方法：将50例接受肛瘘切开引流术患者，分为两组，观察治疗组（n=25）和对照组（n=25）。治疗组术后采用七叶草促愈液进行局部涂敷，每日3次，观察2周，随访3个月。对照组采用常规处理术后创面。比较两组创面愈合时间、愈合质量、疼痛程度和并发症情况，并进行统计学分析。

Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheclinicalapplicationeffectofseven-leafcloverpromotinghealingsolutioninpromotingwoundhealingaftersurgeryforwetheatdepositiontypelow-levelsimpleanalfistula.

Methods:50patientsundergoinganalfistulaincisionanddrainageweredividedintotwogroups,observationgroup(n=25)andcontrolgroup(n=25).Thetreatmentgroupadoptedlocalapplicationofseven-leafcloverpromotinghealingsolutionaftersurgery,3timesaday,observedfor2weeksandfollowedupfor3months.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinetreatmentaftersurgery.Thewoundhealingtime,healingquality,paindegree,andcomplicationratewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroupsandstatisticalanalysiswasperformed.

Results:Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinbaselinedatabetweenthetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroup.Thehealingtimeofthetreatmentgroupwassignificantlyshortened(P<0.05),thehealingqualitysignificantlyimproved(P<0.05),thepaindegreesignificantlyreduced(P<0.05),andthecomplicationratewasreduced(P<0.05).

Method:
