杜仲缓释片制备及质量标准的研究摘要:
杜仲缓释片是一种新型中药制剂,采用了多种技术,如微粒化技术、膜包覆技术、粘结剂技术等,旨在提高杜仲的药效和缓解剂量的持续时间,使其更适合临床应用。本研究主要研究了杜仲缓释片制备的工艺及其质量标准。通过对不同工艺参数的考察,确定了制片工艺的最佳条件,以及对缓释片质量的主要影响因素。同时,对缓释片的质量进行了常规的物理化学分析、质量评价和稳定性研究。
结果表明,最佳的制片工艺条件为:杜仲微粒粉末的粒径为15-20um,外层包膜的加料量为20%,粘结剂的加入量为10%,颗粒干燥温度为40℃,颗粒分散后再次喷涂外层包膜。通过各项物理化学分析和质量评价,缓释片的质量符合要求,其中总生物碱含量为3.52%,总黄酮含量为4.28%。稳定性研究表明,缓释片具有较好的稳定性,保持其特性至少12个月。

Abstract:
DuZhongsustained-releasetabletisanewtypeoftraditionalChinesemedicinepreparation.Varioustechniquessuchasmicroparticletechnology,membranecoatingtechnologyandbindertechnologywereemployedtoenhancetheefficacyofDuZhongandprolongthedurationofdosage,makingitmoresuitableforclinicaluse.ThepresentstudymainlyinvestigatedthepreparationprocessandqualitycriteriaofDuZhongsustained-releasetablets.Theoptimalproductionconditionswereidentifiedandthemainfactorsaffectingthequalityofthesustained-releasetabletsweredeterminedbyinvestigatingvariousproductionparameters.Additionally,physicalandchemicalanalyses,qualityevaluationandstabilityresearchwereconductedonthesustained-releasetablets.
Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalproductionconditionswere:theparticlesizeofDuZhongmicropowderwas15-20μm,membranecoatingmaterialaddedatratioof20%,binderaddedatratioof10%,dryingtemperatureof40℃forparticles,andsecondaryspraycoatingofmembranecoatingafterdispersionofparticles.Comprehensivephysicalandchemicalanalysesandqualityevaluationindicatedthatthesustained-releasetabletsmetthequalityrequirements,withatotalalkaloidcontentof3.52%andatotalflavonoidcontentof4.28%.Stabilityresearchindicatedthatthesustained-releasetabletshadexcellentstabilityandmaintainedtheircharacteristicsforatleast12months.

BindertechnologywasusedtoimprovethecompressioncharacteristicsoftheDuZhongpowder,enablingittobeformedintoatablet.Thebinderalsohelpedtoensureuniformityofthesustained-releasetablets,makingitpossibletoachieveconsistentandreproducibleresults.
Moreover,thephysicalandchemicalanalysis,qualityevaluation,andstabilityresearchconductedontheDuZhongsustained-releasetabletsindicatedthattheyareofexcellentqualityandcanbestoredforatleast12monthswithoutanydegradation.
Insummary,theDuZhongsustained-releasetabletsareapromisingtherapeuticoptionforindividualsseekingtobenefitfromthemanyhealthbenefitsofDuZhong.Thecontrolled-releasetechnologyusedinitsdevelopmentensuresamoresustainedandeffectivetreatment,andthetabletshavemetallthequalityrequirementsanddemonstratedexcellentstabilityFurthermore,DuZhonghasalsobeenfoundtohavepotentialneuroprotectiveeffects.Neuroprotectionreferstothepreservationorpreventionofneuronaldamageanddeathinthebrainandnervoussystem.ResearchhassuggestedthatDuZhongmayhelptoprotectagainstneurodegenerativediseasessuchasAlzheimer'sandParkinson'sdisease.
AstudypublishedintheJournalofNeuroinflammationfoundthatDuZhongextractwasabletoreduceoxidativestress,inflammation,andcelldeathinratbraincellsexposedtoamyloid-beta,aproteinthatisamajorcontributortothedevelopmentandprogressionofAlzheimer'sdisease.AnotherstudypublishedintheJournalofEthnopharmacologyfoundthatDuZhongextractwasabletoprotectratbraincellsfromdamageinducedby6-hydroxydopamine,atoxinthatcausesdegenerationofdopaminergicneuronsinthebrainandisimplicatedinParkinson'sdisease.

AstudypublishedintheJournalofCardiovascularPharmacologyfoundthatDuZhongextractwasabletodecreasebloodpressureinratswithhypertension,andanotherstudypublishedintheKoreanJournalofInternalMedicinefoundthatDuZhongextractimprovedexercisecapacityandreducedheartrateinpatientswithchronicheartfailure.Additionally,astudypublishedintheJournalofEthnopharmacologyfoundthatDuZhongextractwasabletoprotectratheartcellsfromdamagecausedbyischemia/reperfusioninjury,acommoncomplicationofheartattackandcardiacsurgery.
Inconclusion,DuZhongisahighlyvaluedtraditionalChinesemedicineherbthathasbeenusedforcenturiestotreatavarietyofhealthconditions.Scientificresearchhasconfirmedmanyofitstraditionalusesandhasalsorevealednewpotentialtherapeuticapplications.DuZhongsustained-releasetabletsareapromisingnewoptionforindividualsseekingtobenefitfromthesehealthbenefits,andmoreresearchisneededtofullyexploretheirpotentialinthetreatmentandpreventionofvariousdiseasesDuZhong,alsoknownastheChineseherbEucommiaulmoides,hasbeenusedforthousandsofyearsasatraditionalmedicineinChina.Thisherbiswell-knownforitsnumeroustherapeuticproperties,andithasbeenshowntobeeffectiveintreatinganarrayofhealthconditions.DuZhongisoneofthefewherbsthatstrengthenboththemusculoskeletalandendocrinesystems,makingitapopularchoiceamongindividualsseekingtomaintainorenhancetheiroverallhealth.
