基于网络DEA方法的中国沿海地区民航航线效率评价研究摘要:本文以中国沿海地区为研究对象,利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对民航航线效率进行评价。考虑到航空运输的时效性和安全性对于航线效率的重要影响,本文采用基于网络的DEA方法,综合考虑多个输入和输出指标,并通过数据预处理和模型求解得出每个航线的效率得分。研究结果表明,中国沿海地区不同航线的效率存在显著差异,机场设施、飞行规划、航班管理等因素对于航线效率具有重要影响。本文最后提出了优化沿海地区民航航线效率的建议,包括加强机场设施改善、优化飞行路径规划、完善航班管理等方面。

Abstract:ThispaperfocusesontheevaluationoftheefficiencyofcivilaviationroutesinChina'scoastalregionsusingDataEnvelopmentAnalysis(DEA)method.Consideringtheimportantimpactsoftimelinessandsafetyofairtransportationontheefficiencyofairroutes,thispaperadoptsanetwork-basedDEAmethod,integratingmultipleinputandoutputindicators,andobtainingtheefficiencyscoreofeachroutethroughdatapreprocessingandmodelsolving.TheresultsshowthattherearesignificantdifferencesintheefficiencyofdifferentroutesinChina'scoastalregions,andfactorssuchasairportfacilities,flightplanning,andflightmanagementhaveimportanteffectsontheefficiencyofairroutes.Finally,thispaperproposessomesuggestionsforoptimizingtheefficiencyofcivilaviationroutesincoastalregions,includingstrengtheningairportfacilitiesimprovement,optimizingflightpathplanning,andimprovingflightmanagement.
