JZEG煤炭供应链风险识别、评价与防范对策研究摘要
煤炭是我国主要的能源来源,但煤炭供应链风险严峻,威胁企业生产和消费者福利。本论文通过对煤炭供应链风险的识别与评价,提出了一系列的防范对策,以有效保障煤炭供应链的稳定性和安全性。首先,通过文献调查、专家问卷调查、案例分析等方法系统梳理了煤炭供应链风险的类型和影响因素;然后,结合实际案例,在层次分析法的基础上,构建了一个评价模型,明确各风险子项的权重和每个子项风险等级的划分;最后,针对不同的风险类型,提出了预防和控制措施,包括改进供应链管理模式、优化供应链结构以及制定综合应对措施等。通过煤炭供应链风险评价和防范对策,可以更好地保障我国煤炭资源的丰富利用和经济的可持续发展。

Abstract
CoalisthemainsourceofenergyinChina.However,therisksofcoalsupplychainaresevere,whichthreatentheproductionofenterprisesandthewelfareofconsumers.Thispaperidentifiesandevaluatestherisksofcoalsupplychain,andproposesaseriesofcountermeasurestoeffectivelysafeguardthestabilityandsecurityofthecoalsupplychain.First,thetypesandinfluencingfactorsofriskinthecoalsupplychainweresystematicallysortedoutthroughliteraturesurvey,expertquestionnairesurvey,caseanalysisandothermethods.Then,basedontheanalytichierarchyprocess,anevaluationmodelwasconstructedtoclarifytheweightsofeachrisksub-itemandtheclassificationofrisklevelofeachsub-item.Finally,fordifferenttypesofrisks,preventiveandcontrolmeasureswereproposed,includingimprovingthesupplychainmanagementmode,optimizingthesupplychainstructure,andformulatingcomprehensiveresponsemeasures.Throughtheevaluationandpreventionmeasuresofthecoalsupplychainrisk,theabundantutilizationofcoalresourcesandthesustainabledevelopmentoftheeconomyinChinacanbebetterguaranteed.
