基于多尺度特征融合与自适应网络的小目标检测方法研究摘要:
随着计算机视觉技术的不断发展,小目标检测一直是人们关注的热点研究领域。小目标检测不仅与智能监控、军事侦察等领域密切相关,而且具有广泛的应用前景。由于小目标通常具有尺寸小、形状复杂、纹理简单等特点,因此对于小目标的检测和识别一直是计算机视觉领域的难点之一。本文提出了一种基于多尺度特征融合与自适应网络的小目标检测方法。该方法主要分为两个阶段:首先使用多尺度特征提取器对图像进行特征提取,在保证尺度的同时提取包含小目标的局部特征;然后利用自适应网络对不同尺度下的特征进行融合,从而得到具有高精度和鲁棒性的小目标检测结果。实验结果表明,所提出的方法具有优异的检测性能,不仅能够检测到目标物体的位置,还能够识别目标物体的类别。

Abstract:
Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofcomputervisiontechnology,smallobjectdetectionhasbeenahotresearchtopicofconcern.Smallobjectdetectioniscloselyrelatedtointelligentmonitoring,militaryreconnaissanceandotherfields,andhasawiderangeofapplications.Duetothesmallsize,complexshape,andsimpletextureofsmallobjects,thedetectionandrecognitionofsmallobjectshasalwaysbeenoneofthedifficultiesinthefieldofcomputervision.Inthispaper,asmallobjectdetectionmethodbasedonmultiscalefeaturefusionandadaptivenetworkisproposed.Themethodismainlydividedintotwostages:first,thefeatureextractorisusedtoextractfeaturesfromtheimage,ensuringthescaleandextractingthelocalfeaturescontainingsmallobjects;then,theadaptivenetworkisusedtofusefeaturesatdifferentscalestoobtainhigh-precisionandrobustsmallobjectdetectionresults.Experimentalresultsshowthattheproposedmethodhasexcellentdetectionperformance,notonlycandetectthepositionofthetargetobject,butalsocanidentifytheclassofthetargetobject.

Multiscalefeatureextractionisatechniquethatinvolvesanalyzinganimageatdifferentscalestocapturethedetailsofsmallobjects.Byanalyzinganimageatmultiplescales,researcherscanidentifysmallobjectsthatwouldotherwisebehardtodetect.Thisapproachinvolvesanalyzinganimageatdifferentresolutionsandscales,whichallowsresearcherstoidentifysmallobjectsbyanalyzingthefeaturesoftheimageatdifferentresolutions.

Waterpollutioniscausedbythereleaseofpollutantsintobodiesofwater,suchasrivers,lakes,andoceans.Commonsourcesofwaterpollutionincludeindustrialwaste,agriculturalrunoff,andsewage.Waterpollutioncancauseawiderangeofhealthproblems,andcanalsoharmaquaticlifeanddisruptecosystems.
Soilpollutioniscausedbythepresenceofharmfulsubstancesinthesoil,suchasheavymetals,pesticides,andindustrialwaste.Soilpollutioncanreducecropyieldsandcontaminategroundwater,leadingtoavarietyofhealthproblems.
Otherenvironmentalhazardsincludedeforestation,whichcanleadtosoilerosion,lossofbiodiversity,andclimatechange;climatechange,whichcancausesealevelrise,morefrequentnaturaldisasters,andotherproblems;andoverfishing,whichcanleadtothecollapseoffishpopulationsandharmmarineecosystems.
Overall,itisimportanttoidentifyandaddressenvironmentalhazardsinordertoprotecthumanhealthandsafeguardthenaturalworld.Strategiesforaddressingthesehazardsmayincluderegulations,technologydevelopment,andpubliceducationandawareness。Inadditiontotheenvironmentalhazardsdiscussedabove,thereareseveralotherissuesthatposeathreattohumanhealthandtheenvironment.Onesuchissueisairpollution,whichcancauserespiratoryandcardiovasculardiseases,aswellasdamagetocropsandthenaturalenvironment.Airpollutioncanbecausedbyavarietyofsources,includingindustrialprocesses,transportation,andnaturalphenomenasuchaswildfires.
Anotherissueissoildegradation,whichcanoccurduetofactorssuchaserosion,pollution,andoveruseofagriculturalland.Soildegradationcanresultinreducedcropyields,lossofbiodiversity,andincreasedriskoffloodingandothernaturaldisasters.

Toaddresstheissueofwaste,acirculareconomyapproachcanbeadopted.Thisinvolvesdesigningproductsandprocessestominimizewasteandmaximizethereuseofmaterialsthroughrecyclingandrepurposing.Thiscanleadtoareducedrelianceonvirginresourcesandreductioningreenhousegasemissions.
