroup.Thetesticulartemperature,whichisanimportantfactorinfluencingspermproduction,wasalsosignificantlylowerinthetreatmentgroup.
