随着计算机视觉技术的不断发展，小目标检测一直是人们关注的热点研究领域。小目标检测不仅与智能监控、军事侦察等领域密切相关，而且具有广泛的应用前景。由于小目标通常具有尺寸小、形状复杂、纹理简单等特点，因此对于小目标的检测和识别一直是计算机视觉领域的难点之一。本文提出了一种基于多尺度特征融合与自适应网络的小目标检测方法。该方法主要分为两个阶段：首先使用多尺度特征提取器对图像进行特征提取，在保证尺度的同时提取包含小目标的局部特征；然后利用自适应网络对不同尺度下的特征进行融合，从而得到具有高精度和鲁棒性的小目标检测结果。实验结果表明，所提出的方法具有优异的检测性能，不仅能够检测到目标物体的位置，还能够识别目标物体的类别。

Abstract:

Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofcomputervisiontechnology,smallobjectdetectionhasbeenahotresearchtopicofconcern.Smallobjectdetectioniscloselyrelatedtointelligentmonitoring,militaryreconnaissanceandotherfields,andhasawiderangeofapplications.Duetothesmallsize,complexshape,andsimpletextureofsmallobjects,thedetectionandrecognitionofsmallobjectshasalwaysbeenoneofthedifficultiesinthefieldofcomputervision.Inthispaper,asmallobjectdetectionmethodbasedonmultiscalefeaturefusionandadaptivenetworkisproposed.Themethodismainlydividedintotwostages:first,thefeatureextractorisusedtoextractfeaturesfromtheimage,ensuringthescaleandextractingthelocalfeaturescontainingsmallobjects;then,theadaptivenetworkisusedtofusefeaturesatdifferentscalestoobtainhigh-precisionandrobustsmallobjectdetectionresults.Experimentalresultsshowthattheproposedmethodhasexcellentdetectionperformance,notonlycandetectthepositionofthetargetobject,butalsocanidentifytheclassofthetargetobject.
