基于老年人行为心理的康复景观规划设计研究摘要:基于老年人行为心理的康复景观规划设计研究是当前城市建设及老年人保健的热门话题。本文以老年人行为心理为基础,探讨了康复景观设计的重要性,并在此基础上提出了基于老年人行为心理的康复景观规划设计方法。通过对现有公园及康复场所的调查,结合老年人的需求与行为心理,提出了康复景观设计的核心理念:提供多元化的运动体验、满足社交需求、提供舒适安全的休息环境。进一步针对老年人的运动特点,提出了针对性的建议,包括合理设计运动路径、提供多种类型的运动设施、提高场所的可达性和可视性等。最后,提出在设计实施过程中需要注重老年人参与、广泛征求社区民众的意见和参与等建议。

Abstract:Theresearchontherehabilitationlandscapeplanninganddesignbasedonthebehaviorpsychologyoftheelderlyisahottopicinthecurrenturbanconstructionandelderlyhealthcare.Basedonthebehaviorpsychologyoftheelderly,thispaperexplorestheimportanceofrehabilitationlandscapedesignandproposesarehabilitationlandscapeplanninganddesignmethodbasedonthebehaviorpsychologyoftheelderly.Throughtheinvestigationofexistingparksandrehabilitationplaces,combinedwiththeneedsandbehaviorpsychologyoftheelderly,thecoreconceptofrehabilitationlandscapedesignisproposed:providingdiversifiedexerciseexperience,meetingsocialneeds,andprovidingcomfortableandsaferestenvironment.Further,basedontheexercisecharacteristicsoftheelderly,targetedsuggestionsaremade,includingreasonabledesignofexercisepaths,providingavarietyoftypesofexercisefacilities,improvingtheaccessibilityandvisibilityofthevenue,etc.Finally,suggestionsaremadetopayattentiontotheparticipationoftheelderlyinthedesignandimplementationprocess,andtowidelysolicittheopinionsandparticipationofthecommunity.

Designingrehabilitationlandscapesthatmeettheuniqueneedsofolderadultsrequirescarefulconsiderationofbothphysicalandcognitivefactors.Forexample,pathwaysshouldbewideenoughtoaccommodatewalkersandwheelchairs,withgentleslopesandnoabruptchangesinelevation.Seatingareasshouldbeplacedregularlyalongthesepathstoproviderestandaplacetosocialize.Topromotecognitivehealth,designersmayincorporatesensoryelementssuchasflowersandwaterfeaturestoengageusers'senses.
